Yoga studio Non-profit organizationAbout the Club
The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as “community”. Sangha Studio serves as a place where we can all feel supported and encouraged within our community, in our yoga practice, and in our lives. We aim to offer classes and events with the intention of growing community both inside and outside the studio. Offering classes for practitioners of all levels, yoga teacher meetups, donation-based classes, and more – Sangha Studio hopes to support not only your yoga practice, but you as an individual.

Sangha Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio with skilled instructors and a calming atmosphere. Every class feels intentional and grounded, and the teachers create a space that’s both supportive and inspiring. I always leave feeling refreshed and centered.
The only thing I’d love to see is more variety in the schedule.
More dynamic classes to complement the gentler offerings. With a few more options for different energy levels and styles, this studio would easily be a five-star experience.

My experience was dynamic and relaxing. I felt safe to explore breathing and how my body felt that day in different shapes. The space itself is straightforward, tidy, and well-stocked. There are mats, blocks, straps, pillows, blankets, and even eye pillows. I like how there's cold water available and the inclusive not-for-profit approach which can be felt at all the locations.

The atmosphere here is so calming, and the variety of classes and times works great with anyone's schedule. In the winter this place is my cozy escape and in the summer I love the outdoor classes offered. Definitely my favorite self-care place in all of Burlington.

I love sangha studio! The teachers are truly passionate about their practice and the space feels so warm and welcoming. Today my instructor brought in a big jar of sun tea to share with the class and I felt like I was in the living room of an old friend. This is a truly special yoga studio. Oh, and the rooftop is totally worth visiting.

I took a Sunday morning Flow class with Caitlin. It was exactly what I needed! The flow was interesting with plenty of levels/modifications for everyone. The North studio is nice and clean. Dressing rooms available, as well as mats and other props.

Sanga is a yoga studio that I would characterize as very much being rooted in the community. As a non-profit, it offers both membership and donation based classes.
For the many people who couldn't otherwise afford the cost of attending such a studio, Sangha is a fantastic opportunity.
They offer a wide range of classes and events dedicated to various populations.
As a patron who had almost zero experience with yoga, I found it quite comforting that the proprietors foster a welcoming environment for people of all skill levels.

Awesome studio located in the Old North End of Burlington. Wonderful teachers, a variety of styles of classes are offered, and it is a non-profit yoga studio doing work in the community to bring yoga service programs to different populations. Definitely check out a class!
