I absolutely LOVE Club Pilates !! When I started a year and a half ago, I could barely make it through the beginner class!! But I kept coming to class, doing something just for me, and got better and better.! The instructors are so supportive and helpful!! I’ve made many friends and look forward to coming to class every week, several times a week! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ❤️

I contacted them to cancel my
Membership and I was told I could cancel over the phone and then they have continued to charge my card. They have the worst customer service after they lock you into a membership. They only offer level 1 classes so there is no way to advance to the next level. BEWARE Do not sign up for a membership!!

The instructors are wonderfully energetic, encouraging and obviously well trained. Accommodations are made for those who might need them, yet the workout is never compromised.
Classes are engaging —you will love it and feel so good about yourself !!

I really enjoyed the workout and loved how clean the studio was. That said, the sales pitch afterward felt too aggressive. It would make a much better impression to allow people to experience the intro class and make an informed decision on their own if they want to come back. Given the other reviews, I’ll never purchase a membership here, I’ll continue to go through Class Pass who is trusted and never tried to push sales on me.

I’ve been coming to the Club Pilates- Ridge location- for over a year and I have never had the same class twice. Each instructor provides great cueing and makes the class dynamic in its own way. There is a wide variety of classes and CP reaches a broad client base. Give it a try!

Been a member since they opened Nov 2023! Instructors are energetic, attentive and classes are always different. Love that I can workout without compromising my hips, back or pelvic floor. Come try it out, they offer free intro classes to try before committing!

I have been a member for about a year. I walked in skeptically and now I can’t imagine not having Club Pilates as part of my overall health journey. Angela is absolutely one of the best instructors. She’s knowledgeable, challenging and always engaged. She truly cares!

PROS: The studio and the teachers are wonderful. It’s very clean and it’s an amazing workout. They communicate frequently with you. CONS: I specifically asked when I signed up over the phone if my 4 credits a month would carry over if didn’t use them and was told they do. Perhaps I misunderstood. But either way, it is definitely NOT worth the price to sign up for the three month plan in which you have to use your four credits within the month, because if you have illness or need to travel and can’t use up your credits within the timeframe, you are out of luck. I repeat: It is NOT worth the cost for this plan to not have carryover credits. I will be canceling after my 3 months are over.

Unless you are rich and have money to waste, DO NOT JOiN this please. They sign you up with dreams to loose weight they they take the credits you pay for if you don’t use them fast enough. I had an injury and couldn’t go for a few weeks thinking that I paid for sessions so I can use them right? No. They take all your credits each month so if you paid you loose it. What are these companies that think you should pay for nothing. I was hung up on and then the supervisor told me I had to pay to cancel. Where do these companies get off thinking they get away with taking your money for no service. I have had no sessions at all. They one time I came I was 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic from someone in a car accident and they told me I couldn’t participate then they took my credits. This is unacceptable and now she tells me I have to sign a cancellation. This is bad business. DONT DO It…

I was a loyal member here for about a year. It was amazing for me when my dad died; truly got me out of a horrendous depression. I became pregnant and everyone was more than accommodating. I developed preeclampsia and became bedridden and ended with an emergency c-section. I was extremely let down due to their lack of compassion and understanding for a new struggling mom with postpartum. In the midst of surviving with a newborn and recovering from a major abdominal surgery I neglected to extend my pause as I was unable to work out or afford the membership due to 4 months of unpaid leave, they charged my account $600 and refused to refund. I was struggling to pay bills and provide for my family and never even utilized the months I was charged for. I am still suffering financially 6 months later. Overall a wonderful place, but if you ever find yourself in a hardship they are less than understanding and will do anything to keep your money. New moms beware.

JACKIE IS AMAZING!!! Ever since taking her classes I feel beautiful, strong, and confident most of all. When she gives me corrections I can feel her passion for Pilates. She encourages me even when I feel like giving up and she never judges me. As a plus size woman, group fitness (fitness in general) can be very scary; but all the ladies at CP make me feel good about exercising and remind me that my body is capable of amazing things.

I've been a member for about 2 months now, and have been able to take 20 classes in that time - the schedule offerings help me balance my workouts with my two jobs. I've been LOVING Heather's classes - especially Center and Balance! She is so much fun and really helps to distract me from the fact that I'm working out!

This place is all about taking your money. It’s so hard to find a class that works with your schedule unless you book two weeks in advanced. I bought a class credit which expired after 30 days which I found very strange…why would put such a short expiration on a service you paid for? I would have used it faster but it’s so hard to find an available class. I’m much happier at Solidcore I can book the class 3 days before and have lots of options.

I absolutely love the Ridge location of Club Pilates. I just finished my 20th class, and I couldn't be happier. The instructors whose classes I've attended (including Angela, April, and Missy, with a special shout-out to visiting instructor Adriana) are extremely knowledgeable, offer great input to class participants, and provide a challenging, non-impact workout. My favorite classes so far are Flow and Cardio Pilates. The front desk personnel are very helpful, the location is beautifully kept, and the cost of the classes is very reasonable, given the cost of the reformers. I find scheduling classes to be easy using the app, and I have always gotten into the wait-listed classes for which I've signed up.

Th absolute worst! Do. Not. Join. You’ll never be able to get into a class. You’ll have to jump on the waitlist and trust me, you’ll never get off of it.
The cancellation process is lengthy and asinine. The employees never know what’s going on.
The level of unprofessionalism especially when you want to cancel. The owner or manager was yelling at me and interrupting as I tried to explain to her that I already came in and completed the form to cancel.
I told them I no longer felt comfortable coming in to finish out the remainder of the classes because of how I was spoken too.
Save yourself and don’t join.

Tried to put my account on freeze while my husband was deployed. They messed up the month and cancelled all the classes I had scheduled, then tried to get me to reactivate and wait on the wait list and see if I could get back in them. For the actual month that I needed to freeze they charged me the full membership amount even after filling out the forms and confirming the correct month for the freeze. Now trying to cancel and get this situation right and can’t get anybody to call or text me back.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since November. I filled out the form God know how many times and they keep charging my credit card and sending me a new form every month. This is ridiculous I already pay 3 moths without complaining about their inefficient. Class are okay but good luck trying to cancel a membership!
