Welcome to Easy Day Yoga — it’s our goal to be a soft place to land in our community. It’s vitally important to us that our students feel treasured and cared for the moment they walk through the door. Making this our focus has led to a beautiful, diverse and amazing community, and we're constantly overwhelmed and humbled by each yogi and yogini that choose to call Easy Day their Yoga hOMe.
We offer a wide variety of classes and styles to support you in your journey with the practice of Yoga. You’ll find Monday morning meditation classes, both slower and faster paced Vinyasa classes, Gentle, Yin and Restorative if you want to slow things down, Yoga Nidra to really go deep, and Hatha Yoga to build your proficiency.

I enjoy running, but I always do stretching exercises to manage my pain. Then, a friend recommended this place, and I started coming here. I enjoy yoga in a clean environment with always welcoming instructors, and of course, I feel my pain has significantly eased.Thank you!

For the last 15 years, I’ve moved around a lot and practiced at many studios. None of them compare to Easy Day. They have the BEST teachers and classes. I have never been to a class that I didn’t LOVE. It’s not just a studio, it’s a SANCTUARY and a positive and supportive community that feels like a second home. If you are on the fence about taking a class, even just starting out, DO IT. Whether you’re looking for a hot, energizing flow, a restorative/grounding class or a workshop to practice arm balances, Easy Day is the place. One location in Ashburn and one in Leesburg and both are equally amazing.
Lastly, the customer service is next level. The owner and her staff crew have been super flexible and attentive to us every time we walk through the door or need something. As soon as you walk in the door, you’ll feel welcomed.

A wonderful studio and welcoming community. Azi & Co. have done a great job creating a peaceful environment for growing your yoga practice and sense personal connection. The schedules at both locations are full of great class option. The studios are beautiful, spotlessly clean and well stocked with all the props. I love Easy Day Yoga. EDY is my peaceful home away from home.

I’ve been attending Easy Day now for many years, and I have nothing but good things to say. Gretchen’s classes are AMAZING, and many of the other instructors are excellent as well. I’ve been to at least 5 or 6 other studios over the past 20 years, but this is by far the best. They are so welcoming, and it is just a pleasure to be part of such a wonderful yoga community.

The outlier opinion
I realize that my review is going to be vastly different from the rest. I have been putting out honest reviews for the last 7 years and I feel that i do my bit towards the betterment of my community through this.
I came to easy day yoga because someone I know recommended it to me. The initial yoga classes were actually good. The same person does not teach every day. The trouble started when I noticed that the studio being small, had people stretching out in each other's space. I tried to move up front, nearer to the instructor or to the very back to give myself and others a bit more space. Besieged with a lot of strong scents, bodily and otherwise, i used some Eucalyptus and camphor essential oils on my wrist to help myself. One of the instructors, J.T., called me out on it publicly amd loudly and said the smell was offensive to others in the class. It was not what she said, I understand and appreciate that essential oils are bothersome to some people in such a congested space. It was the way she said it. It was a very aggressive, patronizing announcement that humiliated me. For someone who is not very confident, it traumatized me from going back in there and needless to say i lost my most of mymoney. I feel bad on not working up the courage to go back because I had really liked Nina Butler's class.
Update: thank you for acknowledging the incident and please note that it was the 3 month package that I had purchased and unsurprisingly, i did not feel inclined to renew my subscription following the above.
Hopefully this honest review resonates or helps someone like me

Easy Day is more than just a yoga studio, it is a family. Every teacher instills kindness, compassion, calmness ! Both the Leesburg and Ashburn locations are just perfect sanctuaries to move and breathe in! it is a very special place! they offer a variety of classes, I highly recommend trying all of them, even the ones that may seem hard to you, they support you here and offer modifications and help you become strong both physically and mentally. You will not be disappointed.

The annual membership is a great value. I really enjoy the classes both in Leesburg and Ashburn. There’s a good variety of times that make it flexible with work schedules. The Wednesday sound bath restorative class is my favorite.

Because of distance, I cannot get here often, but it is superb. New Years class with Monica may have been the most intense and satisfying class Ive ever taken among hundreds the past 20 yrs. Small rooms but the classes are amazing.

Easy day yoga and I crossed paths about a year and a half ago when I was suffering from severe stress in my life. Yoga is an experience worth trying. The instructors are all very dedicated and encouraging and I like that we are taught about the benefit of each pose. My mind is calmer and my thinking is clearer. When I finish my yoga class, I feel as if I could just float out the door!

