I recently moved to Libbie Mill and joined Burn Boot Camp. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is no judgment about your skill level; they want each person to push themselves and do their best. With each exercise the trainers suggest a modification to the routine which is great for folks who are just starting out. The trainers are very energetic and encouraging, but are really focused on making sure each attendee is getting the most our of their workout, focusing on form. They start on the dot and 45 minutes later they conclude. This is the perfect place for folks who want community and for those of us who want to come in, focus, and get it done.

I’ve been a Burn member for roughly 3 years, but joined the Libbie location in November of ‘24 after a big move. I have so enjoyed being a member of this community and have seen amazing results physically and mentally this year because of it. The trainers and staff are always excited to see you and do a great job motivating you while you are on the floor. Even in a big group, they go above and beyond to make you feel seen throughout your work out. I also love that they do so many activities for members outside of camp. I I would love to gatekeep these guys for myself, but I know so many people could benefit from this team!

I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp Libbie Mill. The fact that the workouts are ever-changing and new every day not only checks all my boxes, but makes going to the gym fun. Burn Boot Camp Libbie Mill has completely reenergized my workouts and reignited my passion for high intensity training! The energy that Chas and the entire team bring to every session is absolutely contagious. I joined Burn in February and have loved every minute!!! I was nervous to start without really knowing anyone, but everyone I have interacted with has been so welcoming and helped create a sense of belonging for me. I’ve been looking for some type of workout that wasn’t flying solo at the gym or a cycling class and this is AMAZING. I really enjoy the structure of Burn and availability of classes; I can show up to any class that’s offered depending on my schedule and I turn my brain off and work! I make decisions all day, so it’s so nice to pop in whenever I want and not have to plan out what I’m doing to work out every day. It’s a fast paced environment but they always offer accommodations to make activities easier or more difficult based on what your body needs. I never feel like I’m not “fit enough” nor do I ever feel like I’m not pushing myself. Burn is truly such a great workout with great vibes. 10/10 recommend!!!

Burn Bootcamp at Libbie Mill is such a joy! I signed up in September for a 3 week promotion, and knew I would become a member immediately. I love that I can show up for class and know there is a well programmed workout for me. I’ve been to many workout classes in the past, and Libbie Mill stuck out to me as having trainers who offer form corrections, answer questions, and push you. Joining Burn Boot Camp at Libbie Mill has been such a great decision! I’ve been weightlifting in a commercial gym for a few years but wanted to incorporate HIIT-style workouts into my routine.
I love how convenient this location is. There’s plenty of parking, a flexible class schedule, and 45-minute workouts that make it easy to stay consistent.
Since joining, I’ve gone every day and was pleasantly surprised by how challenging the classes can be. Every session feels rewarding. While I was initially hesitant about the cost, I see it as an investment in my health and well-being.
The trainers and staff are amazing, the gym is always clean, and the atmosphere is fun, motivating, and filled with great music.

After having my first baby in May 2024, I struggled to find a consistent workout routine to help me get back into a groove, but Burn has been a game-changer. It’s such a positive and motivating environment, where everyone truly feels like family. A year ago at 530 in the morning I first walked into Burn Libbie Mill not knowing that I would be hooked from there on. As I runner I’ve never had a consistent strength program bc running has always taken priority for over the last year I have grown to love and crave burn just as much as my running! The trainers are amazing, the community is top notch and you can’t beat the childcare. Even the days that I show up tired or grumpy I never fail to leave feeling better, encouraged, and with a smile on my face. Burn Bootcamp Libbie Mill is an excellent gym that I would recommend to anyone, especially new moms and dads. The team at Libbie Mill is rock solid and always push me to get the most out of each class. The facility is in great shape and the protocol mix of strength and conditioning builds a great fitness foundation in 45 minutes.
I started attending with my wife after having our first kid at the end of 2023 and got hooked. Burn helped me lose 21 pounds in 2024 and has me feeling great kicking off 2025. As a former competitive athlete and Army Ranger, fitness is a major tenant of my life, and I was starting to let it slide. With Burn Libbie Mill I don’t worry about it anymore, I just have to show up.
If you are a guy on the fence about trying Burn out I’d challenge you to show up at noon and join me in the back. You won’t regret it!

