About the Club

Zach Crawford is a NASM, FMS, Online Trainer Academy, and COMPLETE HUMAN PERFORMANCE Hybrid level 1 certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. He specializes in training older populations, weight loss, strength training, powerlifting, running, lifestyle changes, diet adherence, prevention of injury, and integrating endurance work with strength programming.



He has successfully worked with clients between the ages of 14-96 years old, helping them with their individual goals. Zach has a gift with older clientele that have a desire for a higher quality of life as well as individuals that want to both run and lift without injury.

I hired him for several months and had trained with him in person at his studio and online when I moved away from the area. He’s very flexible to your needs as a client and is particularly understanding and encouraging when you’re facing obstacles towards your health goals. Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. He even still sends me studies about exercise/nutrition and things I can do to help.

I really liked Zach's training program. And I like the place is good for training, I like Crawford Crosstraining a lot. I've been training with Zach since February 2021. I have lost over 20lbs and I see a large difference in my strength, endurance and physical appearance. Zach combines patience, empathy, and a significant knowledge base to get people motivated. I've tried several personal trainers and physical therapists but never found anyone who really understood chronic illness and my particular challenges.
It's very easy for me to get injured due to hyper mobility and other health conditions. Zach understands this and adapts my workouts to prevent injury and pain flares. I cannot overstate how much of a difference this has made.

If you’re looking for a trainer that will listen and work on exactly what you need help with Zach is the one to go to. I had a knee injury last year and did a training session with him and learned exactly what I needed to do workout wise to build strength back the proper way and most effective way for my body.
