Burn Boot Camp in Westfields, VA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’m a group fitness junkie — CrossFit, Orangetheory, kickboxing, MADabolic, Barry’s Bootcamp — you name it. And still, Burn Boot Camp leaves me coming back for more. The coaches are always inspiring and motivating, and there’s no favoritism. They walk the room, push you if you’re slacking, and correct your form so you don’t just get through a workout… you do it right.

I’ll admit, I was a hater at first and thought Burn would be easy. But every single time I leave, I’m completely beat up in the best way. Just when I feel like I’ve mastered it, I realize I haven’t… the movements are always changing, always evolving, and you can actually see yourself progress week after week. Conditioning days like bodyweight days is my killer 🔥

I love how they blend strength with conditioning so you get a true burn that lasts throughout the day. It’s tough, it’s balanced, and it challenges both body and mind.

I used to think this class was just for beginners, but I was so wrong… everybody here, especially the moms, absolutely kick butt. The childcare option is a huge bonus too, giving moms and dads a real chance to focus on their workout.

Even though I pretend to hate it when instructors call me out mid-set, I secretly love it. That extra push makes all the difference. And get ready for high-fives and group photos too - they celebrate the small victories, and it makes the whole experience feel like a family.

Burn is tough, humbling, and motivating every single time … and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. Thanks Stephen, Vanessa, Rashida (even though I only had the pleasure of going to one of her classes 😩), Courtney, Ashley and all the coaches!!!!

I LOVE Burn Bootcamp. I joined shortly after they opened their doors two years ago and am so grateful that I did. I was always an athletic and busy person, but motherhood sort of changed that for me and I started to feel less like myself. With the availability of childwatch during my workouts, I was able to prioritize myself again. The workouts are always different and challenge me in a lot of ways that I wasn’t getting from working out at home/on my own. The trainers all really care and want to help you reach your goals. I love talking with them all and find myself coming into and out of camp laughing more often than not (even if I was dying on the floor about 3 mins prior). I love Burn Bootcamp Westfields!

Unfortunately, they have an Unprofessional team that calls their customers “rude” and the management accepts. I requested a refund for my money due to the insult and they never bothered to refund my money nor offer any compensation! They care about collecting cash. I do not recommend this place!

If I can rate this gym 100 star I would, this place is literally changing my life, I rarely worked out before Burnboot camp, and tried so many gyms and personal trainers but never loved it and quit working out after 2 weeks , but since I signed up here I became addicted to working out and if I ever miss a class I feel so guilty .. I feel physically stronger after every session , and I see a difference in how I look and how I feel .. all the trainers there are awesome Stephen, Rashida, Candy and Shanon , the front desk staff are Super friendly and welcoming , BIG love and thank you to everyone work at this location 💗💗

I saw the place while driving and notices people was literally burning boot camp, the building and everything is brand new, clean, happy. The stuff is welcoming as a friend and have different events during the month to learn more about health habits and build a community. If you want to enjoy the workout while in a happy environment, I definitely recommend to do it here.

I had hand surgery about 6 months ago and the team is always willing to help me find the modifications that meet me where I’m at. They are incredibly kind and know when to push me to go harder (or when I’m tapped out). They helped bring out the confidence I needed to get back into regular exercise. having been to a couple of different types of bootcamps and workout classes, i can say burn is just as fun and challenging as they come. working out home alone meant i had to think about a plan and challenge myself. but at burn, they do everything for you so you don't have to think, just show up ready to put in the work. the instructors are really easy to talk to, not to mention, motivating. i always leave class dripping in sweat and feeling accomplished. thanks, burn!

Joining Burn Boot Camp is one of the best things I’ve done! I’m addicted to this place and to the workouts! Each workout is different and you never get bored or feel like it’s too long. I never even look at the clock because it’s fun and engaging! Good music too! The trainers are awesome, giving that nudge when you think you’re gonna die and the high five when you’ve crushed it! Love BurnBootCamp Westfields so much! The workouts are challenging but also able to be modified depending on your abilities and/or if have injuries, are pregnant, etc. All of the staff and coaches are so nice and always willing to help answer questions or give assistance during the middle of an exercise! The included childcare is a MAJOR bonus and sets them a part from other gyms. I love that there’s always so much variety and the workouts are never the same. I’m always surprised when we get to the end of the workout because it goes by so quickly!

So, the workouts are really great. You get your entire workout done in 45 minutes without having to think about what you need to do and you'll never do the same workout twice. You show up and crush it as explained. The facilities and equipment are top notch. Complimentary child watch for most camps is just another plus. But the best part? The people. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp! The workouts are different everyday and the trainers always give modifications to meet you where you are on your fitness journey. There's so much to like about Burn. The workouts are perfect. You know how sometimes workouts are really long and tedious with the same moves? You don't get that with Burn. Lots of variety at short intervals keeps it interesting. And there's something about a 45 minute class length that means you can get a good workout in even with a busy schedule. There's a mix of clientele in age and ability and modifications means everyone can get a good workout in and have a good time--whether you're an avid gym goer or a newbie rediscovering fitness. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The complimentary child watch means I can finally get a workout in when I would have otherwise had to be home with kids. While the membership cost is a lot, it's on par with other area boutique fitness classes and a good value if you take advantage of child watch.

wow! I cannot say enough good things about BurnBootCamp! For starters, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and their energy is contagious as soon as you walk in the door. Before going to burn, you would never catch me awake before 8 AM. But now I get excited to wake up and go to the 6 AM class every morning! I literally canceled my gym membership because the fun environment, the challenging workouts, the community AND free childwatch at Burn is unparalleled. SO grateful for this Chantilly location 💛