This is a very overdue review but I love burn bootcamp!! I’ve been a member for over two years - I joined after I had my first baby and had recently relocated back to Richmond and was looking for a new fitness routine. Burn ticks all the boxes for me: 45 min workouts, complimentary child watch, varied workouts, great trainers. I also REALLY love that you don’t have to sign up in advance or risk paying late cancel fees 🙏.
Owner Chas and head trainer Jessica have also added so many fun elements over the past year or so too - the monthly kids camp is a hit, they organized a turkey trot this past Thanksgiving, etc.
It’s a friendly, welcoming place that can accommodate people of all fitness levels - highly recommend!!!

You are immediately greeted by the lovely staff (it was Jessica for me, very motivating and encouraging from the start) and the owner Chas who is also encouraging, motivating and so nice to speak with! I have never signed up for a membership SO FAST! There is no shame, you see everyone of all ages, levels of endurance and strength come here as the trainers motivate and help you to your fullest potential!
As someone navigating grief, an infant, postpartum, nursing school, a job and life in general I wanted to incorporate my love for the gym/weight training. They have GREAT times to accommodate majority of schedules and child watch for mamas that want to do something for themselves but be close to your baby! WIN-WIN for me. I joined Burn Boot Camp Libbie Mill 3 weeks ago. I am thrilled that I did! I haven’t worked out in a VERY long time so I was apprehensive about starting. This place is amazing! Every workout is different. So you're not doing the same things over & over. If you’re not able to do some of the protocals, they give you a more moderate way so you can. There are people of ALL ages, ALL sizes, ALL ability levels so their protocals are truly for ANYONE who wants to get in shape, have fun & become part of a wonderful community! Their trainers are exceptional and really care about helping everyone achieve their goals. It’s personal training in a group setting. I am so happy that I made the decision to get in shape and I’m ever happier that I found Burn Boot Camp in Libbie Mill (Midtown). There is no place like it! If you want to get in shape, get healthy & have fun doing it, there is no other place to go. Do yourself a favor & check it out. You wont be sorry! At almost 2 years postpartum, I joined Burn Boot Camp Libbie Mill. My postpartum experience was really difficult and left me feeling a bit lost. With limited support and my husband traveling a lot for work I needed help--specifically with childcare. I tried other work out facilities before Burn, but there was always the childcare barrier that really kept me from being able to be as consistent as I wanted to be. That is not an issue here. Burn offers numerous classes throughout the day--childcare included.
Burn has carved the space for me to become acquainted with this new version of myself. In just the few months I've been there, I feel stronger and happier. Many days, my 45 minute workout was the only time I got for myself. I consider Burn to be a part of my "village" now. They care for my child, so I can take care of me. That has meant more to me than they can imagine. 10/10 recommend Burn Libbie Mill if you are looking for a gym that turns into a community.

I have been a member at almost every gym concept I. Richmond and Libbie Mill BBC is the best! The workouts are always changing so you never get bored! There is a real community of support without being cultish like other gyms. But the biggest difference is the trainers particularly head trainer Jess Lloyd. I did orange theory fitness for 3 years and wanted to change up my fitness routine so I decided to try burn. I get nervous going into gyms especially ones with group workouts but I was welcomed with open arms. All of the trainers do an amazing job of helping with modifications for the workout and create an encouraging environment. I have never felt more at home and I’ve now made burn my permanent workout place.

I wanted to get in shape but had never been to a gym before and was super scared and intimated to start. I came across Libbie Mill and it took me months to actually walk inside. I’m so glad I did! The staff are all super kind and welcoming and have encouraged me every step of the way. After dealing with HG from both my pregnancies and finally having my last baby, I was ready to get back to working out. Knowing myself, I have zero push when it comes to going to a traditional gym and don’t feel like I work up enough to build up a sweat- just constant yawning haha
I did the trial week at Burn Libbie and really loved it! I was curious about other locations so I did a one-day trial at Burn Short Pump and they were just as amazing! Short pump location is huge! I then did a one day trial at Orange Theory because my friend goes there. I only loved the rower portion, I did not like their free weight rotation. The trainer doesn’t really focus on you. They just give instructions. They were really nice though and welcoming. Everyday it’s rower, tread mill and free weight- so it is the same thing everyday. They also have a strict late policy. Having a toddler and newborn that I nurse right before my workout, this was not for me.
Burn does not have a late fee policy. So I feel comfortable that I will not be judged if I am a bit late. I am a working mom and exclusively nurse. I don’t need the extra stress of being charged a late fee. Plus, everyday is a new workout!
Short pump was a few minutes closer to me but I decided to continue with Libbie. All of the trainers are so amazing. I don’t know if they have super amazing memory or if they read off of a screen, regardless, they would call your name out to encourage you to keep going! lol it works lmao I also found that they really do notice you and care. Many time, regardless of who is the trainer, they’d come to you and fix your form and help you. I’ve never felt scared or judged to raise my hand to ask for an adjustment/help.
The head trainer, Jess, is one of the sweetest person I have ever met. I adore how serious she gets to helping us better ourselves. It is so appreciated. That is hard to find. Chas, the owner, has also been super welcoming! So proud to see a Cambodian owner! I did not know this but it was a fantastic surprise and I look forward to the success of Burn Libbie. I’m on my second month and I’m so excited to keep going!

