I’ve tried over 7 gyms in the Fredericksburg area trying to find the right fit. Bio is inclusive, challenging, a great community, conveniently located, and so much more! Really happy I landed here. If you’re looking for a gym I highly recommend taking a trial class here, you won’t be disappointed!

Great gym with great training staff. Unfortunately my travel schedule has prevented me from joining, as a regular member, but the few times that I was able to make it was great. Deb and Max were awesome about making me feel welcome and making sure that I was not only involved, but safely making the movements as well.
