I felt lucky to take advantage of their free week. Very welcoming and encouraging place, especially of newcomers. Great for people who need motivation and to work with others and you can see that people achieve real results. Some things that I would advise, and this might be partially personal preference, is for the instructors to more clearly and carefully show alternative exercises that are postpartum- and prolapse-safe. I noticed that most of their clientele are postpartum mothers or mothers with young children. And I am concerned that some of the suggested exercise exercises are too “bouncy” and intense to be safe for healing bodies. I also don’t love the Boot Camp style where the instructors are trained to say “do you understand? say yes!” without checking for actual understanding. And the party/rap music is too loud for me so I have to wear earplugs.

Update: 2 years later and I’m still a member at this gym. Everything mentioned below is still true and I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to up their fitness.
Parking lot can get very crowded on Saturday camps.
The Burn Boot Camp Falls Church location is huge and clean. The entire gym is larger than most Burns and you never feel crowded. There is plenty of space to perform workouts on the floating floor (foam underfloor) which keeps my joints happy! The gym floor and bathrooms are always clean and fresh. Someone is always vacuuming the floor between camps to make sure it's ready for the next group.
The BA staff and trainers are extremely welcoming and helpful. They know everyone's name (which is rare at a gym) and truly encourage you to reach your goals. You feel welcomed walking in the door.
A true "extra" in my opinion in the body scan machine that's available to members. It measures weight, body fat, bone weight, water weight, lean muscle mass in each limb and trunk, and probably more that I'm not remembering. The print out will track not only that days numbers, but also give you graphs showing previously scans if you've used the machine before. It's a fabulous way to see progress whatever one's goals are (muscle gain, fat loss, balancing out a weaker limb).
Would recommend Burn for anyone regardless of fitness level. Workouts are tailored to an individuals needs.

I joined Burn this summer and have really enjoyed the workouts, community, and trainers! I found it really difficult to get back into a workout routine post-kids and Burn is a great mix of strength and cardio workouts. A huge bonus is the childcare, which is really rare to find in the area.

I have found my new favorite place to workout at Burn Bootcamp. I wanted to get back into group fitness classes after having my second child, so I gave Burn Bootcamp a try with their 7 day free trial. Almost a year in and I'm so happy I made the decision. Their child watch team is great, the front desk team is always welcoming, and the trainers are top notch. It's such a great community and environment to work out in.

Love BURN! I walked in with a friend one day and never have joined a gym in my life. I haven’t worked out since HS. I love the fact that you don’t have to think, you just show up. The trainers are all amazing! It has changed my life. The place is clean, love the music and there is always a place to park, they even provide feminine products in the restrooms, very convenient. Worth every penny. Thank you!

I have been going for about two months and these are the impressions that I have…
This place is a great place to work out. The exercises vary from day to day and by the end of the week you’ve worked out each muscle group and have gotten your aerobic conditioning done as well.
For each individual day there are roughly six exercises and you rotate through each exercise 3-4 times. Because you focus on each exercise and move on, the time flies by and you’re done.
Before and after each workout you run into the same people so there is a community that builds you up. The gym has a very positive attitude towards doing your best that day and becoming better the next time.
The facilities and equipment are updated and clean. In addition there are a lot of different types of equipment to keep your workouts different and interesting.
They encourage a body scan every month where can track actual progress in terms of body fat and lean muscle and gives you the best level of insight into how much progress you’re making.
I’ve been a member of traditional gyms before and I like this style of gym much more

I generally enjoy Burn, but I had a challenging experience this morning. As someone who travels frequently and attends different Burns, I’m used to the process. However, this particular location is tricky to find for newcomers, as you need to take an elevator at the back of the building up to the 2nd floor, which is also shared with residents and a bank at the front. This caused me to arrive a little late, and there wasn't anyone at the front desk to assist with the liability waiver.
Kristen, the trainer, had already started the warm-up, so I tried to find a good moment to ask for help. When I got the chance to ask, she seemed rushed and dismissive. When she was able to assist me, I had trouble accessing the forms, and everyone was well into the workout by the time I was given the okay to join. While I understand that it can be difficult to accommodate late arrivals and only have one person available to help, the interaction was discouraging. If it had been my first time, I may not have felt encouraged to return or considered a membership. I even considered heading to the Burn in Alexandria instead while I waited for Kristen to help.
This situation dampened my morning and drained the enthusiasm and energy I had felt about attending a new Burn and working out this morning.

I love my Burn family at Falls Church! It’s a fantastic community, the trainers are super fun and every day is different and challenging. The venue is so nice and the amenities make you feel super special. I come to early morning workouts and I love the routine but I really appreciate that each workout is carefully planned. There are many chances to modify exercises and I truly appreciate the trainers’ help and customized attention. Don’t let the salty reviews fool you. The space in this building is designated as a gym and tenants are advised when they move in that there is a gym on the first floor. There are also several Burn members who live in the building. I love this place and keep coming back!