I joined Burn Boot Camp Libbie Mill back on June 2021. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was in a place where I was putting everyone else first, except me. Joining BBCLM made me put myself first. The realization and mind blowing decision and desire to focus on me never entered my mind. I asked myself. “Why can’t I take 1 hour for myself.” Not only does BBCLM provide different incredible 45 min workouts each day, 6 days a week, you can take more than one class a day and go 6 days a week. So I couldn’t make excuses for not going. Child watch is provided late morning and evening. The staff, the trainers, the owner Chas and even the members are caring, supportive and incredible. The new owner Chas has set the bar high. He incorporates kids camps, yoga, and other member gatherings. I have made some wonderful friends and lasting friendships here. I love BBCLM so much, that I’ve even started working for them. I wanted to be apart of this greatness and loving community. I love greeting each member and love seeing them love it as much as I do. Love seeing our members get engaged, married, getting pregnant, bringing in their new bundle of joy in for the first time, watching transformations and hitting milestones right in front of your eyes. What I love so much about BBCLM is that anyone can do these workouts because they can be modified for your level from our experienced trainers. A owner and boss/friend like Chas is one in a million! He truly cares and actually listens to any concerns brought up!

After moving across the country, I was honestly dreading finding a new gym. My husband and I tried out Burn Boot Camp at Libbie Mill and are so glad we did! We were warmly welcomed by all the trainers and the owner right away. It’s an amazing community and certainly worth the money. The facility is clean and well maintained. They even stock the bathrooms with hair ties, bobby pins and feminine products which I found to be a nice touch. The free childcare is a huge plus, too.

I won a free month for a different location, but the owner was super cool to honor it at Libbie. I ended up joining as a member, and can honestly say I love it so much. I have been going to Burn for about two and a half months now and I absolutely LOVE it! I joined after the national promotion for 4 weeks. It was a complete challenge but after my first class I was really impressed. I have been a member of 3 other gyms before and it was always a waste of money because it got boring after a while. I never have that issue with Burn. Each class keeps me guessing and the owner and trainers are so friendly. I actually live closer to another BBC but the convenience of this location is what sold me. It’s right off the interstate and you don’t have to play Russian roulette for a parking spot like I’ve seen at other larger gyms. It has a high end boutique feel that is also down to earth. When I was nearing the end of my promotion I was on the fence about if I would join or not because it’s definitely more expensive price wise than other options. On the final week of the promotion we had a finisher where we had to run around the building. I hadn’t run for any reason in over a decade. I was the last one and started to feel really discouraged. Then all of a sudden Jessica, the head trainer who happened to be taking the class that day and not instructing, ran around the corner - I felt like she knew I was lagging behind and she pushed me to to finish strong even though everyone else was already done. That meant so much to me because I was really struggling. I decided to join right at that moment. If you are looking for a program that is challenging, convenient, and community oriented Libbie Mill is the place for you.

Burn has been one of the best decisions for me mentally and physically. I joined when I was 8 months postpartum and struggling to get motivated and leave my son. It's the only gym in the area with childcare and it has been a game changer. I feel comfortable leaving my son to workout with any of the staff. My husband took the 3 week trial to support me in getting back into the gym. We quickly knew it was a gym we needed to join! The trainers are all wonderful and knowledgeable. They push you in ways you would think are impossible - it's possible though!

Burn at Libbie Mill is simply fantastic - I've never been a part of another gym community quite like this. The owner, Chas, along with all the trainers, is always friendly and encouraging in the midst of a fun and challenging environment. The gym is very clean with a number of personal hygiene products available in the restroom (thank you, spray deodorant) and their child watch ensures I have very few excuses for missing a workout. Plus, the new monthly "kid camp" allows my daughters to work out with me - we love it!
I've lost weight, gained strength, and am in the best shape of my life. After three kids back to back, Burn at Libbie Mill has been an absolute game changer for me.

