To be 100% honest, I didn't get a great feeling from my first encounter with the third party that helps book you into your first class. I was really looking for a place where I could be part of a community, that was motivating but not aggressive, where I could spend 45 min on myself and that's not really the vibe the 3rd party gave. Then Heather reached out to me. She shared her personal Burn journey and encouraged me to take just one class. So I did, and I'm so so glad! The whole team has been so incredibly supportive, the members have welcomed me and encouraged me. No question is a stupid question. I often see members coming alongside newer folks to help us understand what we're doing and how each workout flows. Nadia and I have been doing weekly focus meetings (which are included in the membership) that have helped me narrow in on some goals but also give myself grace. I can't say enough good things!

I am a guy who just knew to spell the word "exercise". After having pushed it for many decades, I finally signed up, this time at Burn, Herndon mainly because it was close to home. The management team cheerfully welcomed me and the fitness trainers have consistently shown an earnestness in helping break my myths. Its been over a month now and I feel the natural urge to sign up for and attend camps - all thanks to trainers, folks who help get form, etc. right, community and the general positivity that makes this not so arduous as I fathomed. Love it so far! This is a great fit for busy moms. I drop off my kid(s) in friendly, capable hands, then make zero decisions for 45 minutes while the trainers run camp. Literally a mom-dream come true. It also has a community vibe to it, which I think is a great aspect for those of us that need accountability buddies to keep us going when things get tough.

Burn Herndon is a 10/10. I’m so glad I’ve found such a wonderful gym that has childcare- I have a young infant and am trying to get back into working out and this is only possible with Burn’s amazing child watch! It’s so comforting to know that my baby is being well cared for while I get to work out.

The trainers have all been great and are super friendly and supportive. The workouts are scalable to any fitness level. The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming as well. I’ve been going to the 930 classes, and it’s been great to see familiar faces every day. The other people at the gym are super friendly and encouraging also. Everyone brings lots of energy and the room is filled with smiling faces and high-fives.

If you’re thinking about checking out Burn Boot Camp, I highly recommend the Herndon location! It’s such a fantastic, supportive community!

I moved away, and that’s the only reason why I left this gym! Burn Boot Camp Herndon is truly a supportive and inclusive community! You’ll be greeted with a smile at the front desk or anyone that you encounter. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, Burn Boot Canp Herndon has something for ALL fitness levels. As a D1 athlete, I felt challenged in the more competitive 6am camp. The quality of the trainers in terms of their instruction and fitness knowledge is top notch. Each trainer adds their little touch - Val is technical and takes a very holistic approach to fitness addressing the whole person. Danielle takes no prisoners and is a great motivator. Whereas, Ivye is the bubbly, happy-go-lucky cheerleader. There’s a flavor for EVERYONE. Outside of the gym, there are social events which are a great way to build community and close bonds. Burn Boot Camp Herndon played an instrumental role in training during my pregnancy. They gave me mods which in turn led to a healthy birth and fast recovery. In terms of maintenance, Burn is clean, well-stocked, and the equipment is in excellent shape. Don’t walk - RUN to Burn Boot Camp Herndon!

It is a little bit on the smaller side compared to the other local camps but the women there are particularly warm and patient. Not to mention that they are diligent about sanitizing. The workout is great. The atmosphere is very engaging and the people are friendly. Because I have joint issues I'm also particularly grateful that I've been able to schedule focus meetings to help figure out some modifications and correct my form on different exercises. It isn't cheap but I think you get more than you pay for.

I’ve been a member at Burn Boot Camp Herndon since they first opened! While I originally chose it because the camp times worked for me in the early morning and were close to home, I quickly realized it was so much more than the other boot camps and classes I had taken. The trainers and BAs know everyone’s name and always greet you as you walk in. The entire Burn family is welcoming and supportive. As a former college athlete I am consistently challenged by each workout and Burn instantly became my happy place when my doctor told me I shouldn’t run any more! Besides the community that is built at Burn, I love that the trainers meet each and every individual where they are, and challenge them appropriately. I have been through 2 foot surgeries and a total knee replacement since I’ve been at Burn and ALL of the trainers were fabulous in helping me with appropriate modifications and eventually getting me back to 100%. I highly recommend that it you give it a try, you won't regret it!!

I have been a member at Herndon Burn Boot Camp for over 2 years and attend camps about 3-5 times a week. Overall the Burn Boot Camp is a great organization and the team that operates the Herndon location implements great workouts, incentives and a place you want to attend the next day. They making working out simple, sign up, show up and the Herndon instructors take it from there for an exactly 45 minute workout available morning, noon and evening. Every day the workout is different rotating between a variety of strength and cardio based work outs using all the latest methods and exercises. The Herndon instructors are great motivators, ensure you are practicing good form, and will make sure you stay on track with fitness and health goals.
The Herndon Burn Boot Camp crew implements many multi-week fitness projects and activities as well as several social gatherings. They keep the facility tidy, clean and keep equipment upgraded on a regular basis. The facility has maintains an in house supervised childcare, although I don’t have a need, the kids look like they enjoy their time there. The Herndon group often holds kid’s camps a couple times of year, so the whole facility and crew really promote a family environment.

A neighbor of mine saw me jogging outside a few times and suggested that I check out a gym. The gym was Burn Boot Camp. At first I was skeptical about going to a gym. I have never been to a gym. But I decided to go. And I loved it!
I got a free trial for the first month. I then signed up the next month in August 2020.
It's the best gym, with the best environment, and with the best and most encouraging trainers. The trainers at this gym want you to succeed. Burn Boot Camp helped me reach my goals. As with most things, one of my good friends dragged me to a Burn Boot Camp pop-up camp before the Herndon location opened. I liked the workout, and went to a few other pop-up camps. When Burn opened, I started going more regularly and I have fallen in love with Burn over the years!

