We love Dance Kraze. My daughter has been dancing at this studio for over 5 years. This term, I enrolled my granddaughter again and she loves it there. Marissa is their teacher and you can’t ask for a better teacher. Marissa’s teaching techniques are extraordinary and her love for the students exhibits through her disposition.

My child has been dancing here since she was 2 years old and she has loved every minute of it! She has been on the competition team for three years now! And my second born just started here this year!! We absolutely love this dance studio and the staff is AWESOME!!! It’s a great atmosphere for everyone! I really love how this studio works with every child and wants them to be the best dancer they can be. Also showing them how to grow as a person. My daughter has been dancing here for 7 years and next year will be her senior year and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else but at Dance Kraze. They are our family.

We have been with this dance studio going on five years next year. And we've had nothing but wonderful experience. The girls love the teachers... You can tell that they truly care about the girls and the boys.and it's super family-orientated you don't feel like you're walking into a place where you don't know anybody you always get a big welcome when you walk in the door.And I feel that they go above and beyond with everything that they do there for the kids. I am so proud to say that my children dance under Jennifer and her staff. And I would highly recommend the studio to anybody.... Besides all that it's clean the children are well accounted for they cannot just leave the studio if you have to drop your child off for class you have to go in and pick them up as well. everything is well laid out and they give clean and clear instructions on things that need to be done or when we're doing them.but not just that we love when it comes time for the events the parade's the skate party the end of the year banquet and all the stuff in between. And most of all we look forward to recital to see how far your children of grown each year.We are proud to call dance kraze our family. I can't wait to continue to watch Madison and Morgan grow up and blossom at dance kraze.if you want to know that your kids are being taught by teachers that have true passion for what they are doing, and make sure all the children fill equally cared about then this is the place for you and your family. I can't say enough great things about dance kraze. My daughter has danced for going on 10 years. This was her first year at dance kraze and she couldn't have been happier. We felt right at home with the Jennifer and her staff and all of the parents and students. Please come visit the studio before believing some of these reviews. Not everything you read is true and some of the items if you have ever been to other studios is required there also. I can tell you also that my daughters technique has also improved. We can't wait for the up coming dance season!

We love this dance studio. Very family orientated, prices are reasonable since they do include the costumes for the recital. The communication is wonderful, an email is sent out at the beginning of every month detailing everything that will be going on that month and what to expect. There are additional fees but you find out well ahead of time, all dance studio have additional fees and this one is great about letting you know ahead of time. My child's technique has improved greatly since being enrolled here. Jennifer and her staff genuinely care about the kids that take classes here. My child loves her classes, her classmates, and the other parents there. I could not ask for a better dance family to have around my child. We will continue doing business with dance kraze as long as we are stationed here. As for the cameras one other parent posted about. I actually work at that said school, the cameras were turned off for the recital time frames. I even asked my self. The parents were also told to have their children change in the classrooms that they were assigned. But parents chose to have their own children change in the hall. The guideline for this was sent out months in advance to the parents as well as every month, to bi-weekly to weekly reports up to the recital. These were also posted all over the studio, therefore they were informed. I'm also not a "favorite" I pay my monthly tuition just like everyone else, I just dont want a business being thrown under the bus for no reason.

This place is a nightmare- their competition dancers are fine, but the rest they couldn’t care less about. Their tap classes are a joke, utilizing the same moves from Kinderdance to advanced. Their gymnastics classes don’t even get to flips, just cartwheels, and their jazz is average. Ballet is good. Her business is kept afloat by a few key families which you’ll notice during their end of year recital because they are in 6-8 dances a piece. There is a heavy focus on costumes, props, and wandering around the stage rather than ACTUAL dancing, and their recital gets very boring very quickly.

But that’s just the icing on the cake- don’t plan to use your card to pay for anything besides the classes- almost everything is cash only. Their teachers play favorites (with the exception of Jasmine & Carson), and those that didn’t departed abruptly in the middle of the year surrounding a few rumors that were less than kind about the owner. Regardless as to the truth of said rumors, it is quite obvious that there is a LOT of drama going on and it is significantly, (and detrimentally), affecting her business. There are several costs at various times that crop up out of nowhere- can’t be in the parade unless the OUTER layer says Dance Kraze, have to wear the right colored tights (and if your class has two outfits, it’s different colors for each), super expensive & poor quality pictures, etc etc. The end of the season is BRUTAL in unexpected expenses, so just be prepared. It’s also run through her friends and family, which probably has a lot to do with the expense.

With perhaps one exception (Thank you Jason), her event staff is indescribably rude and disrespectful, in addition to being inconsistent. Gods forbid you say anything about it, because they will get in your face and try to power play you to get you to cower in submission and retreat. Or ignore you. Or try to walk through you. Not a place I will ever be returning to.

And yet the biggest problem is the fact that the recital was held in a school with LIVE CAMERAS and there were girls CHANGING IN THE HALLWAYS WHO WERE NOT TOLD, DESPITE the fact that the dance studio was informed. Well beyond acceptable to me. We will most DEFINITELY not be returning next year.

My husband and I went to to the old dominion barn dance show on Nov 11 and loved the dancers they were fabulous 😊as a line dancer 💃 myself I could have watched them all night so thank you for making the show was entertaining hope you put it on YouTube 💃💃
