The manager and staff at anytime fitness is phenomenal. They keep the facilities clean and are always available to help whenever a guest needs something. One of the best staffs that gym has had in a while. The personal trainer there is also great even when you are not a signed client she has no problem having a conversation and she makes everyone fell welcome regardless of their fitness journey. I hope the company is able to keep this group of people longer than they have been able to keep other staff members in the past.

Best gym in Warrenton by far. Open 24-7, management is always keeping it clean and tidy. Machines get fixed almost immediately if they go down. Best bang for your buck as far as gyms go here

Both Emily, the manager, and Tabitha, the head trainer, were fantastic when I went in to try out Anytime Fitness for the first time. Very impressive. They each gave me plenty of their time & attention and answered all of my questions. Private bathroom & shower combo, which was the first time I had seen that in a gym, and plenty of machines & equipment of every kind, with plenty of room to stretch. Happy to recommend!

Terrible gym. It's has everything I need in a gym, and I walk out feeling accomplished after every workout. The staff is fun, energetic and friendly. It's not overly crowded with little to no shenanigans. Plus, it's compatible with most insurances. I mean, it doesn't get any worse than this. 👍🏼👍🏼

My husband joined ATF soon after it opened, and I joined later. We both love everything about this facility. Anna ( the manager) and Tabetha (personal trainer) are both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and the machines are well maintained. Music is good, fees are reasonable, and you can’t beat the hours!

My overall experience of this gym is a 10/10! Very clean facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere compared to other gyms and feels like a judgment free zone. Best part is, it doesn’t smell like body odor and Axe body spray like Planet Fitness! XD

I kind of like the dirty feel of the gym, reminds me of gyms of yesterday.
I joined couple years ago, about a year ago my key fob doesn’t work. Bring its Anytine, I go around 7:30pm. This is after the staff leaves so I have to bang on the door hoping to be key in like a beggar. I’ve asked repeatedly to get this fixed for many times I can’t get in. The other night as I was leaving I saw a few of one of my competitors business cards on the counter, I took em and left a few of mine. This morning I get a nasty text from the gym saying I wasn’t welcome back until I was in good standings with them and not to come back as a guest and that they were tutoring my business cards in the trash.
Taking the cards, business or dick move? Depends on where you stand. But telling me not to come back until the key fob mess is straightened out? I’ve asked at least 10 times to get this fixed. So I’m going to cancel my membership and save my $50 a month and go to the cleaner, easily accessible Planet Fitness for only $10 a month. Warrenton anytime fitness, get it together

This whole company expecially “Anna” should be ashamed for the way they rope people into their up surd contracts! I’m currently facing troubling times by not having a car and have been trying to cancel this membership for over a year and yet they keep thinking sending me email after email saying I’m passed due will some fix the fact that I don’t have a car. The fact that I have to come in and write a letter to cancel a gym membership or shell out a hundred dollars just to cancel is insane! These people have no shame and are preying on innocent people wanting to make healthier changes in their life! This company especially the Warrenton location needs to be looked at. I can’t imagine I’m the only person getting screwed over by these con artists!

Anytime fitness is a great place to workout. It is safe and friendly. The trainers are great and have a wealth of knowledge. Coach Ty gets to know you and makes sure to put you with the right trainer. Mine is awesome! Her name is Ashley. She is a world of fun and very knowledgeable. Its a Great Gym 🏋️‍♂️

I have been enjoying my membership and group classes! Everyone i come across is very friendly and my trainer Matt really makes class enjoyable and worth the time. The ladies i work out with are all wonderful additions to your gym. My only complaint is that of non key fob holders accessing the facility on numerous occasions and not filling out guest forms. I understand the building is not always staffed and wish there was a better way of monitoring this during those non staffed hours. Myself and my class group of ladies witness this quite often when we work out during the later evening and weekends. After bringing it up to a staff member it was suggested i take videos or pictures of these happenings and that it is sometimes hard to see with the wall. Sorry, that is not my job. I would also like to see the trash cans not over flowing on an almost daily basis the last few weeks.

After losing my job and having my unemployment denied, due to covid. I attempted on several occasions (in person) to delay my membership. I talked to 3 different employees. Each of them gave the response. Give us your email and we'll send you the documents to delay your membership. The first 2 times I never received the email. On the 3rd attempt I made sure the email address was entered into their computer correctly. I left assuming id receive an email by the time I got home. It never arrived, I then emailed Dawn Mills, telling her about my situation. That I had lost my job, that my unemployment was denied, and that I hadn't been able to find employment. I never heard back from them. Until 9 months later when I found out they turned my membership over to collections.
In hind sight it appears that, this company has purposefully miss lead me. I believe this to be deceptive business practice. They were not acting in good faith. Its been a cruel year. And at the end , anytime fittness is attempting to destroy my credit. To anybody thinking of joining this gym, think hard. While they claim to be interested In your physical health, your mental health is not a priority.
This is not to mention, opening back up after lock down, withdrawing money from my account, with out ever having notifying me they were back open.

This location is not what you'd typically expect from a chain gym. It has a very inclusive family feel to it. I have consistently been blown away by the customer service of the staff. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. The kindness and encouragement is so motivating. The first time I met the manger, Dawn, she came up to me while I was working out to introduce herself and see if I needed anything. That level of interaction really impressed me. I then decided to sign up for personal training sessions, which I highly recommend as it is life changing. My trainer, Corey, is incredible. I was afraid I'd feel overwhelmed and embarrassed by one on one training, but not at all. He exceeds my expectations in all aspects and I constantly think to myself...I bet he doesn't get paid enough for this. Point being that it seems like for him it's more about helping people than collecting a paycheck. All the staff have always been extremely kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this gym location enough!

It’s clean enough, and accessible, but it’s so crowded that you almost always have trouble using the equipment you want, and the trainers take up most of the space. I was working a circuit just today in the big open area, and a trainer set up a bunch of cones around me and told me to move because he was training people. Ridiculous. I pay the same amount as everyone else to be there, and I can’t even use the space or equipment. He could’ve easily had his people working out in a different corner of the room, as all they were using was resistance bands. So frustrating. Happily canceling my membership after two years of frustration.

Reply to owner: My married name is in your system. I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness for two years, but have only been at the Warrenton location for 5 months. While this is specifically a review for this location, the other location I attended wasn’t great either, so I’m also generalizing about the franchise as a whole, since I haven’t had a great experience overall. This location has been the worst by far due to overcrowding, and literally being forced out of my workout space by trainers.

Last week I went to check out the gym. While I was there I felt very pressured to purchase the membership. I wasn’t sure if it was the gym for me. After thinking on it, I realized it would not fit my lifestyle. Per the contract I had 3 days to cancel with a certified letter mailed to them, again per the contract. Once they received my letter canceling they contacted me to let me know I owned them $100 to cancel. I informed them per their contract I do not owe them a thing. I never used this membership once and they still wanted to charge me after they already took over $60 as the sign on fee. I had to remind them of the fine print of the contract multiple times. This gym is run by sales people trying to get your money NOT by health fitness minded people providing a service. I understand it’s a business but when you focus is only the money, no thanks!

I had a confirmed appointment at 5:30 that i showed up to on time, looking forward to seing what anytime fitness offered and i was trying to get a 7 day free trial. I was kept waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes until i was brought back into the "managers" office and even after i sat down i was told by the "manager" she was going to help a family that came in after me because it would only take a second. How disrespectful is that? I was already sitting down inside when she brought the family of two in the office and there were only two guest seats in the room...Awkward much? What a terrible first impression and experience. I do not recommend anytime fitness, the gym is very small and the staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
