My 14 year old son has been taking private lessons with Alessandra. She's absolutely fantastic, and gets the best out of him. Keeps him moving the whole time and he gets a heck of a workout. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for lessons for themselves or if the have a child. The gym itself is not like any other place. The walls are covered in boxing photos. A special touch from Owner Craig Fladager. Heavy bags, speed bags, you name it, it's all there. They also have an actual full sized boxing ring! The environment is great for anyone who wants to get fit and truly learn the sport of boxing.

I can't say enough good things about this gym. Our Son has been able to make a complete 180 in his life because of this gym and the people that work and train there. Coach Craig has created an environment where growth and success is inevitable; When you have the desire, you will meet your goals.
Coaches Pete, David, and Joelle are amazing - they are so knowledgeable in what it takes to get in shape and be the best. Every student our family comes in contact with is polite and encouraging, just proving what starts at the top is carried throughout the gym. Special shout out to Tori Nelson who brought us into the boxing family, we are forever grateful. <3

Great facility with a full-size ring! Coaches are very knowledgable and are there to help you get fit, and learn the world of boxing, whether it be for fitness or to be a professional boxer!!! Did I mention that the prices are very reasonable??!! Pretty sweet! 💪👍

It's the very best gym to be at. A very good start for your day training and seeing what's boxing really like. The two rooms inside the building is really phenomenal and the hospitality is really spectacular. The first room trains kids, which is good for them, and the other, is advance training, which trains you the real basics of boxing. Not just that but also cardio, which helps a lot. The people working inside are nice and very loving type. They all show much character that you really enjoy training with. I really appreciate what this place has done for me, ever since I step foot inside the building and inside the ring.

Very friendly environment. Staff members are readily available to offer the best assistance and they go above and beyond. Will definitely have my nephew's train as soon as they become of age. Great team!Great atmosphere! Great work out !! You leave there feeling like a champion!!! While learning authentic boxing skills!!! They will even teach how to throw some kicks as well!!!! Coach Craig and Coach Pete are phenomenal !!!! They really take time to teach you the correct fundamentals of boxing for adults and children!!! Tori Nelson is a beast!!! Great Coach!!! She knows how to push you in a positive direction without giving up!! There are times I want to quit but Tori keeps pushing me saying you got this !!! Great motivator and great coach !!Tori Nelson is a professional woman’s boxer!!! She has gone against all the greats!!! She is my teacher 6am on Monday, Tuesday and Friday!!! How many gyms have you training with a WBC champion??? I recommend everybody come to the Monday, Tuesday and Friday 6am class you won’t regret it!!!This is better than any UFC, LA boxing, Title or Ilovekickboxing gym!! I promise you that!!! Not saying these are bad gyms just saying there’s nothing like Academy boxing in Ashburn! Also Jolle the GM is a beast too!! I have been training in what I perceived to be the art of boxing for around eight years. I initially started as a way to get into better shape and improve my health. It wasn’t until I joined Ashburn Boxing Academy that I realized what I was doing was basically what I call boxersize. In just the first few months here at Ashburn Boxing Academy, I have improved my fitness level and learn some basic boxing skills. I’m going to continue to work with the excellent coaches here and eventually compete as a Masters division boxer next July, all this at the ripe old age of 53. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the support and sacrifice that the coaches here at Ashburn Boxing Academy provide to myself and all of the members here. They have outstanding kids boxing classes that teach young people how to defend themselves and work together as a team.
