Best coach and best results. I come here when I want to sweat and be held accountable for my workout! I also love the small setting so you get more direct attention/feedback from your trainer.

i absolutely love going to this gym. the trainer is kind and helpful and itβs clear he cares about the community and his profession. i signed up with the class pass and itβs def worth it to me. i get to diversify my fitness in with others from the community who will also uplift and encourage. highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness routine.

Great instructor who kept me motivated. Really like the early class offering that was available. Completed the HIIT workout class which left my heart pumping and muscles strengthen. Would return for another class in the future.
