Neli is an AMAZING personal trainer. She is a perfect combination of knowledgeable and encouraging. I have been working with her for 6 weeks now and can feel how my body is transforming. Neli is an amazing trainer! She knows how to build muscle and not overtrain. I started working out with her because I was suffering from lower back pain. She developed a program for me that has built lower body strength, improved core strength and built upper body strength. This is has led to a tremendous reduction and back pain! My body is so much stronger now.
Her philosophy, on training and nutrition is very sensible. She gives great guidance on how to fuel your body properly with nutritious whole foods and never recommends cutting out an entire food group like carbs.
Working out with Neli is fun because we never do the same thing twice. She always switches it up and keeps me motivated. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, fun and motivating. I’m so thankful I found her!

As a Muay Thai fighter, I was looking for a strength training coach that would help me achieve my goal of gaining more muscle mass while still staying lean. Within just a few months of training with Neli I gained 10lb of muscle going from 105lb to 115lb. My performance in Muay Thai has greatly improved as a result, as I’m able to strike harder and defend better preventing injuries. She’s gotten me in great shape even though she’s really fighting an uphill battle between my laziness and bad eating habits. Neli is crazy strong and fit, so she can take you as far as you want to go if you’re dedicated. If you’re lazy (like me) she can still get you to where you’re happy with how you look and feel. Neli is also great with clients of all ages. She has been helping my teen daughter strengthen her non-soccer muscles and has greatly reduced overuse injuries this year.