I started my yoga practice at Easy Day two and half years ago and this studio, the teachers, and the community have changed my life. I'm still in awe of the magic I feel when I step into the space, usually for the 9 am weekday vinyasa. I have learned so much about myself from the incredible people here, and look forward to continuing my journey with Easy Day!

Easy Day Yoga is the best start to my day. The practice, the instructors, the studio indeed help make it easier for me to navigate the day. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this hidden gem. Everyone should take time out for themselves for this practice. It’s truly life changing.

I’ve been a member of the Easy Day Yoga (EDY) community for a few years now, and it is by far the best studio I’ve ever been to! It’s a place of peace, mindful movement, meditation, family, love, and more. Often, you see students and instructors entering the studio and taking the time to truly greet and hug one another. There’s a class for everyone (at any level), and the Ashburn studio is always clean, with all props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, mats, etc.) needed for different classes. Much love to Azi and the EDY community!

I’ve been to many yoga studios over the years, but Easy Day Yoga is the most special place. The owner and the instructors are all amazing. Everyone here has such light that this place feels like a second home and the instructors and people there feel like a second family. That’s a lot to say about a yoga studio because it’s just yoga but it’s not just yoga at easy day yoga. It’s so much more. The entire experience has been life changing. The yoga classes themselves are some of the best classes I’ve ever taken because the instructors are so great. Also, the classes are not just about movement - it really feels like a spiritual experience. The studios feel like actual sanctuaries because for whatever reason they exude so much serenity. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing yoga studio and I know anyone who tries it would love it as well.

What I love about Easy Day Yoga is the quality and the experience of teachers. Not only could I sense the teachers are knowledgeable with human anatomy, and the movement patterns that are related with Yoga poses, but also, they are patient and attentive with each student to understand the pose so their body can digest the movement in a safe way on the mat. I feel safe in the class to pay attention to my body and follow my breath to know when to challenge my body vs. when to take the modified poses or a child pose by simply following the teacher's instructions. Classes that I enjoy are Azi, Monica, Gaya, Courtney and Gretchen's Vinyasa classes which I always feel calm and balanced afterward, and Yin/Yoga Nidra class by Chad, which is a whole new level for me with the amazing sound of Gong and Crystal bowls. I invited some of my friends, they all loved Easy Day Yoga. ~ Miok

I started at Easy Day Yoga almost 2 years ago after my latest back injury. I was determined to improve my core strength. I am happy to report that I have had very little back pain since I have started yoga and I feel so much stronger.
I did not expect to fall in love with yoga. Easy Day is an incredibly welcoming studio and I enjoy being a member of their community. My back feels better but Easy Day has helped me in so many other ways.

Amazing instructors and community! Their schedule has plenty of outside and virtual classes, and the ones they have inside have everyone appropriately separated due to COVID-19. I’m so grateful for Easy Day!

I have been practicing at this studio for about 5 years now, and I still think it's fantastic. The classes and workshops are varied and offer something for everyone, the teachers are wonderful, and Azi (the owner) is so warm and caring. The studio has been mostly virtual during the pandemic, and it's been great to be able to continue practicing yoga from home. I highly, highly recommend Easy Day!

This studio offers more than yoga. It offers friendships. I have been a student for over a year but I had to take a break due to my husband’s illness. The owner, Azi, has called me multiple times to see how I’m doing. I love all the teachers and I have learned to love yoga but I cherish the supportive community even more.

I was taking care of a sick family member and it was starting to take a toll on me. I decided to take a stress management yoga class hoping to get some relief. As somebody that is expected to be the “strong one” and keep it together, I must have internalized a lot of feelings. Long story short, I unraveled during and after the class. I was completely embarrassed because I hardly ever cry, especially in front of people. I was surprised by the lack of judgement and the amount of compassion that the employees and fellow yogis showed. This is just what I needed to get me through the week, and I can’t recommend it enough!

This is a beautiful new studio in Ashburn/Leesburg area. I first saw it driving by a few weeks ago. They just opened on November 28th. I took a class in the afternoon of Sat Nov 29 and another in the evening of Dec 4th. The practice area is very nice with smooth wood flooring and has mats and props available.
The location is right on the corner of Belmont Ridge Road and Sycolin. It faces Sycolin.
Best to park behind in the lot next by the Walgreens and walk down to the entrance/
