Beach Fitness & Performance has been a life-changing inspiration for our family! My kids actually look forward to working out and making healthier choices, which is something I never expected. overall rachel was an amazing coach. the rest of the gym was very unpleasant. other coaches allowing teenage boys to run around unsupervised, i heard a coach trash talking his disabled client behind his back, them dismissing you when you ask them not to take videos with you in frame, the gym being crowded or closed on random days/hours, overall not a welcoming environment and not worth a $290 membership when you could just go to a normal gym or another personal trainer but rachel was a great coach. very dismissive and disrespectful staff. if you market yourself as a safe environment for women to improve their body image and get stronger then your actions need to reflect what you advertise, but yall just care about baseball

I absolutely love training here, especially with Paige! She knows what I need to do to reach my fitness goals as well as pushes me. She is very friendly and personable which makes training go by quicker. The gym has a lot of great equipment especially if you want to do more free weights. I highly recommend this gym and I highly recommend training with Paige.

I can’t say enough about the Coaches at BFP. My son trained there for almost 2 years and the change in his athleticism, strength and speed have been remarkable. The baseball specific training has helped my son become a better athlete, a better baseball player and most importantly, aided him in making his high school JV Team. We look forward to coming back after baseball season to continue training over the summer.

My 13 year old loves training at Beach Fitness & Performance. She has been training with Paige Anew for several months, she has gotten so much stronger and gained confidence. As a soccer player she was looking for other ways to improve her overall strength. BF&P has been a perfect fit for her as an athlete. Paige has worked with her to fit her training in with her school and club practice schedule. Best gym for athletes!!

I always workout solo but doing group classes with Tori is SO MUCH FUN!!! She’s very attentive & cares about your well being (being corrected on form can be frustrating but your back WILL THANK YOU). You’ll literally feel strong & full of endorphins after the 60 minute class. The facility is clean, organized, & pretty spacious. Will be returning next time I’m in town

Tori Ryan the most effective coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

Coach Tori is the best trainer around. I've always wanted to learn to lift but was hesitant because I had no idea what or how to do it. Coach Tori understood that and showed me the right way to do it. Besides my family, she is my biggest cheer leader. When I finished my introduction sessions and was ready to spread my wings to go on my own, she was still there coaching, encouraging, and showing 100% support with getting better and reaching new personal records. It's not too late to learn - I did at 50yrs old.

Training here with Tori Ryan was the best decision I could have made for myself and my health. As a trainer she really breaks things down to a level you understand, and she truly cares about how you do. Tori tells you how it is, and no sugar coating. If you want results you take in what she tells you and you put in the work! The facility is great! Better than going to a public gym. Worth the price for personal training. I did group for 3 months and loved every session! Highly recommend for all ages.

Having a trainer who is knowledgeable in the field as well as making sure you eat is a great factor.. but to also cater to your individual capabilities in a group range from 20 to 70+ year olds takes skills and experience. I am impressed with the way Tori Ryan teaches such a diversified group of women. Yes she is awesome one on one and semi.... to see her in action with a group of six.... Lifting or stretching or cardio or squatting.. you name it ...she is right there making sure each individual in that group is working on their own level... BFP definitely has qualified and the Best Trainers hands down.. Thank you personally Tori Ryan for the self confidence you build in each one of us! SIDE NOTE: I started with the bar for my dead lifts(45lbs) and now I am at 175lbs on dead lifts WWWWHHHAAATTT!!! #FEELINGSTRONGAT59

I started training with Tori Ryan about 3 months ago after she came highly recommended from friends. I had worked with personal trainers in the past but never found the right fit until Tori. Things that set Tori apart-
- Her emphasis on safety. Tori makes sure every session that the muscles we will be working are warmed up and she makes modifications based off my previous shoulder injury. She corrects form and supports when lifting to ensure the risk of injury is minimized.
-Her education. Tori is highly qualified and makes me feel like the exercises we are doing are the most effective and scientifically backed. I saw more results with her in 3 months than I have in 9 months else where.
-Her follow up. I receive communication throughout the week from Tori for encouragement, education, check-in, or suggestions to better my results. I like that she cares about me throughout the week and not just when I’m in a session with her.
Overall, highly recommend Tori as a coach no matter your skill level.

I have been going to this gym since they opened and this is quite literally the best gym I have ever attended! I train with Rachel Marcinko and she pushes me to my limits everyday!! I highly recommend this gym to anyone! The cleanliness is great, the atmosphere is motivating and the people are so nice! 10/10!!

I absolutely love this gym! It’s always clean, it’s very exclusive for those who don’t like working out around a bunch of people, the staff are VERY friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have whether it be about form, nutrition or injury prevention etc. If you just want to come in and make videos about how you “work out” or show off your latest work out get up or just chat it up with “trainers” while they just walk around then I would recommend One Life. But if you actually want a good work out with super knowledgeable staff where you could actually get positive results the BFP is your place. Shout out to Paige, she has definitely helped me on my journey. We ain’t there yet but we’re closer.

This is one of the best gyms in the area! Starting my journey I was very intimidated going to a gym let alone the weight racks. I started working with Rachel towards the beginning of the year and I couldn’t be happier. Rachel is a fantastic trainer. She makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we're doing, and teaches me on how to improve my form. I did in person training and online and got amazing results. I now walk very confident into any gym and do not get anxiety. I am eating donuts and gaining muscle! She has truly changed my life mentality and physically. Kyle is by far an amazing owner as well! He gives cheers you on and gives the best compliments! This gym truly makes you feel welcomed!
