I have been coming here for about a year now and absolutely love it. This 30-minute intense circuit, designed just for women, is a great mix of kickboxing, boxing, and self defense. I love that the trainers are super motivating and teach throughout the workout to ensure you have the correct technique — it’s almost as if you have your own personal trainer! I 10/10 recommend this stress relieving, strength building, and encouraging environment!

Honestly I have so much to say about this location. They do not stick to their scheduled time of being open (which is hardly anything as it is) on top of that! They make up “special boot camps” & charge extra $$, on top of your monthly payment if you wish to join. This isn’t the club I envisioned myself being with, especially not the club I was described when I first visited. If you are an early AM workout girly do not get a membership here.

This is such a great solution for the busy professional who travels a lot. It is a great way to let off steam. I just started coming to 30Minute Hit, but I already feel a difference in muscle strength and flexibility. The 30Minute Hit team is friendly, but firm in helping you do the exercises and poses correctly so you can see results. Great experience!

I was looking for an all women's gym and stumbled upon this gem! If you like HIIT, want to learn self defense/boxing, or just a busy mom, then this is the place for you! I can't recommend 30 Minute HIT enough. Not only do you get a great workout in 30 minutes, you also get a great community of supportive women. Carola and her team of awesome trainers make everyone feel welcome and special, and I don't think I've ever been in for a workout where I didn't get personal attention from the trainer on the floor. The workout is good for all ranges of fitness and all ages of women and is customizable to your level. And it's fun to hit and kick things!

Such a fun gym! This efficient workout is perfect for busy moms or other folks who have no time in their lives. The workout is only 30-minutes but you are working the entire time. I burn as many calories in these 30-minutes as I would in a traditional hour long gym class. And you can just roll in whenever during their operating hours, so you won't miss a class :)

As a newbie to the area I was nervous when I started my fitness journey. But I’m SOOOO glad I tried it out! Sophia was my trainer for the free trial and she made me feel welcome and taught me all the basics. Then when I joined for real Carola kept me accountable - which I needed!! As a person who absolutely hates to exercise, I am happy to have found this gym. I love that it incorporates kickboxing techniques, is only 30 minutes and you only complete the circuit once. That each station is only 2 minutes is a definite plus for me. There is always an instructor on the floor to help keep track of time, correct your technique and motivate you but without being completely in your face. Since I’m only in the area a couple months, I appreciate that they have a month to month price. If you’re in the Arlington area, I encourage you to try it out. Just a note, it is a women’s only gym.

After canceling my free trial and rescheduling so many times because of a busy schedule I finally went in. I didn’t get to meet her but I want to thank Carola for being so kind, persistent and great at responding. I went on Monday afternoon and had a nice 30 min workout session. My trainer Sophia was super nice, great at coaching and even better at motivating. Before we started, she asked me why I chose that gym over a regular gym with equipment and I told her it’s because if I don’t have structure I will halfway do a workout and that will get me nowhere. The only reason I decided to join right on the spot versus going home and thinking about it is because I felt heard. My trainer heard me when I told her I needed someone to push me. My trainer heard me when I told her I needed someone to tell me how to work out and she heard me when I told her I liked being told how to improve my technique to maximize the outcome but reduce the risk of injury. Long story short I am glad I decided to become a member and cannot wait to see how the 30 minute hit team will help me transform into a mentally and physically stronger person.

Carola, Sophia, Kathleen, and Jackie are all amazing trainers and are genuinely invested in seeing you succeed at obtaining your fitness goals. I was nervous on my first day but Carola welcomed me with open arms. Sophia, my trainer, was super sweet and very encouraging throughout my workout. When my chronic back pain started to flare up, Carola became concerned and reached out to Kathleen. Kathleen modified certain exercises and saved the day!!! I can’t thank Kathleen enough for helping me through this. I’m so happy to have joined 30 minute HIT ! The trainers are exceptional! Very personable and kind, and the environment is so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait for my next workout!

Going to the gym was my 2022 NYE Resolution and it almost seems like kismet that a new gym popped up right across the street. It's all women, very community-oriented and friendly, and the best part is it's only 30 minutes! You get in, you do your pre-ordained workout that's a real workout and not just you bumbling around because you don't know what you're doing because they have personal trainers there to help you, and you go home! And you can bring your kids! It's great, and I cannot recommend this essential contribution to the neighborhood enough!

