The gym is beyond any gym I have ever been too. The equipment is so advanced and you can experience a full body workout in 20 minutes with better long term results than anything you will do at an equinox or lifetime. The wellness program is designed to help your body recover efficiently and get you ready for another intense workout. Customer service is amazing. The owner is very involved with clients well-being. Doesn’t try to oversell like most gyms do. The equipment is top-of-the-line definitely no expenses spared for the best equipment available to date. The staff is very knowledgeable and also very caring. The technology is out of this world. It is the best resistance equipment I’ve ever seen!

The staff and management are both helpful and incredibly friendly.

I have trained for 2 weeks now and I have finished this nearly a whole body workout in about 30 minutes. Then 3 minutes in the cold plunge. 15 minutes in the red light sauna.

I tried the cryotherapy. Booth is quite powerful. Skin temp went down about 13 degrees in three minutes of exposure.

I have a ton of other cool equipment that I haven’t even had time to try yet.
