I started coming to the studio just over a year ago. I initially signed up just to try it, in attempt to get my love for movement and exercise back after many failed attempts. And boy did I get it back and then some!
Now I’m obsessed and I tell everyone I know about this place. Half the time I spend on my phone is making sure I’m signed up for my fav classes (they’re all great however). I feel a sense of belonging here and I’ve never felt anything short of welcome, accepted and empowered not only during class but before as after as well. Huge amount of love to this place and the badass sisters who own and run it❤️

I have been coming to the Studio for over 10 years now and words cannot express how much love and gratitude I have for them. Since day one the Studio has felt like home and the teachers and members are like family, it is such a warm and welcoming space! All the classes are top-notch and there is something for everyone. I found the Studio at a dark time in my life and I truly believe it saved me inside and out. I am strong mentally and physically and I don't know where I would be without all of you!! Here is to another 10 years! :)

I have been going to The Studio since 2019. Every single time I’ve walked through the doors, there has been a welcoming spirit and a sense of community. It is a place for healing, socializing, sweating, stretching, crying, laughing, etc. They have expanded into many types of classes but they all are interconnected and complement each other. If you are looking for a place to get a good sweat and peace out, this is it! If you’re looking for a place to sweat and be part of a larger community, this is it! Go try! You won’t regret it :)

The Studio is so much more than a place to get a great workout. Whether you attend one of the various yoga offerings, or HIIT, Kinstretch, weights or the new ( and fabulous) yoga sculpt, you will find yourself in a safe, supportive community with instructors who are dedicated to what they do. They model how to show up for others AND get the exercise experience you want and need while having fun at the same time. If you are tired of exercising in a bubble and are looking for a supportive community to help you achieve your goals, look no further than The Studio :)

I am coming up on almost 3 years of attending Studio classes, and they have not only changed my body and the way I think about working out, but they have provided the most supportive, knowledgeable, FUN, KIND and welcoming community to this COVID transplant. I am thankful everyday I found this gem of a place. Cannot recommend enough!

A great spot! The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the class offerings are unique. I will say they are charging “big city” prices but it’s not always “big city” quality. A few things that come to mind; instructors often don’t introduce themselves, offer consistent modifications, or help clients tweak form. Personally I find the lack of form support to be a real missed opportunity as some folks might not have prior experience. I would say if you’re a trained former athlete, and want a solid workout, this is a good spot for you. Be warned that the studio is heated for all classes, including lifting and HIIT classes, and the temperature can vary based on the instructor. I find the high heat and temperature variations to be distracting from the lifting workouts because I am conserving energy to keep up with the 90 degree / humid room.

I'm 5 months out from a knee replacement and was looking for ways to be moving and strengthening more in a supportive class setting, and I so found what I was looking for! I started with Yin and Kinstretch and have added hot yoga classes. Every instructor I've had has been great and helpful with modification ideas. The Studio has a great vibe, and Molly, at the front desk always says hello!.

I started coming to The Studio because I wanted a chance to lift heavier weights in my HIIT workouts, and with a huge selection of dumbbells I have been able to progressively load all of my exercises.
It was an eye opener to realize that my biggest challenge wouldn’t be snatches or devil’s presses… but the Kinstretch classes! Start from the ground up and work on individual joint strength, range of motion, and overall health. Catch a sweat trying to lift your ankle off the floor 😝
Amazing place with incredible people all around! 💪🏼

If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. I had my first hot yoga session tonight and to say it was absolutely amazing isn’t enough. I came out of this class feeling the best I’ve felt since I cannot remember when. The last month I was at the gym on and off and just felt exhausted and burnt out. When I came out of this class I was more awake and focus, had energy to make a healthy dinner without dreading it.
I immediately knew during this class I wanted more and spent an easy 50$ for the month. Scheduled myself every Monday-Thursday for the entire month.
Megan was my first instructor and was absolutely amazing! I hope anyone interested in doing hot yoga here bites the bullet because it is 10/10 worth every minute and every penny!

