The trainers here are amazing!! They are super encouraging and flexible, and the facility is great. I’ve been working with Brian for the past couple of months and it definitely has been a great experience. It’s clear to see that he genuinely cares about improving my strength without being too overbearing or having unrealistic expectations and goals. Overall it is an incredible environment. Would definitely recommend for anyone, regardless if you are just starting to go to the gym or you are an experienced lifter.

He is creative, no workouts are the same. Brian has in-depth knowledge of how muscles work together and can target strengthen weak muscles to reduce pain or possibility of injury. . I started with Brian 2 years ago after harsh chemo treatments left me without muscle. I did not know how to regain my strength. Brian continues to guide me through a progressive weight training program that always challenges me. Brian is a phenomenal trainer. He got me hooked on regular weight and strength exercises. I used him for most of 2 years with a gap of about 6 months and went back for a refresher. He accommodated my age, 66 at the time, and built me up with more challenging weight lifting targets to get me to lifting 330 pounds! Unfortunately, I moved 150 miles away and couldn't continue the twice and once weekly regime. However, he motivated me to get my own kettlebells and other free weights to continue with all that he taught me. Its been four years now and I miss his constant encouragement, but due to his efforts, I continue with a regular weight-lifting routine three times a week with a 4-mile run on alternate days of the week. Thanks for all of your training efforts. I'm a life-long exercise-nut, now.

He balances motivation, challenge, and humor with a focus on your individual needs.
