I had no idea what to do in the gym or how to change my diet to to not only lose weight but follow through and make a true life change. Alex created a very comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan for me and after one year I’m in the best shape I’ve been. I feel more educated on nutrition and how to achieve and maintain my fitness goals. Alex was patient, informative, and fun to work with! He took the time to listen to what I wanted to work towards and also held me accountable. Alex’s guidance was truly a game changer for me!

Alex is VERY passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He personally designs programs specific to your goals. His energy is motivating and makes me want to push myself even harder. I never knew how to lift weights and he made sure I was doing all the exercises properly so I don’t hurt myself. I learned a LOT and now I am confident to do the program even on my own with his virtual training as well. Highly recommend for all fitness levels.

I’ve been looking for a personal trainer around the area and I stumbled into him through a friend. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a strict regiment to follow to get my desired body. Would highly recommended to any people that are trying to get their summer body!