A lifelong runner, I learned I had osteoarthritis in my hip at the age of 37. I had been a casual member of the studio, but after PT, needed to continue to increase my strength (and wanted to be able to go out for a run without pain), so I started coming to The Studio on a regular basis. I can’t believe how much stronger and pain-free I have been in the years since. The combo of classes: yoga, hiit, weights, has not only strengthened my hip, but made me overall stronger, more flexible, more agile. And I have not had any pain in my hip in years. I feel so great that I’m actually able to train and run in a race this summer! I truly don’t know what I would do without The Studio!

The Studio is a welcoming and inclusive community that provides a variety of yoga and fitness classes. I have been going to classes regularly since 2015 and I can’t say enough about the team of instructors. They make all of their classes approachable and have so much knowledge about the body. I came in never having taken yoga before and I was instantly hooked. There is truly something for everyone with the range of classes they offer.

I was only passing through town but was able to go to 3 classes and it is a fantastic studio. Great classes, teachers and no mold (It's a problem in many hot yoga studios!). I can't recommend it enough. I look forward to returning when I am in the area.

Upon moving to the Upper Valley almost four years ago, I struggled to find a workout studio that delivered on both content and sense of community. A friend invited me to a hot pilates class here in Nov. 2019 and I've never looked back -- this had been exactly what I was searching for! The Studio (BYUV) has diverse yet complimentary class offerings, providing full body benefits. The instructors are incredible -- welcoming, kind, patient, knowledgable, encouraging, and motivating -- and foster all of this in the studio's community. The Studio is my happy place, a place where I can go for that special "me time" and leave feeling totally empowered and refreshed. This place is truly one of a kind.

This studio is incredibly warm and welcoming, in addition to offering some of the best classes I've ever taken. It's been three years since I've joined and because of their teaching, I can address injuries and build strength in a wholistic way.

By far one of the best places to go to in the upper valley. A friend of mine has been trying to get me to come here for years. This fall I finally started with the student special. I can say hands down the community base of this place is incredible. The instructors are fun, inviting, understanding and will help you reach your goals. They will also help improve your forum (A huge plus for me). I started with Inferno Hot Pilates but then branched out and tried their yoga classes. I have been on a fitness journey for the last 3 years and hit a plateau. Coming to BYUV has helped me bust through that plateau, strengthen my core and has had such a positive impact to my life.

I currently have a family member in hospice care. Coming to BYUV has helped me mentally and physically. I go to class, give it my all and feel awesome afterwards. You do walk out of there with a little extra pep in your step. This is a community that cares about one another. We come from all walks of life and this is one of the few places I've been to where I feel like I belong. I am so grateful for all that they do, and for the fellow students.

They offer a wide variety of classes and times- so those of us with busy work schedules can still come in and make it to class. I've been to other local places and they will only offer 1 class once maybe twice a week but not at a time that I could make it. At BYUV they have early morning classes 6AM and evening classes at 6:30PM. Plus during the cold winter months when it's zero degrees outside, it's nice to enter the hot room. If you haven't checked this place out, you need to.

Took my first Yin class last night with Sallie and it was perfect way to end the week. BYUV covers it all... original hot yoga, IHP and mind and body restoration with Yin. Last one for me to try is Baptiste. Love BYUV 4 years and running!

I have been going to this studio many times a week for more than two years. The instructors are amazing. And fellow students are great. There are four different kinds of classes (original hot yoga (26 and 2), inferno hot pilates, baptiste power flow, and yin) and they are complementary to each other. You can pick and choose what you go to and when. If you go to all four, you will get strength, cardio, stretching, flexibility and moving meditation. There are classes every day from 6 am to 6:30 pm. This place is the real deal.

I've been trying to wait to review this place until a few visits.

It seems like a great resource, as the area is a bit more rural than I'm used to, I was happy to find a hot yoga studio nearby.

All of the teachers have been helpful and friendly. Classes are challenging and fun so far.

I do think the class times could work out a little better, and the evening classes seem close together, which doesnt totally allow for cool down/contemplative time after yoga practice.

The lighting is really sort of abrasive for me for yoga. Lots and lots of fluorescent lights during yoga class, for me personally, makes it feel more like I'm taking the SATs than finding my zen at times (this is why the hot pilates classes are a nice change, because the lights are lowered).

Overall it's a asset to the community I'd say. :-)
