Burn Boot Camp in Alexandria, VA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I have been going to Burn for about 4 months now and I love it! Everyone is really nice and welcoming. The workouts change everyday and there are modifications for most exercises. The floating floor is great for individuals with knee problems. This is the first time I have stayed consistent, don't get bored with the workouts and actually enjoy working out. If you are thinking about joining you should definitely give it a try :)

I’ve been attending Burn Boot Camp for a while now, and it has truly transformed my fitness journey in the most realistic and enjoyable way. From day one, the experience has been all about making fitness fun and accessible. The trainers are fantastic—they really take the time to cater to individual goals and are always there to guide you through modifications, whether you’re postpartum, recovering from an injury, or simply unable to do certain movements.

What I love most is that Burn Boot Camp is for everyone. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, creating a wonderful community where you feel encouraged to push yourself, no matter where you’re starting from. Plus, the childcare service is top-notch, making it so much easier for parents to focus on their workouts while knowing their kids are in great hands.

Overall, Burn Boot Camp has been a game-changer for my fitness and I couldn’t recommend it more. It's the perfect blend of support, fun, and results!

I’ve been going to Burn for almost 2 years and I love it. The class routines change everyday so you never get bored. The instructors are also really friendly (most of them lol) and motivating. I’m a person who likes working out in a group setting and Burn is perfect for that. If you’re considering it I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a try.

I have been a Burn member for two and a half years and have been at the Alexandria location since they opened (I started at the Arlington location while I waited for Alexandria to open). I tried burn solely because they offered childcare, and was planning to join even if I didn't love the workout because I needed childcare. BUT, it turned out that I really loved the workout too. The classes are great and the trainers are wonderful. I have worked out at many "boutique" gyms, and none of them have ever had a community feeling like Burn. The people there are wonderful and everyone feels super welcomed and included. I cannot recommend Burn enough.

Burn Boot Camp Alexandria is an absolute game-changer! The trainers are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success. Every workout is different, keeping things fresh while ensuring you push your limits with muscle-burning circuits that leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

One of the biggest highlights for me as a full-time mom is the childcare—it’s truly a lifesaver! Knowing my little one is safe and cared for allows me to focus on my workout without guilt or distraction. Without this option, getting in consistent workouts would be nearly impossible.

I also love their monthly kids’ camp! My 3-year-old has so much fun getting active, and it’s amazing to see him excited about exercise. Plus, it helps burn off that endless energy right before naptime—win-win!

Burn Boot Camp Alexandria has created such an uplifting, supportive community, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I joined Burn (Alexandria) over a year ago and it was the best decision ever. The workouts are only 45 minutes long and offers childcare in the evenings/Saturdays. The workouts are always different and keeps you on your toes. On days when you're not feeling as pumped and start to slow down, one of the trainers will take notice and come over to cheer you on. There are folks of all ages and fitness levels, so you never feel like the odd one out. There is never any judgement, whether you've skipped a few sessions or come in late, the trainers are just glad you showed up for YOU. Come try it out. You'll be glad you did.

Burn review
The energy at the Alexandria Burn is amazing! I’ve been a member at many gyms both big and small but what keeps me so dedicated to burn is just how authentic that energy is. There is a sense of community that goes way beyond the workouts and the gym itself. The workouts can be the most humbling but I have always felt fully supported and comfortable to modify when needed and safely push myself. Burn makes me feel invincible, never before did I think I would try pull-ups or chin-ups! Recently I have been working through an injury and I feel comfortable and supported to be exactly where I need to be in my modifications and still get a fantastic workout. The trainers have been so helpful in modifying workouts before camp and on the fly, always helping me with my form. I feel stronger every day, I look forward to every camp and I get serious FOMO if I miss more than a day!

I have been a member of the Alexandria gym for a few weeks and am loving it. I love the different class times and the option to bring my kiddos with me to the included childcare if needed. The trainers are great at moving around to help and challenge you during the workouts. I love how they support their members by celebrating PRs, milestones, new members, etc. The workouts are intense and vary each day so I like that I am constantly challenged.

I enjoyed my trial period. I felt supported and enjoyed the classes. I felt like my experience changed after I signed up for a membership. I didn’t feel the support, and I was tired of every class being highlighted on their IG story and taking pics of the group almost after every class. My work schedule changed, and I tried to cancel my membership. I didn’t have time to go into the studio as I work long days. There is no phone number associated with the location, so I couldn’t call to cancel, so I emailed, and it took a month to get a response. I eventually just paid the remaining months, knowing I wouldn’t use my membership. Overall not a bad place just not a fit for me and I wish they had better means of communication

This gym is awesome! I've been going since Jan and these workouts keep me coming back way more than any other. Workouts are a variety of strength and HIIT. The focus changes at each workout and they post a weekly protocol schedule. The coaches provide incredible motivation and guidance during the workout. They push and encourage. Also love the floating floor! 💕 It is a great shock absorber and allows me to actually do some of the plyo exercises. The best thing about the gym is the FUNCTIONAL training-i.e. box jumps, farmer carries, supersets, etc. If you want to maintain mobility and strength as you age, then this gym seems to have it covered.

I joined this Burn location a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it! From the first day trial to now, I have truly enjoyed every single workout and felt challenged during each one of them. I also appreciate the flexibility and being able to schedule morning or evening sessions based on my schedule. A huge shout out to Kristen for walking me through my first trial and many workouts. She brings a lot of great energy and makes me realize I can do more than I think :) All of the instructors at this Burn location have been extremely welcoming and easy to follow! I have been going to boot camps for more or less 15 plus years. I haven’t been going to BBC for that long but already its my favorite. Im the oldest in my class, by an order of magnitude, and my instructors really do a nice job of not making a big deal about it but also being sensitive. The facility is new and immaculately maintained (a big plus for me) and classes are varied and fun. Go to Alexandria and sign up for one of Keira’s classes. She’s awesome!

Burn bootcamp is my happy place. The community is so supportive and welcoming. It's a great gym that offers a variety of workouts, so you won't get muscle imbalances and see change. In the 4 weeks of training at the Alexandria location I’ve seen significant gains on my performance and endurance. All the trainers (Kristen, Kara, Hunter and Brett) are amazing. They push you to do more and are great at offering modifications to either help if you’re struggling or make the exercise more challenging. The workouts are great, not repetitive and truly work every single muscle in your body. A huge plus here is that there is childcare included in the membership, and both my boys have loved it.