I joined Burn Boot Camp towards the end of last year after having two babies back-to-back. I knew I needed to do something for me, but needed the accountability of a program like Burn to be successful. I have been overwhelmed and ashamed of my body at gyms in the past- but as soon as I attended my first Burn class, I knew that this was a special, and safe place. When I first walked into Libbie Mill, Chas + Jess were the first two people I met. They were so warm and GENUINELY welcoming; it felt like such an amazing culture and I felt so good about myself before the workout even began. I have been a part of the Libbie Mill Burn fam for a few months and have walked away from every class with my cup filled up. They love on me AND my two little boys (which is such a blessing!) in ways I didn’t even know that I needed. Burn Libbie Mill location is awesome! I've been a member there since they first opened and have loved it! The workouts are for anyone - there is no fitness level that cannot benefit. All the exercises come with modification whether you're pregnant, coming back from an injury, getting back into fitness, or an old college athlete. It's inclusive. I've generally tried to stay somewhat active but have always had to drag myself to the gym or even group classes--but not at Burn! I no longer dread my workouts and am eager to pop out of bed to sweat every single morning!
I showed up sleepy-eyed at 5:30 AM one Monday this past fall, and I'm now in a routine that's the best part of my day. From my very first class, each of the trainers and the owner, Chas, have made a point to coach, challenge, and encourage me by name.
Each camp is different, and I love that I don't have to be creative---they tell us exactly what the day's workout is and how to safely do each move.
Burn has me not only in the best physical shape I've ever been in as I approach 40, but it has strengthened my mental health as well. I've made many friends and have a great accountability crew that make me want to get out of bed each morning. Starting my day off with endorphins and accomplishment, I'm in a better mood throughout my workday and am a happier and more patient mother and wife.

I am five weeks into my journey at Burn, Libbie Mill, and it has been such a positive and refreshing one. From the minute you walk in the door, everyone is so welcoming and positive. Studio is very clean, stocked with personal sweat towels and the new fans keep you comfortable throughout your workout. 45 minutes may not seem like a lot of time but the classes are high energy, worthwhile and most importantly - fun! Workouts vary by day so you will never lose interest and it gives your different muscle groups time to rest between protocol days. This location offers free childcare and free wellness consults/check-ins with your trainer. The best part is that you don’t have to pay to use the In-Body Scan, which most fitness facilities will charge you. They give you all the tools you need to be successful, you just have to show up! Since joining Burn Libbie Mill - Midtown a year ago, I’ve been able to hit so many goals, including lifting heavier weights than I ever have, doing box jumps for the first time in my life, and shaving time off my half marathon PR as a result of the cardio and strength training. I never had to do that before, my workouts were always planned for me all I had to do was show up. Joining burn was the greatest decision because not only can I show up and have a workout that is place for me. I get the extra push from all the trainers who are always there to support me and push me to work harder even when I thought I couldn’t. I’ve been going to burn for 3 years now and with new ownership it’s only gotten better. It’s unlimited classes and all you need to do is show up! Not only am I healthier and stronger, I’ve met some great people that have become really good friends. It’s not just a gym….its a community.

After being a competitive Gymnast throughout my life and a collegiate Gymnast as well as having such intense workouts prior to my move I was worried I would never find another facility or program that scratched that itch! I finally found it once in September when I tried the fall promo then again in December/ January for the winter promo. That’s when I knew I needed to sign up and budget the cost for self care and I’ve never regretted the decision I made then!! I absolutely love the community aspect with the one on one as well as group training, and the already programs given the day you walk in. Also love the hit workouts and that each day is something different. I think it’s a great class for all with modifications given to challenge and to eliminate injuries. I would highly recommend it to all!

Libbie Mill Burn is the place to be if you are looking for a community to inspire you and have FUN! The new ownership is awesome and so committed to taking care of the members. Within a few weeks, Chas has already transformed the place! Jess, the head trainer and ops manager is AMAZING! She leads a great team that will push you and help you reach your potential on the floor.

burn at libbie mill is incredible. the owner, head trainer, and the rest of the trainers are all so great. every workout can be modified to your personal abilities which really helps you feel like you’re getting a serious workout no matter your fitness level. almost everyone i’ve talked to in camp is so friendly and supportive - the whole community and overall vibe is just awesome. highly recommend burn as a whole, especially this location.

I just completed my 7 day free trial at Burn Libbie and absolutely loved it. I was nervous to try it, and even though it was incredibly challenging, I had so much fun! The workouts were creative and effective, and the coaches were super helpful with motivation and modifications. I'll definitely be getting a membership!
