Contacted out of the blue by Noah regarding a potential inquiry. I have not inquired about this business and have requested my personal information to be removed from their system. Not only a phone call but a text message within 45 seconds of the phone call I recieved. Id suggest people do business elsewhere if their common practice is "harassing or nagging" people for business. P.S. don't bother me with nonsense and figure out a better system for handling inquiries. It's probably best not to text and call a person who has given no authority to be solicited.

Best kept secret! My wife and I were members 10 years ago until we moved away. We’re back now and Snap is better than ever! Equipment is in great shape and most is still like new. The space for legs in the back and Rogue racks where that weird computer store used to be are an awesome addition, especially having gotten into CrossFit a few years ago. Super chill crowd and I never have to wait. Thank you soooooo much for being here and for investing in our community’s health and fitness!!

I’ve been going to Snap Fitness on North Avenue, and while the gym is clean, I feel like it doesn’t offer enough equipment for the price we’re paying. At $50 a month, I would expect more options for my workouts. Ideally, the price should be around $35-$40 for what’s available. The gym is pretty small, but it’s not too crowded, which could be because I usually go late at night after 9 PM.

Another downside is that there aren’t proper lockers, which can be inconvenient. One thing that feels odd is that some people park their bicycles inside the gym. Overall, while it’s a clean and quiet place, I think there could be improvements to make it a better value for the price.

Conveniently located, friendly staff and there is always a machine open. I gave feedback and the owner responded quickly and thoughtfully! I was very pleased with my conversation with the owner and it's obvious they care about the space and the customers. There is also new equipment which adds to the different workouts you can do here.

It’s a good gym. only thing that drags, is if they just kept their music low or off. It blares over my airpods and distracts my focus during lifts. 99% of the time the gym goers I see are all wearing headphones, why do I need to blast my airpods over music no one wants to hear? I also don't want to have to ask to please lower the music every time but I need the gains.

SNAP FITNESS ON NORTH AVE IN BURLINGTON.My fiance and I had a dual membership to snap .With us taking full accountability we did not go to the gym more than twice in a period of about year and half.This is on us. However we cancelled membership after bleeding money for so long about 5 months ago . We discovered days ago that only 1 membership was cancelled and 1 remained billed since that time .We have contacted management/ownership and were told that I had walked in and cancelled my membership. To take even more accountability I had not used my membership once and would not even know how to get thru the door.I never walked in to cancel anything,it was in fact my fiance who paid via her c.c. and set up the membership at its start time.The focus on snap having no record of my fiance's cancellation has 100% been deemed our fault. How sub par organizational procedures and failure to keep the snap customer records accurately has fallen on us, just SCREAMS SCAM.The truth is my fiance walked in and cancelled both memberships as she was the cardholder in August. After a year and half of fees and absolutely no use of the property by us this seems like it's a matter of doing the right thing.Being a human,being a LOCAL business.We paid the price literally for not using our membership when it was active .Give us our money back and take accountability please. Its 4 months of fees . Snap is in the green for about a year and half already ,which we take accountability for . Could be a great gym except that the “dance” instructor who come in on Sundays let’s her class run the gym. Instead of using the dance classroom she turns the music up to the point that the speakers are blown and then opens all the doors so that the whole gym has to listen to her music. I have $300 sound proof headphones and can’t hear my own music over hers.

If you ask her to turn it down or at least close the doors to the studio she and her “students” yell at you and say that their “20 people outnumber your 1”.

Good choice of weight machines to work on and several sets of weights. Also a good number of cardio-machines. One can also get personal/small group training. The fitness area is well lit and not too hot. For a bit extra a month, a variety of classes are available, from yoga to dancing. The staff is very helpful. Open 24 hours (when you join, you receive an electronic entry card.

I love that Snap offers a variety of classes included with the price of the membership. I love the classes and it is the classes that I really get the most out of. I love the atmosphere of the gym as well. I feel very comfortable in being there at any time and never feel intimidated because it is not a "meat" head gym, but a gym for every shape, size and fitness level. The staff is also great. Easy to talk to and get help from!

I'm there mainly for strength training. Snap has a nice selection of machines, excellent free weight equipment, mirrors and floor space, and stability balls, medicine balls, tubing, TRX, etc. The place is clean, there is no music, and the clientele are respectful of others. I recommend it.

Love working out here because everyone is always super friendly. Great staff, always willing to help if you have any questions about how to use a machine. They offer many free classes like Zumba, Body Pump etc. I would definitely recommend Personal Training, even for people who think they know what they're doing. Machines are top of the line. The place is very clean. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, open 24/7. Would gladly recommend others to join.

I think Snap has it's pros and cons but overall I love it.

Cons:
-No pool
-only one shower (private bathroom style, right off the main gym)
-small classroom

Pros:
-Easy parking
-24/7 card access
-Never too crowded, always equipment available
-They do have some fun classes
-Can get in and get out quickly
-Better pricing than most other gyms in the area ($44.95 a month I think for my single person membership that I do month-to-month, cheaper if you prepay or commit to a year)
