Coach Barboush is a great trainer to work with no matter your level of fitness. Medical reasons have kept me from resistance training awhile and I am basically starting from scratch. The sessions push me enough without feeling overwhelmed. After one month I have seen muscle improvement. :-)
He is easy to work with seems very dedicated to helping people improve in fitness and diet. Highly recommended!

I’ve been working out for years but always plateaued and stopped. Now, i just wanted to work with a professional who knows what they’re doing and can work with me directly. Barboush is that person. I’ve been working with him for 3 months now and feeling better and stronger than ever. I even have my wife and son working with him now too. Burboush has been an incredible partner to my son and me since April 2022 in our journey for fitness. I thought I knew what I was doing in the gym with all the information and videos out there today. I was wrong. Just a few weeks with Barboush has taught me more about lifting than I have learned over a few years. I also have an injured shoulder and was struggling with my push exercises, but he helped me figure out which exercises are best for me and perfect my form so I do not feel any shoulder pain.
