Pam is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She knows her stuff—technical, clear, and incredibly thorough. I’ve been training with her for 4 months (going on 5!) and plan to keep going because the results and progress have been amazing. She breaks down each exercise step by step, explaining what’s happening in your body and why it matters. It helps everything click and makes workouts so much more effective. She’s also super easy to communicate with—quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely invested in your progress. Pam is the real deal!

I've worked with a few personal trainers in the past, but Pam is by far the best one I've worked with. She has helped me become stronger and more independent in the gym, and she is incredibly detail-oriented and organized, following through with efficient in-person sessions and independent workout plans. Pam also takes a holistic approach, and is sensitive to my energy levels and recovery needs, while pushing me & keeping me accountable as needed.

I came into my consultation with Pam scared beyond belief. Gym anxiety, lack of confidence, and bad habits. I had myself convinced I was making a mistake and wasting both her and my time. The moment I met her, all of that disappeared! She is such a calming yet energetic person, and she's encouraging without being forceful. She's everything I needed in a trainer and more! I can't say enough about the great experience I had working with Pam! She has such immense knowledge of nutrition and fitness, as well as diverse experiences applying her skillset. Pam is truly amazing and works with your limitations to help you succeed. I have had mobility issues causing me pain in certain lifts, which has greatly resolved under Pam's guidance. She is truly an artist when it comes to developing modified workouts to your abilities.

Additionally, I was going through a slump where I was plateauing in strength for months. But after working with Pam for two months, my main lifts increased two-fold!

Her hybrid plan was the perfect balance for me as it offered in-person support as well as the ability to work out on my own. This greatly reduced my gym anxiety and allowed me to focus on my workouts. Pam is excellent at working with your goals and values feedback immensely. She wants to see you succeed and achieve your body goals just as much as you do!

What I really appreciate about Pam is that she is always accessible for help. Whether it's a quick question about nutrition or a form check during a workout, she is always there to lend a helping hand. Her knowledge and expertise in fitness and nutrition are evident, and she is genuinely passionate about what she does.

I've never seen a trainer go the extra mile like Pam does, I can't recommend her enough! I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her :)

I've been working with Pam for half a year now & she is the absolute best! I'd highly recommend her for anyone that wants to take initiative in their health or improve their lifestyle. She is truly someone who cares about you and your training.
Pam has really taken the time to understand my lifestyle and how it specifically affects me, creating programs tailored to my needs as I chose the Hybrid program. I've made significant progress during my time with her: my deadlift PR has doubled since we started, my mindset with nutrition has become significantly healthier, and we have achieved proper form in compound lifts once a week in person the rest through actively messaging as the week went by, etc. Pam really seems to understand when I should push myself & when I should dial back, picking up on what my body needs before even I do. She is so kind and positive that I genuinely look forward to every session. :)
I'm so grateful and I would strongly recommend her to anyone else whether it be weight training or nutrition!

Pam and I have been working together since November 2020. She has provided me with so much knowledge and confidence to be able to workout independently at the gym or at home. She has also helped me through 2 injuries by stepping back our workout and focusing on rehabbing my back and shoulder.

One of my biggest concerns when starting with a trainer was that I was afraid of having someone that had a militant approach. Pam is the exact opposite of that. She will push me because she know’s I can do better/more, but she never pushes me in a way that it makes me feel less than or taunting. She understands that not all workouts are created equal and some days are easier than others. She can quickly modify my workout and tailor it to my energy, my mindset, or even my physical ability for the day.

Working with Pam has been an absolute pleasure. She has really help transform not just my body but also my mind and spirit.