Love this! As a 50+ y/o woman, I didn't think this would be for me. But the staff here take you through each stage and show you what works best for your needs - including any adjustments because of medical issues. They also have trainers on the floor during all hours to assist and encourage you throughout your workout!

Great studio with very friendly and encouraging instructors but not very convenient operational hours/gym location. I could not in good conscious recommend signing a contract with this gym. I am unfortunately locked into a contract I do not wish to continue, I was unaware that when you sign up it means you are locked into a 24 month contract with essentially no way of getting out of it......Unless the gym would like to reach out to me and allow me to cancel my membership I will try and make the best of it and use their online workout videos so it isn't a complete waste of $$$.

Can't recommend this place enough!! I love the flexibility of being able to come in whenever I want, and the workout community is friendly and supportive. All trainers are kind, helpful, motivating, and knowledgeable. They help me with my form and keep me pushing myself!! I was mainly worried about getting bored with the workout because it is the same setup every time you go, but apparently I never get tired of hitting things (constructively, of course!). Also, there are modifications to each exercise so that once you master the basic, you can push yourself to the next level. I am feeling stronger every day, I have more energy, and honestly it's been like therapy for me. Very very glad I signed up!
Other notes: the facility is clean, the owner communicates well with the members about unexpected closings, HIT camp opportunities, etc. They build community by highlighting members and their accomplishments, both in HIT and outside of HIT. Great spot for a challenging and accessible workout!!

I have been a member since Feb. I have to say this is one of the best places to work out if you love motivated trainers. I came the trainers have help me see my way to fitness goals. I am a big fan of group fitness, it's the only way I can motivate myself to work out and I love 30 minute hit. I can go when convenient for me without having to worry about missing a class start time and I never feel out of place. The trainers and staff are so welcoming and supportive as are the other members. Not only do I feel comfortable, but I also get a great workout. The 30 minutes goes by so quickly and I can absolutely feel it working as I turn from sore to strong. Easy to find parking and bonus points because I can grab a coffee or a salad after my workout. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun workout that produces results!

30 Minute Hit is exactly what I needed in my life. The 30-minute intense workouts are easy to fit into my schedule and tones muscles I didn't even know I had :). Since there isn't a set class schedule, it allows me the flexibility of working it into my scheduling as opposed to working my schedule around a specific class time. I love walking into the gym and being warmly greeted like family by the trainers and staff. I've never experienced a workout quite like this that is both emotionally and physically beneficial. The amount of stress that can be relieved from punching the bags or my favorite "Bob" is wonderful.

I have a unpredictable schedule and have found it hard to find a consistent time to work out, especially if trying to take a class at the gym. 30 min HIT has helped me fit in workouts. Some days I can go before going to work, or even squeezing a workout during my lunch break (start the workout by 11:30am as they close at noon). Other days, I can't get there till after work. With the flexibility of not needing to get there at a specific time a class starts, I am grateful I'm able to get a good workout in 30 minutes. And the work out... wow, who knew it was so fun (and tiring) to punch and kick things?! A trainer is always on the floor to keep you motivated as well as provide help to correct technique when needed. Really glad I found this gym!

I absolutely LOVE this workout! I had no idea what to expect when I walked in - I had never done any boxing at all nor had I ever used this kind of equipment- but the trainers made me feel welcome and comfortable from day 1. The owner and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! It doesn’t matter if you have no experience, you will feel like an expert after your first session. The equipment is CLEAN!!!!! The trainers come right behind you and spray down the pads when you are done with a station. The workout moves fast: After a warm-up, 13 stations, 2mins each. Super fun full-body workout of kicking and punching interspersed with abs and glutes, totally gets your heart rate UP and your core solid. In 30mins you get a complete workout and leave feeling amazing. I can’t recommend it more. They offer a free trial - take advantage and get yourself in there. You won’t be disappointed!

Be aware of what you get into before you pay. Be sure you aware of their schedules before you sign up. THIS PLACE DON'T DO REFUND. NO MATTER WHAT. Everything is very responsive and great until I paid. I asked for a refund 3 days after I signed up . cuz I did not realize the schedules don't work for me (I had my trial lesson after 8pm during the week day. I was assuming they open later than 8pm and no one remind me or show me the schedules.) I did not even use once of the membership. They did not even response my text after I send my inquiring about refund policy. SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED.
