Both of my youngest daughters absolutely loved their time here! They always looked forward to each class and learned so much in such a short amount of time. The owners are incredible! They have such big hearts and truly care about every child who walks through their doors. You can tell they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and encouraged. I can’t say enough good things about this place… highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to East Coast for 4 years now and she loves it her coaches and teammates are her family. The environment is the perfect mix between nurturing and challenging she never comes home discouraged, instead empowered and wanting to be better every practice. After going to a couple of birthday parties here I signed my boys up. The birthday parties were very organized. The kids had a great time and it felt like it was a very safe environment. Thank you for keeping my kiddos safe and getting them up and moving all the time.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Mandy and her team! She’s so professional and truly passionate about cheer and gymnastics. This gym is perfect for both beginners and experienced athletes. The facility is beautiful, and the positive, encouraging atmosphere makes it an incredible place to train!

My daughter is three and has been going to East Coast Gymnastics since she was 18 months with her grandmother. The staff has been amazing, and even when my daughter struggled with her separation anxiety, they worked with her every single time. Every staff member I have encountered has smiled, helped, and made my experience better. As parents, we often worry about the people we surround our children with, but I never struggle with that at East Coast Gymnastics. Each member of the team is a fantastic role model for my child. She learns balance, social skills, discipline, and kindness. This is a well rounded education for any young toddler. I am dismayed to see the negative reviews given how incredible the staff and classes are. I would highly recommend East Coast Gymnastics to any parent!

I thought this should be a Google review as well as an email. This “tumbling class” was a waste of time. We won’t be coming back. It wasn’t a class. Moms chased their kids all around. A “person” stood on the side. We’ll be driving the distance to Bull Run Gymnastics in Vint Hill. They have the toddlers sit in a circle to start, help them tumble over the mat blocks, keep them in a line waiting turns and show structure. Go watch it sometime. If I wanted to take my kid to a play area and pay 80+ a month, we’d just roll up to a playground for free. This class has no value. Also, clean your carpets- they’re filthy and have debris all over them.

I would highly recommend East Gymnastics & Cheer's summer camps. My granddaughter (11) lives in PA and is in club gymnastics there. I enrolled her for one day, mid-week in the Gymnastics camp. She was very nervous to be at a different club. Within 10 mins of being there, she sent me a message I AM HAVING SO MUCH FUN! She didn't want to leave!! So love every part of the camp and wants to move here and join EAG&C club! Thank you for making her visit super special.

I have been taking my daughter here for the better part of a year. She attends classes every Tuesday and Thursday, every other week due to my divorce. I made sure this schedule was not an issue before I enrolled my daughter. Today, June 27 2023,they pulled my daughter out of class and was harassing her at the front desk. My daughter looked truly scared! I asked the person at the front desk what the problem was. The female employee was new, and this was the first time I've seen her. I informed Scarlet ( the supposedly new manager of the agreement and that we've been coming here for months. Scarlet informed me that she was the new manager, and this is how she runs this. I asked to speak to a higher up, informing her I didn't want her to hurt the relationship of a loyal customer. Of course, her boss was out of town till who knows when. I am very disappointed in Scarlet's performance and concerned that they would pull a child out of class and scare her. Scarlet tried to tell me to call every week that my daughter doesn't show up or pay her $200.00 extra for the 4 days a month my daughter attends class. I truly hope this issue gets addressed.

The best gym in Winchester! It offers a variety of different programs and the staff take their roles as children's coaches very seriously. It is a joy working with the staff at ECGC and the children love coming to class! As Ninja Director, I see many kids who take multiple classes throughout the week and because of our specialized lesson plans, the kids will never get bored

My daughter has attended this gym since 2019 and has quickly progressed to competition team. I owe this entirely to the dedication of the staff & coaches in truly wanting to help her improve and learn.
I have also been lucky enough to work at this gym since 2020 and the owners are fantastic people who honestly care about their employees as well!!
I recommend East Coast to ANYONE who is looking for a physical activity for their children, and want to have a small hometown family environment.

Hunter is the best little ninja coach! My son absolutely adores him and I truly appreciate the time and effort he puts into his relationship with him! Hunter gets 5 stars. I only took away one star due to pricing being too high and them not having any flexibility with payments. I pay on my class day closest to the payment due date (the 10th). This past month my class day fell on the 11th and I was still charged a late fee. You guys should be more flexible with that instead of nickeling and diming people for late fees. But other than that this is a great facility!

Ryan Babington and Silas White are fantastic coaches at East Cost Gymnastics! They were fully engaged, energetic and so much fun. They made my grandson’s 5th birthday a day he and the other children, ages 5 to 11, will not forget. They had the time of their lives. Thank Ryan and Silas.

Went as a coach for a National ninja league qualifier. Staff ran the competition orderly and professionally. Courses were set properly for each contestant, and it only took about 2 hours to go through 30 contestants, which is a great pace

We have been to four gymnastics gyms between my two daughters in the past. East Coast is by far the best. There is no sitting around down time for the girls. Everyone is kept busy all the time. The coaches are knowledgeable and tailor the activity to each girl's fitness level.

This place is a joke, might as well send your kids to the local McDonalds Playhouse and it's free. They start late, end early and steal your money with late fees, not allowing you to pay in advance.

You people should be ASHAMED of yourselves!!!! My 7 year old daughter was bullied viciously for a month. The problem was noticed by the coaches and did they discuss the problems with the parents of the bully? No! They only discussed it with us. When I called the owner to discuss the problem, she was the most heartless individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I was told I had to take it upon myself to deal with the other family and teach my daughter to just "deal with it". Then we were hung up on. This is the most apathetic, uncaring group of people we have dealt with. Do NOT give them your money. They care more about the paycheck than they do about the children. Gymnastics is supposed to be a fun experience, not send your child home sobbing. Children die every day because of bullying. Clearly East Coast's standpoint is "not our problem!". It is happening behind your doors!! You are supposed to be nurturing our children and insuring their well being beyond those doors. You utterly failed. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
