If I could give zero stars for my experience I would. The issues began immediately after I signed up. Gabriella who signed me up failed to inform me about additional charges and fees I would be responsible for once signing up for the program. So when my first payment came out and it was over double what it should have been I was really confused. To make matters worse I had the hardest time getting help from this company when all I wanted was to understand the billing process. My trainer Ryan was super nice but ultimately I decided to part ways. The availability for training is super limited. The staff communication is extremely poor. I would recommend trying a single session to see if it's a good fit for you before committing to an agreement.

The entirety of Compel Fitness is incredible. The trainers that i worked with were all so knowledgeable, welcoming, relatable, and overall amazing people. They are able to cater to your needs, work around injuries, and help strengthen muscles for recovery and rehabilitation. 10/10 would recommend Compel Fitness to anyone.

The program has been great with keeping me on track to my fitness goals. Carlo is very knowledgeable and approachable when discussing my fitness schedule and creating various workout routines that fit my lifestyle. He adjusts as needed and provides nutrition advice to make sure I can obtain a healthy diet.

CAPTIVATING OPENING HERE
The Compel Fitness program and crew are pretty amazing individuals. I had the opportunity to have four sessions with Brandi, think I have her name right, and she was a great motivator. Likewise, all of the staff with the program at Gold’s Gym, Fan were helpful with guiding me through the Gold’s gym challenge, and I trained in exercises I never even considered doing. Thanks also to Laurel and anyone whose name I have forgotten. I know people rarely get the acknowledgement they deserve. Thank you for helping me grow physical and mentally.

I have been taking the semi-private trainings for a few months now and I love it! The instructors do a great job differentiating the work outs. Not only this but they are motivating and push you to work out as intense as you can. Each time I go, they have supplied a series of workouts and adjust them based on your ability level. I don’t think I have ever come into a session and done exactly the same thing as I have done in a previous session. I will continue to keep going to these classes and definitely recommend it to anyone who needs motivation or just wants to gain more strength!

These are quality people that care. It’s not just business. They want to legitimately help people and you can feel that. I can honestly say they know what they’re doing. Laurel, the senior training director sets the tone. She’s a professional and carries herself as such. I’ve seen how she can flat out work people in the gym and even with her commitment level she’s able to relate to the person who has no gym experience so well. Taylor Riley does an incredible job with clients also. If you go to the gym odds are she’s there. She’s someone who’s intentional about getting better daily. She wants to be the best for her clients. I’ve also seen Brandy run her classes and consistently without fail I always see everyone beat down, hurting, and yet laughing. Brandy is so good at delivering a workout that’ll make you reconsider ever coming back but yet making you like it so much you do. She has incredible energy and you can tell her classes really love her!
All in all I’d highly recommend to anyone.

I’m in the midst in my fitness journey and feel very inspired to keep working towards my fitness goals and beyond that with compel fitness. I appreciate what compel has offered so far - training has gone well every time, no slack only gain. Each training session I’ve attended has had an encouraging atmosphere with great motivating influence from trainers who are always fun and energetic. I feel supported by the compel team which makes my dedication towards sustaining strength and endurance, all around physical health that much more powerful. Participating in the Compel fitness program has really surprised me. I was a little intimidated at first because I knew the exercises would be challenging however, the instructors have proven to be patient, knowledgeable and extremely motivating. Each week I feel stronger and more eager to reach my goals. I appreciate trainers like Brandi. She has an upbeat personality and can be interactive while still focusing on everyone’s form and level of difficulty with certain exercises. Basically, everything is going well so far and I’m excited about my next workout!

I have worked with several of the trainers over the last five months. Most recently, I've worked with MyKeshia. As a competitive runner who is 73 years old, I needed to strengthen my upper body and core muscles. I recently ran a five mile race at my fastest pace in more than a year. I attribute my improved running results to the work I've done to work ALL of my muscles, without being pushed so hard that I would get injured or discouraged. Since starting the Compel program I am not only stronger physically but more confident in my ability to perform exercises correctly. I am lifting heavier than ever before and am pushing myself further with the help of the Compel staff. I frequently work with Asisa and Brandi who both bring great energy to our sessions, they help me get a better workout than I would on my own. I would definitely recommend joining for anyone who needs more direction in the gym.

I have paid for personal training programs in the past. I'm really impressed with Compel. Even doing the bare minimum, meaning doing their workouts only twice a week and doing my own workouts one or two times additionally in the week, I'm seeing results. That tells you how good their program is. Because my ultimate goal is to be doing their workouts at least 4 times a week. The staff has been nothing but supportive. I'm definitely being pushed and I like it. At the same time, I feel like their routines are doable and my results are achievable. I'm really happy that I signed up. More happy than I thought I would be. I would recommend this company and this workout regimen to anyone who is looking for results and a routine that are actually attainable.

Surprised at how quickly results are beginning to show! Gains in strength, exercise endurance and form. I started Compel five weeks ago, and I have already seen significant changes in myself. My BMI has markedly decreased and I noticed I am stronger and have more energy. The trainers get to know you and follow your personal progress, so every class is challenging and different; plus the trainers are so encouraging and motivating--and I feel so accomplished afterwards-- that I continue wanting to come back! They meet you at your level and push you beyond where you thought you could ever go. I'm definitely more confident in myself and my potential because I've seen what I can do!
