As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I see the great reviews, and I do not question their expertise. What I do question are their ethics, and professionalism. I have called twice to cancel, because my daughter is very sick, and will be out of commission for some months. I pay for her membership. I called twice, explained the situation via voice mail, because they never answer the phone.
I asked them to at least give me a courtesy call, as not doing so, shows me they lack professionalism. Additionally, they charged my card after cancelling.
This leaves me to believe they are in it for the money and can care less about their client.
They could have called back with empathy, and followed through with my request.
Therefore, I have lost all respect for their business, and the people who claim they care, with their sales pitch.
If they attempt to charge my card again, I am filing fraud charges.
And they know which client I am talking about through this post!

Good workout, but unsafe Childwatch.
I did a free trial for two weeks but four days in took my daughter to child watch. She can’t walk, but I watched the staff put her on her feet and drop her, crushing her nose which started bleeding. Needless to say I scooped up my kid and left. I talked to leadership who said that 1) toddlers are clumsy anyway and 2) that I should come back and change my workout time to be with more experienced staff. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Burn Boot Camp in South Riding has been an incredible experience for me over the past year and beyond. The workouts cater to all levels, allowing you to gradually build strength and stamina. This gym is perfect for workouts! Right after my first class, I decided to join Burn. The workouts are tough, trainers are excellent, and the class energy is fantastic. They're always ready to assist with your form, provide encouragement, and offer modifications if needed. I joined 7-8 months ago, and I'm noticing positive changes in my body. Short Version: As a mom I loved everything but their childwatch program.
Long Version:
Maybe I’m in the wrong but if you offer childwatch, even if the child cries you watch them, no? This has always been the case for me, no questions or concerns were ever raised.
My 10 month old baby was crying during the start of class and I was called out of working out to get her to stop crying. She wouldn’t stop unless I held her so they told me I could leave and they wouldn’t count the class against me. When you’re a mom you invest your time and schedule to workout, and if childwatch is being offered you’re excited, but there seems to be a caveat to this, which is if your baby doesn’t cry you get childcare.
Leaving was horribly embarrassing and I just never wanted to step foot there again, even though the crew was nice and nothing against them I just want worry free childcare. That’s all.
My daughter has done the same at my regular gym (TFE) and it’s never been a problem. They waive me off to go workout. It’s amazing.

I love this place! it is far from your average gym, it is a result! You come in and are motivated by amazing trainers that get to know you and your fitness levels and push you to achieve your goals. I recently transferred from another Burn to South Riding and I couldn't be more thankful! Each and every workout, be it strength or cardio, is challenging and fun. After a few years of working out solo in my basement (thank you Covid), I didn’t think I would ever have the desire to participate in a group workout program again - and then I was invited to Burn. When I went with a friend to try Burn I hadn’t stepped into a gym in over 14 years. I knew pretty quickly that I would be signing up. I do best with group exercise and music. This has both and so much more. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the trainers, is so nice. The trainers are motivating and push your limits...in a good way! Overall, it’s a super happy environment. I honestly feel like everyone is happy to be there because it’s just plain AWESOME! I love it!

The best thing about this camp is that they have so much of variety in workout that you never get bored. I have tried SO many different gyms and nothing stuck long term for me. After 6 months to a year, I found myself bored of the routine and was looking for something new.
I tried the free trial at Burn Boot Camp South Riding and have been hooked since day 1! Two years later, I’m still hooked and attention Burn’s camps (don’t call it a class) almost every day. I dragged my non-athletic 13 year old son to workout during spring break…he LOVED IT and begged to join. He says “it’s the best decision he’s ever made”.
There is such a sense of community at Burn, I’ve never experienced at any other gym. Everyone feels welcome from the start, all levels - it is not intimidating.
Every workout is different. The trainers work so hard to keep everything fresh, exciting, and adapt workouts for every individual as needed. It’s like a personal training session but in a group setting. I really can’t praise the trainers enough. Their energy and positivity is so motivating.

I didn't grow up knowing how to work out and didn't play many sports either. At 27 yrs old my body was failing me and I was substituting coffee for energy. I thought that there was no way I could live a life if this was the start. I joined Burn after a friend of mine told me about it and how she loved it. I knew if I was going to change then I needed something that was not only challenging but supportive as well. I can't recommend Burn enough! It's changed my life. It's changed how I eat, how I move, and my mental state. Thanks to Burn and the amazing trainers, I've gained confidence and muscle that I never thought I would have. Highly recommended! It's for the people like me who don't know where to start and for the people who have been working out for years.

I love Burn Boot Camp and especially the South Riding location! The trainers are fabulous and will help you figure out modifications for any exercise if you have limitations or injuries, but they will also encourage you to challenge yourself if they feel you are ready. The staff and fellow Burn members are so supportive. From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone supports one another with no judgement. I miss it when I can't make it to a camp!

Mother of 3 boys and I've never ever joined a gym until now. I wish I joined much earlier!!! I noticed my blood pressure had gone down and my strength/endurance had improved. I had lost some weight as a result too! I won't lie though, I was pretty sore for the first two and half weeks since my body wasn't use to moving so much lol. The workouts are different for each day also.
The team of trainers are extremely friendly and supportive! I didn't know what I was doing and my form was completely off, but they were very patient with guiding me each and every time.

Burn Boot Camp has been the best discovery of this year. First, I like how Burn Boot Camp combines cardio with weight exercises. Workouts are never monotonous, meaning you don't come and just do the same thing over and over again. At this boot camp, the trainers will surprise you with a variety of different exercises every day, keeping everything exciting. There's never a dull moment. Second, since I’m a working mom with kids, Burn accommodates me and other mothers by offering to watch our kids for us while we work out. Third, all the trainers are very enthusiastic and competent, and bring their best to every session.

I found this place when I was looking for a place to workout. Then I found out they ha e childcare during class and I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did! All of the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. It really does feel like a community of friends. Even the people who attend are very nice. I feel safe leaving my kids in the childcare, they also really enjoy going everyday. Trainers are knowledgeable and push you to reach your potential. They’re also there to answer all your questions, whatever they may be. I truly can’t say enough good things about this location.

BBC is the best gym I have ever been. Every day is a different experience and I love the motivation coaches give to all of us. They get to know u and call u by ur name.
