As someone new to weight training, Casey made me feel comfortable asking questions and gave helpful, implementable feedback. I met with him for the first time recently in his small gym that is very well set up, and as others have said he really focuses on the person's unique goals, and I appreciate his upbeat and positive approach. Highly recommend!

I started training with Casey when I was 7 weeks postpartum. There’s a lot of toxic messaging towards postpartum women and let me tell you that doesn’t exist with Casey. I gave him my goals of healing my deep core, regaining strength, and adding movement back into my routine that didn’t feel like a burden. He smashed all of it. Not only did he craft a program that specifically met my individual need’s, he also worked with my Pelvic Floor PT to build the perfect program. He’s wildly supportive, understanding, and encouraging. This has been the BEST experience and I fully recommend him. If you are currently pregnant or postpartum, training with Casey is amazing. Ignore all the internet trolls telling you to “bounce back” and work with someone who is truly invested in seeing you succeed. He’s a 10/10👌🏻.

Casey Lee is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had, which includes the 4 different trainers I had as D1 athlete. He is always looking for new exercises or ways to improve his programming. He’s managed to completely turn his training from in person to virtual and still makes you feel personally connected. He pays attention. He cares. He’s committed to helping you achieve any fitness goal you have.

I have known Casey for many years. He trained me when I was in high school, then we lost touch when I went off to college and beyond. When I came back to VT last year, I reached out to Casey to see if he would be interested/able to start some training. He was not only interested, but pumped to work with me and I felt the same. Always had great energy and was able to tailor the workouts to what I needed. When my schedule changed, Casey was more than willing to accommodate and got me set up with the online training. I love how he customizes your plan to what you need and what you have time for and understands that sometimes life happens and you miss workouts. When I was struggling to find motivation to get the workouts done, Casey asked if I wanted to come in and workout with him a couple times to get back on track. He is truly committed to helping all of his clients reach their goals and is willing to help with whatever you need. Would absolutely recommend Casey and his Purposeful Strength platform to anyone!

I have been working with Casey as a trainer for a few years now. I have worked with multiple trainers throughout my years of lifting and Casey is above and beyond all expectations! Not only does the programming fit in both the goals and equipment accessibility it also fits right into my work schedule. I have had several imbalances and injuries in the past that we have been able to work to resolved and build a much better base/foundation to progress. Any time I have a question regarding the direction I want to go.. building or cutting... I always get a response that is genuine and comes with all of the logic including the mechanics and suggestions for diet needs depending on the goal that I look for! Being in my late 40's and fixing my imbalances I've been able to set strength PR's that I didn't think possible at my age! This programming is beyond worth the price for the value in return!! I cannot recommend this enough! Thank you!!

Purposeful Strength is an excellent coaching program! Casey takes a thoughtful approach to training by meeting clients specific needs.
Unlike other online platforms, his communication with clients is continuous and the workouts are customized to each individual. I reached out to Casey for personal training after a surgery, and his program was crucial for me to not only recover, but exceed my personal fitness goals.
I would highly recommend Purposeful Strength for a range of individuals. From anyone who is just getting started on their fitness journey, to those recovering from injuries, to those more experienced with training. It’s an excellent option for those who want the flexibility of working out on their own time, but the professionalism and expertise of a personal trainer.
