About the Club

Sangha Studio is a nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio. At Sangha Studio, we're building a community for all through yoga + connection. The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as “community” and is pronounced [SAHN-guh].
We work to host studio classes that are accessible to anyone that may want to join us for practice ! We’re here to welcome you as you are, and support you to tailor your practice so that it’s just right for you.
Sangha is a place where you can be you. We say so often to our students: come as you are. We invite you to be a part of our sangha family and hope that our studio home becomes your home too.

I was in town for work and was able to take a morning class. I loved the flow, the ambiance, and the teacher was friendly and offered coffee recommendations after class.

I could never do Sangha justice with words. Thank you for creating a space of safety, love, accessibility, social justice, and of course community. The classes — and just the four walls — at Sangha have reliably grounded me and allowed me to feel present in my body through the years, even during really difficult times. One of my favorite places on earth, no exaggeration! 💫🫶

If you're trying to choose a yoga studio, I can't recommend Sangha enough. Not only do they have multiple locations so you can almost always find a class that suits your schedule, but they also have a comprehensive variety of class styles, from absolute beginner-level, to some of the most advanced classes I've attended. They manage to pull this off while maintaining a welcoming vibe, always accepting and celebrating each student for exactly who they are. Sara's Flow 2 classes are my favorite right now. Even though she's incredibly advanced, strong and disciplined, she is somehow able to make her students feel motivated and confident, striving for poses they would have never thought possible before.

Sangha Studio and the teachers there do an amazing job of welcoming each student who enters the space. It feels like you're a part of the community when you attend classes, more so than any other studio I've been a part of. Classes are spread out throughout the day and the week so there are varying options of styles and levels. Last but not least, I adore the fact that it's a non-profit and classes are by donation, plus the membership is affordable. Thanks Sangha :)

As a teacher, I love teaching in these beautiful studios. Excellent students, dedicated teachers, a really special place to be a part of. In particular, I think Sangha encourages a beginner's mindset so no matter how long you've practiced, there is an attitude of discovery inherent in so many of the classes, making it a great place for beginners and seasoned folks alike.

I absolutely love this yoga shala! The teachers are amazing and I love the space. The classes can get really full so go early!! All of the flows are amazing and Buti yoga is SO much fun and a great workout. It's donation based which is great for me since some months are not as profitable as others.
