Crowbar gym is the best gym in the Leesburg area. It focuses on true strength with one on one training every session. Jancel gives amazing guidance as well as still that can be done from you home.

The martials arts is great as well. also, with one on one training no matter your skill level. Here you are able to work with the teach as well as the students through out your entire training period unlike other martial arts that I have been to.

Thanks to the Military, I had weak knees when I started Arx training with Jancel. I was doing traditional workouts throughout my life, with good results, so going in to my Arx session, I was pretty skeptical. After 2 weeks of consistent work, I developed a better fitness routine, better form and posture, significantly more strength in my legs, back, and arms, and I seemed to recover a lot faster after workouts. Win-Win-Win. My favorite part is that all I had to commit to was 15-20 minutes of WORK per session and I was good to go. Jancel is very educated and very observant while you are doing your workouts. You cant go wrong!! A+++

This gym offers specialized weight-resistance training, and professional nutritional counseling which can allow you to lose weight and cut your workout time to approximately 30 minutes a week. In addition, the owner is a 5th Dan in Ju-Juitsu, and is also highly skilled in Muay Thai, Sambo, Judo, Grappling, Kendo, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Stick & Knife fighting (Filipino and Indonesian Styles). I've known the instructor since 2009 when he was an assistant instructor at the Reston Institute for Self Defense and can say that Jancel is an very excellent teacher willing to work with you at your level but still push you to go further. If you are a busy Dad who wants to train but has a hard time finding the right school this is the place for you.
