What sets Diana apart is not only the quality and focus of her instruction, but also her completely non-judgmental approach. She creates a safe, welcoming environment where you can focus on your practice without any self-consciousness.

One private session with her is easily worth 10 group classes elsewhere. The individual attention and customized guidance you receive allows for much more effective progress and proper form correction.

Meeting Diana has truly changed my life. After giving birth by C-section, I suffered from severe pelvic pain that kept me awake many nights. Because of my rounded shoulders, I could only sleep with both arms raised over my head. I was always cold—so much that even in summer I never broke a sweat and had to carry a hoodie everywhere I went. I even tried Club Pilates for six months, but nothing really changed.

Now, after just two and a half months at Diana Pilates, I no longer lose sleep from pelvic pain, I no longer need painkillers, and I actually sweat during workouts. I can sleep without raising my arms, and for the first time in years, I feel truly healthy. Diana hasn’t just transformed my body—she’s helped me feel mentally stronger as well. I’ve learned how vital it is to take care of myself and how valuable true health really is. What once felt like a hard chore has now become a part of my daily life.

After years of group lessons at a franchise pilates studio, I finally found Diana Pilates and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Diana was able to pinpoint what was wrong with my posture and provided personalized guidance to correct it. Her private lessons are full of energy and tailored to my ability level. She's not easy-going, but in the best way – she genuinely cares about helping me improve and gets the most out of each workout.

I was surprised the same 1-hour workout could be this much different! I was totally sweat. I think it's at least three times more effective. I was not doing it right at all during the group session and no one caught that I was doing it wrong, or it may be impossible in a group lesson.

I've had lifelong back pain from standing for long periods, but after just one lesson, I understood how to prevent it through proper posture. Diana is amazing – she's bilingual in Korean and English, always passionate, and incredibly kind. If you're looking for customized lessons just right for you, Diana is the one!

I recently completed a series of Pilates sessions at Diana Pilates, and I'm thrilled with the results. Diana is an excellent instructor, tailoring her workouts to your personal needs. From the very beginning, she paid attention to my problem areas, which made me feel heard and understood.

I love going to Diana Pilates! Diana is very attentive to all my body pains and I have finally fixed my posture and bad lower back pain which I had been trying to fix for more than 10 years!! Every lesson is tailored toward the different muscles that I need to develop and switched up so that it is not the same every lesson; making it to be enjoyable!
After 5 lessons, I have already seen the difference in my body! I gained muscle where I never had making the aches and pains go away from body parts that I had been using incorrectly. She is also so informative; teaching me what every movement is working on and why I need to develop.
I truly recommend her to anyone who has been having body pains and/or needs to get healthy. She is a good trainer in that she will not stop until she gets the right positions and workout from the entire hour. Lastly, she has not only convinced me that Pilates is the best exercise but if done correctly, and consistently can help heal and restore the body to what is supposed to feel like and move like to be the most healthiest version of me!
