Can’t say enough good things about Burn Bootcamp and the coaches at Red Mill. I went from feeling uninspired and unmotivated in my workouts to actually looking forward to waking up and heading to Burn every morning. The coaches truly care and want to see you excel. They push you to go heavier, support you, and help you get stronger week after week. As someone who didn’t have much confidence working out in a group setting before joining, Burn has completely changed that for me. Burn has genuinely been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself!

Run!!I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one.

Burn Boot Camp presents itself as a supportive “family-style” gym — but in reality, it operates more like a high school clique. There is constant drama, gossip, and clear inconsistency. Some people can do whatever they want, while others are called out for the exact same thing.

The management (if there is one) is extremely inconsistent, especially with childcare rules and workout timing. Policies change depending on who’s watching or who you are. There’s no clarity, no structure — just whatever mood the staff happens to be in that day.

What bothered me the most was the unprofessional behavior from the team. I’ve personally seen staff mocking and laughing at members while they were working out. You’re never quite sure if they’re “coaching” or talking behind someone’s back. That is not motivating — it’s humiliating. I’ve also been yelled at by a staff member.

If you’re looking for a truly supportive fitness environment, this isn’t it. Burn Boot Camp desperately needs better leadership, real professionalism, and respect for all people.

You’ll find many past employees and members with awful experience out there.

You get so burned from them that it took me a while to come back here to write a review lol

The facility management corroborates with my above claim. Instead of addressing valid concerns, they chose sarcasm and deflection — which is exactly the kind of mean-girl culture and fake “family” energy I was referring to.

If their response to criticism is “other people still come here so we must be fine,” that tells me everything I need to know about your standards — or lack thereof.

Maybe instead of running people through their doors, they should focus on keeping their professionalism from running out the window.

I wish them best of luck maintaining their reputation. They’re going to need it more than I need their gym.

Burn Boot Camp is the best way to start your day. The workouts are challenging and fun. The trainers are incredible supportive and genuinely care about helping you. They push you do things that you think are impossible. I also love the community. They host many of different events. My favorite are the kids camps and activities for the children. No matter where you are in your fitness journey I highly recommend.

Love Burn Bootcamp so much! Just joined in July and have been consistently attending about 5 times a week. It is such an uplifting and welcoming community, the trainers push you and are so motivating! The child watch that is available at the location are a life saver. Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming, the camps are challenging no matter what fitness level you’re at, the sense of community is unmatched. I wouldn’t be nearly as strong as I am now if it weren’t for Burn. I love that the trainers know my potential more than I do, and therefore challenge me. I have been a member here for about 3 years! Awesome community, great workouts, and focus meetings to help track your goals and discuss nutrition and protein intake. The work outs are scalable so regardless of where you are in your fitness journey they have a modification for you. And they watch your kids during the mid morning and late afternoon camps!!! This is only my second day at Burn Boot Camp, but it has been such a great experience so far! Every part of my body is getting a full intense workout. I joined BurnBootCamp a little over a month ago after driving by it 3 times a day for the last 2 years and wondering to myself what it was all about. I am so glad I did! I have spent a lot of my adult life trying to find a work out that I would stick with. I have been coming to Burn for a little over 3 months now and this is the most consistent I have ever been with any physical activity. The work is hard but feels so good and the trainers are incredibly supportive and helpful. Best decision I have made in a long time! Saw Burn on social media and kept looking and finally decided to do the 4 week trial. 1st appt I chickened out last minute but finally walked in April 30 feeling very intimidated but determined to give it a try. I immediately felt very welcome by Rachel and she showed me the ropes. Next I met Ben and he made me so comfortable and showed me how to modify any exercise to my ability. I walked out of there hooked!! This place and employees are amazing!! I love walking in and being instructed by a trainer for 45 minutes and walking out knowing they worked me harder than I ever could on my own. Ben is the only instructor I have had the chance to work out with and he is amazing!! He genuinely cares about my progress and has encouraged me so much there is no way I can thank him enough. Also, Eliza has been in constant contact with me every step of the way and has made my transition from trial to official so easy. So as of May 12 I am down 8 pounds and my energy has increased!! I am 58 years old and if I can do it than anyone can. Thank you Burn Redmill!

I’ve been going to burn boot camp at Redmill since just before COVID, and started going again after they reopened. The facilities are nice and clean, the workouts have the perfect amount of intensity and the trainers do a great job with instruction and modifications. Burn boot camp is far superior to other places. You’re curious why aren’t you?? I’ll tell you ... don’t worry.

1. There are 10 classes a day you can choose from, and if you can go to any and you don’t have to reserve your time, nor get penalized if you can’t show up!
2. It truly is personal training in a group setting.

I'm so glad that I joined last week. Best decision of my life! If you want to push harder they will help you with that. If you need modifications they will help you with that. Focus meetings help you to stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals like no other gym does. It's a very supportive, family friendly atmosphere. It is addicting!! I am someone that has been to many regular gyms, I have a treadmill and elliptical at home, I'm a runner by nature, I have free weights, videos ....you name it I've done it all. Being overweight my entire adult life, I finally changed my lifestyle, last November. In January I joined Burn Boot Camp, with the free pop up camps to see if this was something I could do for myself. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door, I was not judged by being obese. Then I did the 30 days for 30 dollars and then joined for a year. I have only missed a few days M-F (due to vacation or work travel). I'm committed to a new life of being healthy for myself first and then my family. Burn Boot Camp is allowing me to achieve my goals. I never in this world thought this was for me, but it is. Every workout is challenging, but I make it through, sometimes at the modified version, but I do it. The Burn Boot Camp family is very supportive to everyone in camp. I would recommend it to all my friends and family to join, if you want to make a change in your life, Burn Boot Camp is one of the steps.

