Lindsay is very well educated in yoga, physical fitness, personal training, and nutrition. Her yoga classes are the best classes in Vermont! She does adjustments during her classes and her classes are always small so no one gets left out. I always feel 100% ready to conquer and seize the day after taking her class! And there are other teachers as well at this location, that are very talented in their own classes that they offer as well!

I joined Sweet Yoga going on my third month. 2-3 days a week I go for Flex & Flow and Lindsay has been a great teacher! She works with everyone to make sure they get the most out of each class. She always has a great, happy and positive attitude. I would highly recommend a class!

I have had four deep tissue massages from Lindsay, and each session has been nothing short of amazing. Lindsay possesses a unique skill set that makes her massages stand out from the rest. It's almost as if she has some kind of "x-ray vision," allowing her to see beneath the skin and intuitively locate the exact spots that need attention.
Lindsay's knowledge of anatomy is truly impressive, and it reflects in her massage technique. Her recommendations for addressing my tightness outside of the massage sessions have been invaluable.
Beyond the massage table, I have also been a part of Lindsay's yoga classes for years. Her energy and tone create a welcoming (and fun) atmosphere. At the beginning of each class, she takes the time to inquire about individual needs, ensuring that the session is tailored to the specific requirements of each participant.
I highly recommend Lindsay for anyone seeking a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist and yoga instructor.

Lindsay is just the BEST!! Iβve been working with her for many years now, doing private yoga. She always asks how Iβm feeling before we get started. If Iβve played a lot of tennis, she knows Iβm tight and where I need stretching. She tailors the workouts to exactly what I need each and every time and makes it FUN! She keeps me moving!! I look forward to seeing her every week and canβt recommend her and her studio enough!!

Discovered this cozy and personable yoga studio and Lindsey several years back when I moved to Vermont and love it! Lindsey makes everyone feel at home no matter their experience or level. Sheβs patient, knowledgeable and a great instructor. I also do personal training with Lindsey once a week which has been such a satisfying experience. She constantly finds new ways to challenge me and keep it fun! Highly recommend on all counts! ππππ