Not only did I find a workout that I've stuck with for almost 4 years, I also found a community, a group of fantastic friends, accountability, and a Burn staff that really cares about everyone who walks in the door.

Burn Boot Camp in Herndon is a life changer! I am 54 and love attending camps here. The trainers are experienced, motivating , welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful as well. I love the floating floor to absorb the impact of these workouts. Every camp is different and I never have to worry about what I will do when I get there. At 45 minutes it is so doable. Trainers offer modifications but really push you outside of your comfort zone as well. I heard about Burn for years but was hesitant to try it because I also run. I joined last month and I am so glad I did! The workouts are fun and engaging and the time flies! When I moved to the area, I left a very family-like, motivating and effective workout circle and was not hopeful in easily replacing it. In finding Burn Bootcamp, I am hopeful again! The workouts are designed to be as challenging as you want them to be (with availability of varied weights/reps/effort), accommodating to whatever challenges or injuries you come with, and varied to keep your muscles and mind engaged and evolving. A friend recommended, so I joined Burn Herndon just a month after they opened at this location & been with them for over 3 years now. This is my happy place to be. It’s not like a typical gym, what I love about it is the community. Everyone around encourages you (love the high fives) and you won’t feel judged. Here the trainers know each one of us and they push you in a good way, or if a beginner they will provide modifications for you. The guidance they provide during regular focus meetings is extremely helpful. I love burn boot camp because of the workouts that are different every day (just 45 minutes so you can easily squeeze them in your busy daily schedule), flexible timings and the people. I’ve recommended it to my friends too and highly recommend to all!

I have never really been a group training type of person as I like to strength train by myself but Burn has completely changed that for me! My husband and I signed up and have been going 5-6 days a week. After only going for only 2 months I have already seen major improvements in my workouts. I’ve been exercising regularly at Burn Boot Camp's Herndon location for nine months and can’t say enough great things! The trainers - Ivye, Danielle, Valerie, Cheryl and Adrienne - are motivating, encouraging and inspiring. They push you and always provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels - whether it’s making an exercise accessible because of limitations or injury or making an exercise more challenging. The workouts and format vary day to day meaning every muscle will be worked. A huge plus, for those of you who are working parents, is that childwatch is included in your membership. I also can’t say enough about the childwatch staff - they are kind and caring to all the kiddos and my toddler loves being my gym buddy. Overall, since joining Burn I've seen significant improvements in my energy levels, sleep and fitness (both strength and cardio).

Burn Boot Camp has changed my life. When I started 6 months ago I hadn’t done anything other than indoor cycling in my basement. I took 5 years off from gym life to focus on my boys. This June I finally talked myself into getting back into a gym after feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. The first few weeks were tough. However the trainers, workouts, and community were amazing. I’ve lost a lot of inches and probably a good amount of weight - but I’ve gained so much more. I met an amazing group of women who are inspiring and the best humans. I’ve also gained a best friend. I've been coming to this location for just over 2 years. When you're a member you can go to ANY of their locations. The staff is fabulous, not intimidating, and meet you at whatever level you are at. The space is well kept and clean. It's all classes (45min), some are Coed and some are women only. Childcare is not an extra charge, and the staff back there is nothing short of amazing. You can meet one on one with the trainers as often as you want. You can talk about anything that will help you on your fitness journey!

Truly a fantastic gym. I did a 4 week trial in June 2021 and missed it so much in July. I joined in august and it’s been apart of my routine every day ever since. The community at burn has been great. The me time is wonderful for my physical and mental health. The childwatch is a huge bonus for me as a SAHM. My kids love it. I joined burn in September when they were running a 21 day promotional offer. It took one class for me to realize it was where I wanted to be! The staff is very warm and welcoming each time you visit. The trainers are awesome, they explain the workouts clearly, take a personal approach to help you ensure proper form and offer encouraging motivation throughout classes. Seriously, there are times when you feel like you don’t have much left in the tank and somehow they know just what to say to help you empty it out. It’s not uncommon to have a trainer stand right with you or along side of you to finish the reps with you.

It’s really helpful that each week there’s a set protocol to balance the workouts and not overload one area. Or to be practical and coordinate hair washing days not on arm day :)
If you have been looking for a new gym with fun workouts and a friendly atmosphere, highly recommend this place!

As someone who works out best when I have someone to push me and hold me accountable, Burn Boot Camp is perfect for me. Every week's workout schedule is different which keeps things from feeling repetitive and the trainers are all so amazing. The workouts are challenging, but they make sure everyone can mod up or down to workout at their own pace and comfort level. I've been a part of a lot of different gyms, but can truly say I haven't been part of a community like this one and I look forward to going in not just to workout, but to see everyone!

I am member of BBC Herndon since they opened their doors in 2019. Awesome camps, trainers, staff and a very supportive community. Trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. Every day a different camp and mix of weight training and cardio. Camps are designed for novice to athletic people with trainers giving mods of each exercise if you want to scale up or down. It never gets easier, but you get stronger.

Friendly staff at the new location here in chantilly Herndon area. Next to domino and the food lion. These nice fit ladies held Saturday morning classes in the nearby grass fields and so I'm giving it a try for their first month.

If you haven't seen it or felt it, their main floor is very padded. Light Foam or something that also springs back like a wrestler's ring. All free weights and pull up bar jungle gym. This is my first visit in the gym so haven't used anything much else yet.

Child care area while you get roasted. No TV which I prefer for the little ones.

Trainer Danielle was so kind tonight to burn out my triceps, I couldn't even lift my arms to wash my hair. Class times are limited it appears. This is not a 24/7 treadmill gym. There are dedicated leaders who also offer a focus meeting on body fat percentage and nutrition plans. Haven't done that yet.
