I have trained with Ryan or about 5 years now I cannot say enough of how pleased I am witht he results.
I am a 51 year male with injuries from feet to shoulders and everything inbetween. Ryan is very skilled in not only understanding these injuries but how to progress and improve them.
I have had experience in the past working with other trainers and always felt they are putting me on some common program that didnt really fit me. Ryan is the best hands down at creating custom exercise plans that really only focus on you, your needs and goals.
I highly highl highly recommend him for any of your fitness needs. I don’t think you will find any body that can provide the level of quality and results he can.
He has also trained some of my friends and all of them have had unbelievable results.

I highly recommend At Will Fitness for your personal trainer choice. Ryan Shepard has been my personal trainer for approximately two years now and I am extremely happy with my results. One thing become immediately clear to me, for them it was about the bottom dollar. When I met with Ryan the first time, we talked about what my personal goals were and what I expected to get out of the sessions. Ryan is an incredible personal trainer. He customizes your work out plans based on your body type and knows how to gradually ease you into the whole work out routine. He is patient, knowledgeable, provides you with feedback on your progress and flexible in terms of scheduling your sessions. This was my first time having a personal trainer and it had been a great experience so far. I know very little about fitness and the gym has sort of been intimidating considering I’m not very familiar on how to use some of the equipment and don’t like working out much. However, having Ryan guide me through the whole process made going to the gym a lot more enjoyable and motivates me to stay in shape. Thanks Ryan !
