About the Club

The Body Lab is a boutique Pilates studio in Williston, Vermont offering private, semi-private and group Pilates instruction.
We are redefining traditional Pilates classes with a modern spin on the workout that transforms your body. Our method is designed to increase strength and flexibility, build lean muscle and keep the body mobile. Each session is unique, complete with heart-pumping music, a high energy atmosphere and detailed instruction. With a focus on power, precision, and control, Pilates will work every element of your physical and mental strength. We focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in addition to those smaller muscles that have a big impact on how your body tones and gains definition.

I have been OBSESSED with this place since the first moment I stepped inside. I was so nervous since I had never tried Pilates, but the instructors have been so friendly and helpful. A year later, I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars!

Hated it here. Paid for 2 sessions online and only went to one, didn’t even attempt to go to the second one because I was not impressed. The instructor was terrible, impatient, and bad vibes. I’d rather enjoy a warm welcoming when I’m trying a new Pilates place. I also tried to sign up for the hardest Pilates class and got zero workout/ sweat in.

The best workout ever- gift yourself with classes at The Body Lab! I've been taking 2-3 classes per week for 4 years and I have never had the same workout twice! A motivating, low-impact workout that you can customize depending on how your body is feeling. I still get that satisfying soreness from working hard- no plateau or workout fatigue! At age 45, my core, arms and legs are stronger and I carry myself differently now. As someone who hasn't always loved working out, I have stuck with it because it is so rewarding in so many ways- it's the best self care!!

I love all the instructors here. They have a great assortment of classes and they all are very challenging! I love that they have 2 locations too. I've taken classes with Jensen before so I'm super excited to catch her at the Body Lab too!!

Sydney and her skilled team of Pilates instructors at The Body Lab have had more than a physical impact on my health and wellness journey over the past year. After struggling with staying consistent with exercise and putting myself and my needs first (mom life anyone?) I now have a routine I love— Pilates 3-4 times a week with multiple instructors all of which have their own personal music list and flare (think buzz words!).
Some of the other benefits include— improved nutrition, better sleep and over all improved mental wellness. It’s true— fill your cup before you fill others… and The Body Lab environment is supportive and makes exercise fun all while being challenging. The Body Lab also meets people at their skill level- beginner to expert (show up early for a class to get a quick tutorial or take a private!) and helps empower clients to be their best self both on and off the mat!
