Fairlakes Club Pilates has a variety of classes that they change times on monthly so everyone can have access. The instructors seem to change a bit but they are all good. It is sometimes difficult to get the class and instructor you want and you must feel comfortable with being on the wait list for a class.

I had to take a 2-year break from Pilates due to an injury. I purposefully chose Tanya as my first class back. She is always so patient and calm in her instructions and reminders. I was with Kaylee on her very first lesson at the studio last spring. As a fellow teacher l, it is fun to watch a person hone their craft She is doing a great job and really good at guiding and adjusting people with they should hold a pose in the most gentle and kind way that makes us progress even more. I LOVE the classes at Club Pilates! My core has become stronger than with any of the yoga/barre/other fitness classes I’ve taken for years and a hip issue I worked on in PT no longer bothers me as a result.
Just about all of the instructors are great. My favorites (for the most challenging morning/midday classes) are Sarah, Gabby, Caryl and Mileva. Mileva's are so carefully planned and really build our strength with progressions; Caryl never does the same thing twice, pushing us to limits we thought we'd never reach. Also, GABBY! Her classes are so creative, motivating and kill me (make me stronger!). Sarah is a true master instructor - incredibly planned, clear cueing, and even her stretches are very purposeful.
Our studio has quite a few classes each day, which I appreciate, and is clean and organized. I do wish members would once in a while get exceptions for late cancels (perhaps a few "free" late cancels a year since things come up, like illnesses and my car breaking down!).

I joined Pilates three months ago looking for a way to tone my body, feeling energized and most of all maintaining good health. This place is a game changer it’s been helping me achieve the goals to want to have a better healthy body. The instructors are professional they each have a unique way of teaching. My three favorite are Gabby, Mileva and Caryl. With Gabby I like her energy and how throughly she explains the steps by step which makes it easy to follow the exercises and her breathing exercises are very relaxing it’s like you are meditating for a minute. Mileva is very nice she is also very patient if you don’t get it right she lets you know how to fix it. Caryl is hard core but I like the way she pushes me to do better and not follow behind. I definitely recommend this place and if you do hopefully it will change your life.

The workout was a little difficult to follow in the introductory class but that’s expected.
I wish they would’ve wrote our names where they wanted us placed, that would’ve been a cute personal touch as well. I had to move twice which was frustrating. Using the name plates would help to create that “welcome” feeling.
Music was too loud for an intro class.
Wish I was asked about modifications I may need as well. The instructor mentioned her own half way through.
Other than that, I felt the burn!

I am new to Pilates. I’m a runner and I have done strength training with personal trainers in the past. I really wanted a different approach to strength training. I was looking for a total body workout for strength, balance and stability. I have found it. Although I am new I find the instructors to be very patient and encouraging! Mileva is amazing! ! I’m very happy I walked in and signed up.

Taking this Pilates class has been an incredible experience! Caryl is fantastic, offering the perfect balance of challenge and support. Had taken a class here a while back with Tanya and it was pretty disappointing. I didn’t feel the muscles engaged that were supposed to be engaged and I didn’t really feel like the class was that enjoyable under her instruction so I haven’t tried another class since. It didn’t really feel like I was getting much out of class as everything was just a bit too slow/easy compared to other reformer 1 classes at other locations. Prefer the instructors and other club Pilates locations.

I’m not very flexible and I’m new to Pilates, but all the instructors have been very helpful and encouraging. I really enjoy Robin’s approach.
Adding on to above to give a shout out to Alllison, who has been covering. Excellent teacher, thoughtful, gives great guidance. I have really enjoyed working with her.
Adding in about Milevia, she was very attentive, helped everyone and explained the movements very clearly. It was great meeting her.
Love working with both Sarah and Cameron. Always get an excellent, challenging session that leaves me refreshed and energized.
Sarah gives clear instruction and provides challenging workouts with excellent modifications advice for those of us less adept and flexible; I.e., me. I always feel better after a class.
