I’ve been training with him for three years, after coming out of COVID feeling out of shape, 25 pounds over my normal weight, and completely sluggish. Damion met me exactly where I was — with encouragement, expertise, and just the right amount of push — and he’s helped me rebuild my strength and confidence beyond anything I thought possible.
What sets Damion apart is his zero-judgment coaching style. I’ve never once felt criticized for where I started. Every session was about progress, power, and building from where I was that day. That balance of challenge and support is rare — and it works. The results speak for themselves.

I’ve been training with Damion for several years. He’s great at mixing things up so the workouts never feel repetitive. He pushes enough to challenge me, but always with a close eye on my form, my back issues, or anything else going on. He knows when I’m just being dramatic and when something actually needs to be adjusted.
Damion has good energy and is genuinely personable, which is important for someone like me who struggles with motivation around working out. I’ve made real progress with him, and I feel stronger because of our sessions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have trained with Damion for over a year. Our strength, flexibility, mobility and overall health have greatly improved from his training and advice. He is passionate about wellness and it shows in his training. He is always attentive to any injuries or other issues you might have, and he makes sure that you are doing every exercise with correct form. We have learned many new exercises and stretches from him, and his workouts are very creative and dynamic - we have never done the same workout twice! He is also very professional and pleasant. I have been training with Damion for almost 7 years. I started working out with him because I was getting injured in group training weight lifting classes. I haven’t had a single injury since I have been working out with him and I am much stronger than before.
Damion is an excellent personal trainer and there is no cookie-cutter approach when you work out with him. At the beginning of every session he checks in with how are you feeling physically and mentally and tailors the work out to that.
Every session is different and interesting and I have never left a training without feeling stronger and energized.
Damion takes a holistic approach to wellness and his workouts. He is very in tune with his clients and their needs.He is also extremely personable and funny so workouts are never boring.
In these Covid times, it’s reassuring to know he has his own personal studio and follows cleaning protocols and masking very carefully. We even did several virtual workouts during full lockdown which was great.
I highly recommend Dmoss Fitness. It’s worth every penny!

I’ve known Damion for years but just recently had the opportunity to work with DMoss Fitness. Damion is the real deal - his workouts are intense (in the best way), he’s encouraging but firm, and there’s so much variety you won’t ever get bored. He’s adapted during COVID and his workouts are safe/distanced.
I can’t recommend DMoss Fitness enough! If you’re looking to tone, loose weight, or add variety to your training, DMoss Fitness is the way to go.

I’ve been training with Damion for the past two years. He’s fantastic. He never asks for more than I can give, but it’s always more than I think I can do. I’ve worked out with him 1:1 and with my husband. He listens to my goals and gives me the tools and motivation to keep working, even between sessions. I recommend him to anyone with any fitness goal. Damion is great. The workouts are tailored to your specific training goals (I play a lot of tennis, we do some swing pattern training) and he mixes-up the exercises so you're doing different exercises/techniques, which makes the workouts more enjoyable and beneficial. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a trainer.

I have known Damion for over 10 years and I can say he is one of the best trainers out there. He is knowledgeable, personable, and provides a lot of variety in the exercises he choses, to keep the workouts fun. He teaches how to exercise correctly and kindly corrects you when needed. Damion has an amazing personal gym, but offers video sessions, which is what we have been doing during Covid. I recommend him for any level of fitness. Oh, did I say he is an awesome cycling instructor, does breath work and has knowledge and advice about intermittent fasting too? Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!

I've known Damion for almost 15yrs, and since the beginning, he's been very professional, responsive, and helpful. I've had a back injury, among other things, which set me back. Damion provides modifications during our workouts that don't injure my back but the goal and technique are achieved. I feel stronger and in better health because of Damion's guidance, suggestions, and training. During covid and lockdown, he's been able to accommodate virtually. Damion has kept me motivated to get up at 5:15 AM to workout, which I’ve never been able to do before! He is patient, encouraging and helpful. I like that there is a ton of variety...the workouts seem customized and well thought out ahead of time. I like that he has in-person as well as Zoom options. And he’s flexible and easy to work with. My friends and I are four months into group training with Damion. He is dependable and punctual. Damion is an exceptional personal trainer. He is thoughtful in designing his workouts, always keeping in mind the overall training goals of his clients. He designs his training sessions rotating between cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. All of which is important to prevent overuse injury. What a great workout! I give him my highest rating without reservation. I have been working out with Damion for going on one year and boy has it been worth it. He is a great professional bringing enthusiastic and skillful service to each session. I have enjoyed better flexibility and strength building improvements. These are important to me as I approach 60. My last session was especially stress reducing after a hard week riding the airplanes. Damion is a keeper so do not miss him.

I am a recent 50 year old and Damion got me in insane shape, enough to win a percentage body fat composition competition and had me lose 11% body fat in 60 days. All of that with knee and elbow surgeries over the years.

Damion has been my trainer for 12 years. I’ve had 3 children during that time and have stayed very healthy the whole time thanks to his ability to personalize his training based on the individual client. After I had my 2nd child, he literally did the aerobics with me to keep me going through the pain and sleep deprivation. He is constantly changing the work we do, incorporating yoga, Pilates, LIT or HIIT methods. There is no routine with him. And he is just an awesome person to spend time with, which helps when spending so much time together.
