Hbg/BH2O 24/7 Family Fitness was exactly the high energy gym environment that I needed on my road to fitness and recovery as a cancer survivor. Coaches and group workout classmates are your workout buddies, encouraging accountability and consistent visits to the gym and reaching fitness goals. Friendly front-desk and coaching staff who know your name. In group settings, coaches are great about focusing on an individual's form and making helpful suggestions to prevent injury without intimidation or embarrassment. The music environment, I find is very good for my mind and soul while I work out: the high energy music playing in the gym and used in the classes does not contain explicit vulgar lyrics that degrade or target women, cultures, violence, vulnerable youth or racial groups.

I have been coming here for over two years. and I love the atmosphere that is created here. Everyone is friendly and will help you with anything you need. I have learned so much about lifting from other lifters. The employees keep the facility clean and accessibly for a good environment.

I used to live in Bridgewater and I went to the location there and loved it! I moved to Harrisonburg almost three years ago and I’ve been going to the Harrisonburg location since! I love this gym it’s almost a second home to me. The staff is amazing. The classes are awesome. Overall highly recommend this gym.

Awesome gym! Very friendly staff, clean space, great equipment, various classes for different levels, delicious shake bar, and much more! The administration really cares about the community—show appreciation to teachers, for example., which is very special. I personally love the Body Pump classes, they’re the best part of my week!

By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The staff is friendly and proactive, the facility is always clean and in good repair, and the other gym patrons are friendly and helpful. The 24/7 hours are awesome if you don’t have a standard work schedule as well!

This gym is awesome! The size of the building is perfect, you don’t have to walk far distances to get to the machines you want to use. The staff is very friendly and available to answer any questions you may have. The fact it’s 24/7 access it’s perfect for me, I love working out after work at night and the fact that it’s on main st, it’s excellent since I also live in Bridgewater. In other words, it’s a great gym!

The name of this gym should be "Bridgewater 24/7 Adult Fitness". The tanning rooms feature provocative images that you would find in a Playboy magazine. I had asked for these posters to be moved to a position that would only be visible when inside the tanning room (a different wall, behind the door, there are lots of options to choose from). The GM, Brandon, unfortunately didn't care and the images seem to be important to the facility where they need to be seen by everyone. Very disturbing to find those vulgar photos in a fitness center who claim to be "family" fitness. Even more so, when the concern is brought up and is seen as a non-issue. Easy decision to cancel!

Very cool gym that's typically not busy when I am in. The staff are friendly as well as the other gym goers. The equipment is in decent shape. I have a 600 sq foot gym at home but costs to much to heat the building in the winter so I got a membership here.

Really disappointed. Extremely aged equipment and negative "no" signs everywhere... not to mention a little bible pushing. But what really got me was I moved, after a year of being a member with 6 months left.. I was charged a $25 fee for early cancel, then almost ALL of the remaining balance had to be paid. So watch what you sign up for and when they say you can cancel for a small fee...