I am so grateful I found Burn Boot Camp Falls Church. Everything about it just makes so much sense. It’s what I’ve been looking for for so long and didn’t even know it! I love that the workouts are 45 minutes and different each day. And even better than that: throughout the 45 minutes the interval/rotations mean that the time flies by and that’s saying a lot because I don’t generally like working out. It’s the most gorgeous space with amazing natural light and huge windows. The Instagram presence keeps me accountable- I feel bad about missing a workout when I see in real time what I’m missing! I absolutely love the instructors— I feel like I get a lot of personal attention given the group setting; always helping correct my form and calling my name out to cheer me on to keep going. No excuses- just try it! You won’t regret it.

They act nice but have no care about the health and well being of those they share a space with, blasting music at 5:30am in the morning till 8:30pm at night on weekdays and holidays and even at 8am on Saturdays so tenants can't even sleep in. They're so loud that they can be heard 2 stories up! The landlord and police do nothing because those that live there tend to be lower income and unable to fight back against the uncaring people.
If you have any moral fiber or care for the community you will spend your money elsewhere.

I have had such a good experience at Burn Boot Camp Falls Church and would recommend to any age or skill level!
My personal experience - I was struggling to find time to work out postpartum and finding a gym child watch that I would trust to watch my 3-month baby. Then I joined Burn and I was able to train hard for 45 minutes while knowing my son was being cared for. I've been going 4-5 times a week for the past few months and have loved it!
I highly recommend everyone to at least try it out! The trainers offer modifications for all ages, skill levels, and ability levels.
Also, they always offer some form of free trial, so don't hesitate to try it out!
Child Watch - There's a dedicated room with kids toys and crafts and I was able to park my stroller/bassinet in the room (so my baby could nap if needed). Child watch would help get my baby to sleep while I was working out if needed. Also, the child watch does not give bottles.
At this location, you do not need to register your kid ahead of time, just drop-off your kid before class. There was typically 2-4 adults on staff to watch the kids. All the staff are great, but we loved when Melany and Alicia were working - they have been such good caretakers for my baby and are great with kids.
Pricing - The gym is premium pricing - but worth every penny in my opinion. You are paying for the small group training experience, planned workouts, and high-quality childcare. The best way to get their pricing and package info is to go in-person or send an email because it's not posted on the website (since pricing varies regionally.) You can pay monthly, buy class packs for individual classes, and they offer discounts if you commit to 6-month and 12-month contracts.
Location - This Burn location is beautiful! It has huge windows (I love the natural light) and the bathrooms are great (with showers!)
Front Desk - I love how the front desk staff greets you by name and are super friendly. Shout-out to Keke and Mari for being so kind!

About two months ago I joined Burn Bootcamp in Falls Church, Virginia, and I have to say, it has been a fantastic experience so far. The coach (Chris) is extremely knowledgeable, and he push me to give my all in every workout. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness level since joining, and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with this gym.

I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp since September 2022. Since then, my life has been changed. No longer do I dread working out. If anything, I LOVE it. How did Burn assist in this new found love? By boosting my confidence. Not only my confidence in my appearance, but in my capabilities. Never in my life did I think I’d be able to be disciplined enough to workout daily, but Burn Boot Camp helped instill that consistency in me. I went from someone who looked for the closest parking spot, to being okay with the walk. Through the supportive trainers, free focus meetings, and community events, Burn Boot Camp not only gives you something to look forward to, but also helps hold yourself accountable.
Who I am today is not who I was eight months ago. I’m stronger, I’m more active, and I’m confident. My mind set has changed entirely. Now, I don’t work out to look fit. I work out because I can. I work out because I feel confident when I finish a challenging camp. I work out because I have a community who makes it enjoyable.

Burn Boot Camp Falls Church is great! Did a trial and was hooked from week one. Workouts are hard and challenging, but the trainers meet you where you at and always offer modifications. It is a supportive and encouraging workout environment for all fitness levels. Workouts change every week so it never gets boring and doesn’t feel repetitive. I’ve been going to Burn FC since August 2022 and absolutely love it. After two kids, the pandemic, transitioning jobs, etc., my fitness had taken the backseat to say the least. The childcare was a game-changer to get me started, and now I am obsessed with the environment and the RESULTS. My First burn camp was during 2020 at another location….I loved it but it was too far from my home so I didn’t join. Once I found out a burn was opening in Falls Church, I immediately went to the pop up camps…and I fell in love again! My body has transformed and my endurance is way better than before! I recently joined Burn Bootcamp as a member after a month trial after searching for a gym that was the right fit after having two kids.
