Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Extremely loud in early morning. I am an elder living in community and they keep waking me up. I’ve went by a few times. they don’t care, their out of shape trainers should focus on fitness instead of crazy loud music into ears.

This Burn has an exceptional team of trainers and staff that really embrace your own journey and workout goals. I could not be happier with their classes, child care and community. I started out going occasionally with my amazing wife and now go 3-4 days a week and it’s so energizing. Burn has helped me get fitter, faster and stronger in the last year. Very inconsiderate for neighbors who lives around. Considered attended and even connected until I saw they don’t respect sound policies! Today the instructor with its microphone started at 6 am… triggering my dog. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I’m so thankful I found Burn! I’ve been coming for about four months, and it has been the most consistent I’ve been with working out since having kids. The childcare is amazing and allows me to work out even with the kids. My 2 year old absolutely loves coming to the gym, which helps motivate me to go too.
I’ve really enjoyed the workouts. I’ve typically gravitated towards weightlifting/crossfit style workouts in the past. Burn’s programming is more cardio/plyo, but I love that I still get to pick up heavier weights on METCON or strength days. The gym staff is also wonderful. Everyone is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and supportive. I’m very happy I made my way into Burn.

I switched to Burn because of the free child watch. I missed working out with my husband so child watch was a huge draw. It's quickly become one of my favorite places. My kid also looks forward to coming to play with the child watch minders. The workouts constantly challenge me. The instructors are great motivators and always ready to help modify for my sciatica flare ups. I feel strong. I feel like an athlete. I'm inspired by so many amazing women (and men) every class! I'm so happy to have found Burn!

Going to Burn Boot Camp has become my favorite part of the day. The workouts always push me in the best ways and I’ve noticed in the last few months how I’ve been reaching for heavier weights.
The trainers here are the best at knowing when to push you and always encouraging you to level up. I travel a lot for work and I love the universal membership as well. Makes it easier to maintain a routine! So glad I found a gym and workout structure that I love!!

I joined Burn Boot Camp in July, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are intense but so rewarding, and the trainers are fantastic – they really know how to keep you motivated and make sure you’re getting the most out of every camp. Burn Boot Camp: A Challenge at Any Age!
As someone who has been working out consistently for over 25 years, I thought I had seen and tried it all—until I joined Burn Boot Camp. I’m in my 60s, and let me tell you, this gym is pushing me to new limits in the best way possible.
The workouts are intense and challenging, but they’re also designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. Every session leaves me feeling both exhausted and exhilarated. The trainers are incredible—they take the time to get to know you and tailor the workouts to your personal goals and abilities. Despite the group setting, there’s a real focus on individual progress.
One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community. The energy is always high, and everyone is so supportive. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to fitness or have years of experience like me; the atmosphere is welcoming, and the motivation is contagious.
Burn Boot Camp is keeping me on my toes and proving that age is just a number when it comes to staying fit. If you’re looking for a gym that will push you out of your comfort zone and help you see real results, I can’t recommend it enough!

Enter Burn Boot Camp West Springfield…truly the best of both worlds, where the workouts are a challenging and rewarding 45 minutes of intensity and complimentary childcare is offered at almost all class times. Burn has truly been a game changer for both of us…now we can take care of our bodies and know our kiddos will be having fun playing in the childwatch room, which is stocked full of toys for kids ages 8 weeks to 12 years old. I can’t say enough good things about Burn…the staff is incredibly friendly, the environment is uplifting and motivating, and the workouts are tough, with a clear purpose behind every movement. If you live in Burke or Springfield, VA, take a serious look at Burn Boot Camp! You will not be disappointed.
