I’m about to hit my two year anniversary with Do It Fitness and Coach TeeJay, and man has it been a transformative journey! He’s extremely passionate about his coaching style, as he should be. He delivers results and keeps you accountable to yourself. When you trust the process and see results, it’s easy to just Do It!! I’m the healthiest that I’ve been in decades and I can attribute a majority of that to his continuing efforts to push me to be the best version of myself…physically and mentally. When I first came to TeeJay I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and was experiencing arm and neck pain. We began my journey with working out the kinks in my back and neck and then moved on to cardio and then weights. I have not had any pain in my neck and arm which would stop me from working out like it has in the past. TeeJay is very knowledgeable about what is going on inside of the body and the muscles being used or overused, (he shows you on his phone the muscles being used). He pays a LOT of attention to heart rate, getting it up and then purposely lowering it, he recommended that I purchase a heartrate monitor and it has been great, I don't workout without it. Overall working with TeeJay has been a great experience!

Coach TJ is the best! He really knows how to motivate me and put me to work. He’s knowledgeable and easy to work with. Like he says “Train Different”. He’s working on my weaknesses and strengthening different groups at a time and then going to the next weakness to do the same and come back and put it all together. I’m glad I found him. Just waiting for my hoodie to feel like the real deal!

DoitFitness has been a life line for me. Not only are the workouts fun but they are challenging! Coach TeeJay is a wealth of knowledge. He’s consistent, supportive, and knowledgeable about boxing, strength training, and nutrition! His programs are unmatched and prices are affordable. I’ve already seen some weight loss and with consistency on my end I’m sure I’ll see more! Coach wants nothing more but to see me win while still keeping his foot on my neck! You can tell he loves this and you see that everyday that he shows up and he shows up everyday!
