I’m visiting from MI…Awesome facility, the best staff at a fitness center I have ever encountered! Fun. Funny, keeping us engaged so to make it to the end of the hour!! I will go again and again, until my visit to VA is over!! All the staff I met were very helpful!

The massage that my husband booked for me helped relieve a lot of stress and pain. Mrs Angela did an amazing job on my shoulders and back. I feel very relaxed and energized. I will make an appointment to have an other massage in a month.

While visiting my son who is a tennis & pickleball pro there, I played Pickleball for the first time on their indoor tennis courts. The courts are well maintained, the lobby is bright and clean, and the staff is nice too. Would highly recommend playing both tennis and Pickleball there!

I've been playing tennis there going on two years and they are like my second family. The warm welcome you receive and the instruction and care you receive as an individual has been great for my tennis game. Their tennis pro John Dokken has been a huge help to me and the ladies teams in guiding us through recognizing our strengths and how to be a better athlete individually and as a team. Love it all!
