Training with Matt over the past few months has absolutely been one of the best investments I’ve made this year! Before working with Matt, I was just doing random workouts and was struggling to find something sustainable that fits into my busy schedule. He’s incredibly knowledgable and consistently available to answer any questions, provide feedback and help with form. He designs workout plans that are not only tailored to my needs but also fun to do. Most importantly, he’s been very patient and worked closely with me to figure out what works for me. Highly recommend him!

matt really helped get me hooked on personal training almost 2 years ago. he does a great job of tailoring the workouts for me and what my personal / specific needs are (which change!). he also knows when to push me and does it in a way that has built confidence rather than pushed me too far out of my comfort zone. even on days when i am feeling tired or stressed from work and distracted or even low energy, i always always walk out feeling better than when i walked in! i really can’t recommend him enough — treat yourself — i believe our health is a privilege and spending $ on it is worth every single penny.

Working with Coach Matt has been amazing. Literally changed my life. I went from not having much strength at all to being able to do push ups, weight lift, I have strengthened my core, my shoulders, butt, everything. He builds you up to this point. What I started off doing last fall is not the same that I’m doing now. He’s well prepared each workout with a plan. He tracks reps and weights. If I’m having pain in a particular area, he’s able to tweak the workout on the fly to protect that area. He constantly watches you ensuring you got the form right, and how the weight is, if it needs adjusting. He also likes to talk about nutrition and is very knowledgeable. He’s a genuinely great guy, super encouraging, and makes me laugh. I still workout with him twice a week because he’s made such a difference to my life. All I have to do is show up. He’ll make sure I’m doing the right things and improving each week. So glad I found him. I highly recommend Coach Matt!

Working with Matt was a great experience for the several weeks that we trained. Matt listened to my goals then put a plan together so I could so achieve my goals.
I definitely saw results working with Matt. He pushed me and believed in what I could push my body to do.
Matt is patient, takes time to explain an exercise, demonstrates proper way to execute exercises and gives honest feed back, which to me is key. I highly recommend training with Matt Stevens .

I have been working with Matt for several months now, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best personal trainer I have ever had.
From the very beginning, Matt took the time to understand my goals and create a personalized fitness plan that would help me achieve them. Matt is always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, and his encouragement kept me motivated and on track. What I appreciate most about Matt is his ability to push me to my limits without ever making me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. He is always attentive to my form and technique. Working out with him is very rewarding and great stress relief after a long day of work.

I started working with Matt due to nagging health issues including rehabbing from a torn ACL, tennis elbow, and shoulder tendinitis. Through multiple sessions he worked diligently and jointly with my physical therapy to establish a good regiment to help build the muscle I once loss. With injuries that flared up, Matt provided me with alternatives both through exercise and daily schedules to adhere by to help overcome those obstacles. I want to thank Matt for everything he has done for me and getting me back in the gym and further bettering myself every day. If you need some motivation or have any health goals you would like to meet, I would highly recommend training with Matt.

In the time that I worked with Matt, I was able to become a much better athlete. My goal was to gain muscle and I certainly made a lot of headway in that direction. When I started, I had no prior knowledge of how to effectively work out in a manner that would allow me to build muscle while also enhancing my athletic ability. Matt was able to teach me both of those things. Overall, I am extremely happy with how my time working with Matt went and I would recommend him to any athlete who is looking to improve themselves.

I've been working with Coach Matt for about 3 months now and its been great! Prior to working with him, I had been doing random workouts that weren't helping me reach any of my fitness goals and left me frustrated. He helped me get a plan together with both lifting and nutrition and held me accountable every week! He's always available to answer questions and encourages me when I am struggling to stay consistent when life gets crazy. I've seen a stark change in my desire to go to the gym and the work I put in during my workouts. I've gained more confidence in the gym and love the progress I've made! Only been training with coach Matt for about 2 weeks now but let me you I’m already feeling faster, stronger and overall healthier. Matt does a great job with his training regiment and every work out has greatly benefited my daily life. Wish I met Matt sooner, pretty sure I’d have my beach body by now but I’ll get there soon... I started working with (Matt) coach Stevens about 2 month to gain muscle and get in shape for baseball Season In the spring and have already seen improvements. Coach Stevens is great at showing and explains why we do different lifts and the benefits of each lift. I would recommend working coach Stevens if your are athlete in the area.

I have been training with Matt for over 6 months now. He is very patient and accommodative and working out with him is a lot of fun. I have seen a lot of positive results and have hit my lowest weight (in over 3 years) recently. He has been very supportive and have always been available for any questions that I may have even outside of the session. He has helped me with not just workouts but great diet suggestions as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a more attentive/personalized approach to better training. Really appreciate all the hard work you put in me Matt!

Coach Matt (Stevens) is a great trainer really for anything you’re trying to do, if you’re an athlete and wanna gain muscle or get back in shape Coach Stevens would be a great fit for you, also for those wanting to lose weight coach stevens has some great programs made for weight loss, personally with coach Stevens I’ve been working out with for around 10-11 months I started at 125 body weight and at 145lbs now, due to covid it did slow my process down a bit so I would be at around 155 to 160 if not for covid, Coach Stevens has a great facility and is great with communication and keeping you on track, absolutely love working out with him, He is perfect for everybody so if you’re interested you should definitely workout with him.

Working with Coach Stevens has helped me reach my goals. I started with a 21 day plan. Moved on to a 1-month plan and then committed to 3 months. All of it was money well spent. I wanted to gain strength, commit to a workout plan, and look better. I have achieved all of those goals and loved the results. I really like his workouts. They challenge me and are fun to do.

Working out with Matt for the past five months has been a great experience for me, and I am seeing results. I started training with Matt to gain weight, and not only have I achieved that goal, but I have also stronger and faster. Working with Matt on strength and agility, I was able to bring my 60 yard dash time down from a 7.40, to a 6.80. Matt is fun to work with and is great with people just starting to lift, I highly recommend him if you want to improve your coordination, strength, and speed.
