Ms. Morgan is the BEST! My child went from Starfish to Turtle in one summer. Highly recommend these structured classes, they know what they’re doing!

I’ll start by saying that in the beginning (Feb) we were singing the school’s praises and had no problem recommending the program. The kids have enjoyed it with a great curriculum and the various swim cap levels have been motivating. The small class sizes were great.

However, they have experienced a ton of turnover and its lead to some recent frustrations and I don’t think I would recommend the program as much anymore. Classes of different levels were merged reducing the effectiveness of the lessons. Communication gaps on canceling started happening. We’d get calls for some cancellations (weather), which made sense and is reasonable. Then in back to back weeks we’ve shown up and classes have been cancelled with zero notifications. It’s frustrating to get everyone packed in and drive for 30 minutes, get to the lesson and be met with locked doors, unanswered calls, texts and emails until the next day. If it happened once sure things happen, but now on back to back weeks I’m disappointed in how they are ending before needing to take a “break to find new accommodations”.

All the coaches/instructors have been excellent and have given our daughter so much confidence in and around the water!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS! There so called “adaptive” class was not. After 2 classes they said we had to switch to a private class if we wanted to keep doing class for $430 a month. What we thought was going to be a fun addition to our son’s life now we have to explain how he can’t go back. Wish I could give negative stars.

My son and I love British Swim school's Dolphin adaptive program specifically designed for kids on the spectrum or other disabilities. My son was always drawn towards water and now he has skills to actually enjoy his time and be safe. A big shout out to his instructor Marlene who is so gentle and efficient, my son absolutely hates to miss his swim lessons. Also it's pretty easy to arrange a makeup class if he misses any. I am so glad I found this program for my son!

We have loved BSS so far. The teachers are kind and patient and are very encouraging to the kids. Our daughter has gone from sacred to wet her head to jumping off the side!

I absolutely love british swim schools program. My son has always loved the water, but was nervous to learn safety skills. The instructors are super patient with him and allows him to take his time to learn. They have a way of getting him to do his skills without him feeling pressured.

My son was terrified of putting his face in the water. When we tried BSS Mr. Ben was encouraging and fun. He went at my son’s pace and made him feel comfortable and relaxed in the water. My son is now jumping in without a teachers assistance and starting submersion swimming to a back float. We love BSS and what they are able to do to help keep children safe and confident in the water.

Best swim school ever! This is exactly what I was looking for and I’m so grateful a place like this exists! I had signed my son up for lessons at another place and it was honestly just playing in the water. This is hands on learning and a visible progression of skills. Thank you to the whole team!
