I had an amazing time at my first bungee fitness class! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and supported. Alexis was incredibly patient and went above and beyond by taking photos and recording videos of me and my friend during class—perfect for sharing the fun!
Cathleen and Doreen were so kind, encouraging, and patient as they taught us Level 1 beginners. They created a fun, judgment-free environment that made learning the moves easy and enjoyable.
The class was such a unique, exciting workout—I haven’t had that much fun exercising in a long time! I highly recommend signing up for a membership if you can. I’m definitely going back and already looking forward to my next class!

Dropped in for the Core Strength and Stability class with Bea and thoroughly enjoyed myself. This was not a bungee class, but one of the regular classes offered in person.
I am a big preacher on inclusivity, and Bea and the girls made me feel right at home. This was my first time taking a class, and while I found myself giggling at my technicality and over thinking, I’d like to say I will be grateful to join in on this class again.
Nice clean facility, not too many people, great workout playlists, and alwys greeted with love.
Thank you Bea for a first great experience and many more to come! See you next class and God bless!

I treated myself to a 1 on 1 private session yesterday with Candice B for my 47th Bday and it was the BEST thing I've ever done for myself! We had so much fun! I learned some level 3 flows from a woman who believed in my ability and was personally invested in me nailing every new move. I can't wait to go back.
Bungee is my vice and Candice B is my enabler!!!

Did a private group fitness class at Ascend and such a fun, welcoming atmosphere! When you come in you complete a wavier, get weighted, and they set up all up. I’d never done a bungee class before and they walk you through each step to ensure you’re comfortable. Just bring a water and they provide towels for you! I’d definitely return!

I just completed my 25th class yesterday, and I only wish I had found them sooner! I cannot say enough good things about Ascend. The community that has been built here is so kind and welcoming; I have never felt anything less than accepted and encouraged. The workout I get from bungee is one-of-a-kind. I have scoliosis, and the reduction of impact is amazing. I can do a full-blown workout without being in pain the next day.

At the end of 2023 I was looking for a way to rejuvenate my fitness routine. I had been training during COVID from home and fell of the proverbial wagon due to boredom. It had been 2 years since I last worked out and wanted a fun way to get it going again. That’s when I found Ascend Bungee Fitness and I am hooked. I drive all the way from Virginia Beach three times a week to attend classes. The trainers are AMAZING and they make each session different so boredom is NOT an option. Over the recent years my aching knees caused issues with being able to effectively workout but the bungees help and for that I am thankful. It’s easy to get started, don’t walk, run to their studio and sign up. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Level 1 class. Such a challenge! Harder than I thought it would be but lots of fun! I get the feeling that I’d have to try level 1 a few more times to get used to the pacing and the equipment.
Instructors were great! Made sure we took our time and didn’t over exert. I didn’t feel pressured to get the moves down right away.
I was sore the next day mostly in my ribs from the equipment and my toes from being on my toes so much but again it wasn’t terrible.
Fitbit said I burned 450 calories for about 40mins of exercise (it was an hour class but it was a lot of stop and start cause we were all beginners)
I’d try this again.

I've tried so many places and gyms to exercise and not one of them compare to Ascend. Once I tried it, I am hooked. I was of course timid at first but I am so glad i did and continue to keep going. It's the most fun you'll have ever! All the instructors are AMAZING AND WONDERFUL. The people are also uplifting and encouraging. You can start with zero experience and gain so much more. It's truly my favorite thing ever. I can't say enough about Ascend bungee! I've also made some really great friends there too!! Just go! I promise you'll love it!! ❤️

If you're looking for a welcoming, supportive, and effective exercise haven, look no further than here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and helpful guidance. They truly make getting started easy and stress-free.One of the things I loved most is their "buy one, get one" offer for first-timers. But be warned, these classes fill up fast! To snag your spot, I recommend watching the website like a hawk to get the classes you desire. Buying class credit package, which is ultimately more economical in the long run.
Now, let's talk instructors. I've had the pleasure of working out with several, and each one brings their own energy and expertise. But for complete beginners, I wholeheartedly recommend Bea. She's a master at taking things slow, explaining every move, and making sure you feel comfortable and confident.Pro tip: Arrive a few minutes early to get fitted with any equipment and ensure you don't miss a beat of the class. Trust me, these workouts start and finish on time!
One thing I want to emphasize is that bungee is for everyone. No matter your fitness level or age, you'll find modifications and encouragement to push yourself at your own pace. There's absolutely no judgment, just a supportive community cheering you on every step of the way.Now, don't let the welcoming atmosphere fool you. These workouts are no joke! You'll be challenged, you'll sweat, and you'll walk out feeling like you accomplished something amazing.In short, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic workout experience. Just remember, book Bea for your first class, buy some credits, and get ready to work!

Ascend bungee fitness made me feel 100% welcome the moment I stepped foot in. All of the ladies that instruct the classes we're very helpful with putting the bungees on and explaining how the bungees work. Not only were they patient for some of us to learn to trust the bungee but they also pushed us to trust the bungee. Breaking down the footwork for each fly and doing that more than once while we were in class show me that they wanted to teach us and they wanted us to be confident in ourselves. These ladies have helped me out in ways they don't even know. I look forward to going to the class now and in the future. I recommend ascend bungee to anyone trying to feel better and want to have fun while working out. And like they say, "TRUST THE BUNGEE"....

Love working out at Ascend! Delightful atmosphere with a feel of community, Fun workouts and variety of different classes with Great instructors. I look forward to classes... Its addicting! Try it out and see for yourself! As someone who had a previous knee injury, for me this was the perfect re-entry to fitness.

For the first time in my life, I joined a gym for fun. I have always gone to the gym motivated by low self esteem and wanting to change the way I look. This time was different, I wanted to move my body and have fun doing it and Ascend did not disappoint! I can't say enough about the joy I feel when in an Ascend Bungee Fitness workout. The staff and owners make it their mission to help you dig deep and find success. In a bungee workout at Ascend Bungee Fitness, I feel like a kid again. High intensity low impact. There is an opportunity to work every part of your body.
