This is truly the best gym in the city β and at the most affordable price youβll find! Sergio and Ray are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Your training program begins with a detailed assessment to identify exactly what your body needs, ensuring that your workouts are both safe and effective.
The membership also includes access to sports massage sessions, which are fantastic β especially for anyone who trains regularly. You really canβt go wrong choosing this gym!

This place is a hidden gem when it comes to getting back into best physical health. I sprained my knee from jiu-jitsu not too long ago, at that time I was having difficulty recovering. Coach Sergio and Ray helped me to get back to normal. Their assessments gave me a better understanding of the root cause for my injury and provided me exercises and guidance to recovery. I rarely give out reviews, but this place is definitely deserves the credit and exposure. Thank you guys!

Best gym around. If you are looking for a place to feel better, move better, look better, and have fun, this is the place for you. Small group classes provide a mix of cardio, conditioning and strength training, and personal training sessions allow for more specialized training in any area you want to focus on. The coaches are the best and I trust all their knowledge of body mechanics and physical therapy. They also provide massage services and they are amazing. All are welcome here, no matter where you are in your fitness.

So good!! Ray and Sergio crush all the workouts. Not only do they adapt them to different levels of skill but they offer a variety of add-on packages like massages / private dance lessons / nutrition guidance to name a few with more to come! This gym is recommended for anyone at all levels!!
