Recently started my weight loss journey with Compel. Everything was going well until I had to take a medical leave and was told my membership would be paused and that never happened. Now I'm currently in Physical Therapy due to a sprained neck and sprained armed due to weightlifting with the compel trainer. Also be harassed by creditors on there behalf, very disappointing in the service.

I have been attending group training classes with Compel Fitness at Golds Gym, White Oak for about 7 months. The trainers there have really worked with me to drive towards my fitness and health goals. The classes are always challenging and fun. My trainer, Dilan is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! She works with each client to make sure the exercises we are doing push us hard while taking into consideration any injuries or limitations we may have. I would highly recommend!

The personal trainer is amazing, he’s really helped me with endurance and strengthening.

I will say I don’t like the policy of losing your points after 30 days, I paid for them so why should I lose them. I will say they did give me an extension on the time.

I will also have to say that communication at my gym is not great. I told them I didn’t wish to continue paying for personal training sessions but I was never told I needed to fill out paperwork. Because of this lack of communication I was charged for 6 additional sessions that I didn’t want.

I admire the trainers and their nurturing, but stern demeanor regarding their clients. Every member of the white oak team bring something different to the table. Stephen always go the extra mile to teach us about nutrition, workouts to do outside of training, and always give his infamous motivational speeches. Tyler uplifting personality always put a smile on our faces, and making our experience with compel interesting. Donalds’ laid back and comforting demeanor encourages me to continue this fit journey. I joined Gold's Gym a little over a month ago, and also signed up for the semi private training classes they offer. I've been training with Austin for 5 weeks now, and he's great! I usually quit working out after 2 weeks or so, but Austin has really helped me believe in myself and he's tough on me when I need a good kick in the butt.
