I hadn’t worked out in a long time and was nervous about how out of shape I might be. Jenn made me feel instantly comfortable; she has this authentic, ‘come as you are’ vibe that puts you at ease right away. She was consistently encouraging and is an absolute wealth of knowledge. She made my workout fun and challenging and something I can do at home. I can’t recommend Jenn highly enough!

I booked a session with Jenn to get back to strength training after letting that area of my fitness go by the wayside. I was also coming off a shoulder injury that had me sidelined for a while. Jenn was so kind, encouraging, so smart and knowledgeable. She assessed my movement and had me start at an appropriate level while also pushing me to get a good workout in - and it sure was a great workout! There was absolutely no judgment, just a super supportive environment that allowed me to be curious and explore my limitations and my strengths safely. Jenn is also a lovely human being and a joy to be around. I highly recommend Jenn for anyone seeking to improve their fitness and strength!

Me and exercise have never really been besties but I somehow made it to my 40s managing ok. However, mid life changes hit me hard and had me re-evaluating everything I knew about my body and exercise. After lots of reading, I had a sense of what I needed to do to take care of myself for these next few decades but didn’t know HOW to achieve those goals. That is where Jenn came in! She has the missing info to help me out and just the right demeanor to keep me moving towards my goals- even when I don’t feel like I can. I am three months in to working with her and feel so strong, fit and proud. Can’t recommend working Jenn enough.

I love working with Jenn. She is supportive and encouraging, but not over the top, and she attunes well to where I'm at. I needed to work with someone who could guide and direct me while respecting my limitations, as well as push me appropriately. She does just that. Jenn is the perfect combination of serious about what she's doing with me while also being laid back and fun. She also hits just the right balance of pushing me to work hard while also being totally accepting of my limits. I was looking for someone who had the knowledge to support my fitness and overall health as my body begins to age, and Jenn's totally got that. I am no longer blindly working out, hoping what I am doing is the most effective - now I just follow Jenn's workouts and feel great. It's been so great working with Jenn that I tell all of my friends and family to work with her. Highly recommend!

As someone who works out regularly, if somewhat haphazardly, I was looking for some support from Jenn in honing my routine in a way that would focus on my core and stability. Jenn literally ‘helped me find’ muscles that, at the beginning of my time with her, I could not even engage. With her guidance I now am more aware of my body, building muscle mass and core strength, and have a very accessible, personalized home routine. Jenn listened to me, encouraged me to find the exercises that are the best fit for me and found a good balance between pushing me and supporting me to listen to my body.