Great selections in class times with each workout challenging you. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete there are modifications offered to make the workouts fit your level. I have yet to take advantage of the nutritional guidance but plan to in the near future. At Burn, they really encourage whole body health and lifestyle. So happy BBC came to VB. I moved here a year ago from NY where I did a very similar workout 5 days a week and when I moved here I was bummed. I spent the eighty something dollars to join the rec center which was awesome, price wise but I went once. Since joining BBC I've gone every day unless I was out of town and even on those days the head trainer will provide an exercise program for u. I enjoy an environment where I've got a personal trainer everyday pushing me through a workout that I can either do or it's modified if I need it to be to meet my fitness level. My trainer is constantly coaching us...not just speaking words of encouragement but also correcting form if need be to maximize each exercise and prevent injury. This type of environment isn't for everyone as there are no machines and in the 7 weeks that I've been going I've watched my body transform into a little machine of its own thanks to the challenging workouts every day. Not to mention the great support of nutrition and one on one meetings to meet your goals. I absolutely love this place and I recommend it highly!!! Oh and if you've got kids...FREE CHILDCARE!!!

I have been going to burn boot camp since opening day. I did the 30 day trial and since day one I was hooked. I will admit, I did have a gym membership to a well known gym in the area (cough, one life, cough) I tried to go regularly, do the free classes they offer but I felt like I was not getting where I wanted to be no matter how long/hard I worked out. The workouts at the gym were the same every single week, So there was nothing to look forward to, no new workouts and the instructors never walked around to tell you if what you were doing was correct. I would also try to go the the different workout equipments they had and the weight room but I felt very intimidated every time I went because I felt like people around would look at me like I didn't know what I was doing, as if they were judging me. Then one day BurnBootCamp came up on my news feed on Facebook. . . I'm not going to lie but I was very nervous the first day. I thought it would be the same gym "atmosphere/vibe" that I've been use to for the past year but I was I wrong! Since the first day I walked into my first class at 5:30am (they have different classes at different times but this time works best for my schedule) I knew I found my workout location. The atmosphere at burn bootcamp is so welcoming, the work outs are amazing, the 5 weeks I have gone to burn I saw more progress in my body than 4months at a gym. The workouts are 45min each (the work outs are never the same, each day is something new!) By the first 10min you are already covered in sweat. The trainer (Aaron) always encourages to give high five to the girls around you to keep motivating each other, when you work out together you feel like you are a team, you don't feel left out or judged. The workouts and atmosphere is not the only best part, they also offer free unlimited nutrition advice! When you schedule your meeting with the trainer they take measurements, weight, body fat that way they keep track of your progress, they also help you out and give advice on what you should eat! On top of all that they also offer FREE childcare, I don't have kids but if I could take my dogs I would LOL. After my 30 day trial ended I decided to sign up for a whole year (I loved it that much) and Will sign up for another year after that year is over!!

Burn Boot camp is top-notch! Prior to Burn, I had two wonderful and knowledgeable personal trainers. To supplement my long distance running training, they worked with me on strength training. After the marathon was over, I was looking for a gym that was more affordable yet I also wanted the same things I got from my trainers . . .a workout that would challenge me and a trainer that would push me. I found both of these and more at Burn Bootcamp. The trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. They provide us with challenging workouts and they push us to do our best. The workouts are different everyday and they work the entire body. A lot of the exercises they have us do are the same ones my personal trainers had me do and I'm saving so much more money! Not only do the trainers push you beyond your limits, the people in class motivate each other to keep going and not give up. Burn Bootcamp is total complete package . . .amazing certified trainers, an owner that works out with us, one on one nutritional and fitness meetings with a trainer, motivated classes, rigorous workouts, and an all around AMAZING Burn community!

If you're the type of person who is more likely to reach their fitness goals with direction and peer motivation, this is the gym for you. I have tried all types of fitness programs, including working out on my own. At Burn, your workout is planned for you every day, you NEVER repeat a workout, you are constantly being challenged, and you have booth a coach AND peers to motivate you. I have a gym in my garage and I still pay to come to Burn (it's really that good).

I've never been committed to any work or gym until Burn Boot Camp came along. I have no problem getting up at 6am to make it to the 630am camp. Heck, I sometimes go to two camps a day. Aaron does a great job at motivating me to do a little more than the day before. The $3 and change is worth it if it means I'm adding another healthier day to my life. The environment is inviting and you're only competitor is yourself. Burn Boot Camp has made a very dramatic, healthy change in my life!

I never thought I'd say this about a gym but I love Burn Boot Camp. The work outs are fun and are different everyday, so you don't have to worry about the same boring old routine. You meet lots of lovely amazing ladies that are all there for the same reason you are, so they help motivate and inspire you to just keep pushing to do that last rep. Can't say enough great things about Burn Boot Camp! If you want to run on a treadmill and lift some weights while staring at a tv then Burn Boot Camp is NOT for you.. but if you want to be challenged every single day with an amazing and different workout (yes it changes every day) that will transform your body and make you stronger and more confident then Burn Boot Camp is for you! All the ladies that attend Burn motivate and support one another. The staff is amazing and always available to help in any way possible. There's also nutritional support and childcare if needed. Overall the gym was okay, nothing special. You go in whatever time you want to workout, they do warm up then workout for about 45 minutes. But honestly it's not worth the price. I think it was about $120 a month and there's no showers, personal rooms to stretch, lockers... nothing. If you need someone to hold your hand and tell you "you can do it" then it may benefit you. But really you could go to one-life, 9rounds, anytime fitness, ymca and get so much more for an extremely cheaper price.
