Great local gym. They have a ton of different membership options and so it is perfect for someone like me who is in Castleton a couple times a year for a week or so at a time.
The gym is kept clean, has enough machines and free weights to do anything you’d need plus they have cardio equipment. All the other members I saw were very respectful and took care of the space. Definitely will be going every time I’m in the area.

This is a great local gym! It has everything needed for a decent workout. The owners are wonderful people and they also invite suggestions from members. Fair price. Great long hours. Check it out! (I am local - Castleton by the way. Somehow this is picking up my old advocacy page.)

Legacy Fitness is a great gym! I used to workout at the fitness center at Castleton University. Once I heard about Legacy, I decided to get a 3-day pass to try it out. After a few workouts here, it was an easy decision to sign up for a membership. First off, their hours are incredible. I like to workout early in the morning before work, so them being open at 4:30am is perfect. I love how they're open from then until 9:00pm everyday, including the weekends. The gym is spacious, clean, and has EVERYTHING you need, no matter what your fitness goals are. It's also very affordable, and they have different membership options you can choose from. I could not say enough good things about this gym and the family that runs it!

My family absolutely loves this gym !!! The machines are all up to date new machines ! The atmosphere is not crazy packed ! Theirs literally a machine for every muscle of your body you want to work ! The hours are the best around, daily 5am-9pm and prices more than reasonable, ran by an amazing family ! Support local !!!!
