Great 30 day challenge to keep you in those clothes you want to still be able to get in. No weights needed. KingKuz will start you off slow and steady but will eventually ramp his program by the 2nd week. By the end of the program I do see and feel a Difference. If I'm not able to catch the live sessions you can always catch the replays. That's a big plus for me because of my work schedule, but I do rather be in on the live ones. All together a great program and great instructor. Even after the 30 days if you want more he has it on his website. One on one sessions if you'd like or just to learn more of his HIIT regimen. You want regret it. Let's stay fit my friends πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ!

I look forward to the 30 day challenges and appreciate all the effort in pushing the workout family to be their best selves. I really enjoy the boxing workout moves and the way the coach explains each workout routine. Definately the best workout challenge I have had ever!

I love working out with KingCuz. I am almost 62 now and I feel great! My doctor said whatever I am doing, keep doing. I have more energy and I can think more clearly. This was a great workout! I was challenged and loved the accountability that this has. Ellis is great and also patient. He cares about the health as well as the fitness. He does meal preps and also one on one sessions. Great atmosphere and super excited to be part of this journey!
