I travel for work alot so I was glad to find an anytime fitness near my work. Unfortunately it's the worse I've been in. The smell alone i couldn't take it, it smelled like old locker room Gym feet/socks. Even the small town where im from it dont smeel bad. I will travel a few more miles to the next one down the way from here. I've noticed in the newer reviews that this gym has new owners so please fix your noses and your gym smell cus that is ridiculous.

Don’t trust Domenick Taylor, the owner of this anytime fitness. I signed up for a fitness challenge which I completed in Nov 2024. They have purposely ignored their employee, Erin Forbes, every time she emails or calls about my $500 reimbursement for completing the challenge.

I was also sent a canned response email when I used their website, and they have never followed up or correct the situation.

Erin Forbes is an amazing person and employee and you should sign up for personal fitness training with her. But don’t give anytime fitness your money, because they won’t honor their contracts.

Staff did not cancel my membership. Their manager refused to contact me for months while I was charged hundreds of dollars. Luckily my bank got my money back. Anytime fitness is fine generally, but avoid this location.

Avoid this gym like the plague! Visited the place one time, was sold a 2 year contract with higher cost option supposedly allowing for easy cancellation. Requested to cancel after learning that their machines are not suitable for my ankles as they manipulate your feet as you run. Told I cannot cancel without a doctors note like I'm a 6 year old trying to get off school. Nobody returns my calls. Nobody is prepared to cancel. I'm bombarded with automated calls requesting payment. Terrible customer experience. Massive inconvenience. Poorly designed layout and modalities. There are much better gyms out there, stay away from this one and their dodgy practices. Without a doubt the most expensive shower I've ever had! I'm never visiting this gym again and I'm suggesting to all my friends that they don't either. Desperate tactics from a desperate company.

The 24/7 access makes it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule, and the gym is always clean, organized, and equipped with everything I need.

But what makes this location better than others is the staff- specifically Erin. She’s incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. She always goes above and beyond to create a positive environment.

I’ve been a member of this gym for 5+ years, and ever since the new owners took over, the cleanliness and upkeep have gone downhill drastically. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly, machines are broken for months at a time, it’s hot and humid constantly before you even begin to work out, and let’s not forget that the paper towels (all FOUR of them in the gym) are almost always out. The convenience of this gym is great; however, the upkeep is awful.

I love the convenience of the hours and the location however it is almost always hot and humid inside as soon as you walk in before, you can even start a workout. The bathrooms do not seem to get cleaned and sanitized much either as I come in often and see the same dirty stains and dust around the sinks. See pics below . Well maintained location and I have traversed many across the lower 48, this is one of the top 3 I've been in. The rest depends on the time you go.. it's a prime location on the trek south to north cakalaki.. so that's hit or miss with a crowd, BUT a friend showed me recently on her app, how many people were in the gym live so you can plan ahead..🤷‍♂️that's your gamble. I got 5 mins of an empty gym this weekend.

This location DOES NOT honor/accept the free one day trial even though it is available on the website for this exact location, which locks you in to a single location for the trial when you sign up. On the smaller side of the gyms I have toured in the area. The people working out there were very nice and happy with their trainers.

This is my favorite gym . Everyone is friendly and professional , and the place is always super clean. I feel known , since I am always greeted when I walk in . The trainers are great as well .. Kourtne has helped me make excellent progress in only 6 weeks ! Definitely recommend joining .

Without a doubt it's the best Gym I've joined so far. Immaculate cleanliness, absolutely outstanding staff, convenient hours (24/7), the equipment is expertly maintained. It is at least two steps above the others I've attended. From the very first day when I toured the facility, I realized the other Gyms could not compare to this one. I would highly recommend this Gym to everyone who's looking for a class experience.

I would not recommend going to this gym if kindness and service is important to you. I walked in today to get a membership for my son. The doors are locked all the time, which is fine. But the woman staffing it acted as if getting up to answer the doorbell was an inconvenience. It’s not my business model, it’s yours! I asked if I can get a membership for my son who is 15, she was non-committal but said no, have to be 18 to workout without a parent/have your own membership. I wasn’t pleased so she said what do you want to talk to a manager? And I was kind a like well is it a policy or it’s not a policy? Is talking to the manager going to change the policy? She basically said no so I went on my way. I met up with my friend whose son was also going to get a membership and they had stopped in last week and spoken with another staff member. They were given a different story. They were told they could sign up. So we went back to speak to the lady again. Again having to ring the doorbell, this time she greeted us even more exasperated! She approached as if we were a problem. Like we were inconveniencing her, asking about memberships. We told her what we had discovered the week before and she told us to come in she’d have to call her manager. She was so rude, as if we were inconveniencing her. Two brand new memberships. We walked out before she could answer us. Not taking my money there. We went down the street not even a mile to a competitor's gym. They were happy to take our money. With kindness and a smile. Horrible customer service!

Joining anytime fitness on cedar rd was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The staff always makes me feel so welcome and greets me with my name, they are all so amazing. The gym is so clean and just a great environment to be in. I just recently started group training with Kaity and when I say she is AMAZING, I mean it! She pushes me to become the person I wanna be, she is so motivating and just an all around great person! I am so glad she approached me and encouraged me to try out one of her classes. She definitely kicks my butt and makes me push myself but it is so worth it! If you have the chance to take a class with her I would highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best anytime fitnesses we have visited. This gym is clean and the environment is very spacious. There is plenty of workout equipment. Plenty of spray bottles around to wipe and clean equipment after each workout. The showers and bathrooms were spotless as well. We highly recommend this specific anytime fitness to anyone looking for a pleasant place to exercise! You can definitely tell the owner and staff care about their gym! :)

This location was the largest and most equipped one I had found so far. I have been having the most difficult time finding an Anytime Fitness since my move from Florida. I've gone to 6 so far and they are all so small here in VA.If you ever go to Pensacola, FL, I suggest making the Milton location your home. That Anytime is awesome! I love the convenience of the hours and the fact that I can go to any location I want but I don't think I will be renewing my membership unless I move again. Overall it was a good 3 years.
